I just recently had an issue with the child theme styles not working. I had them working again after some support here, yet a couple days later they are no longer working again.
I made sure that my WordPress installations uploads folder can be written to and that the new child themes dynamic css file has writable permission set on it as well.
Uploads Folder = 755 > Dynamic Avia Folder = 755 > enfold_child.css =755
enfold.css = 755
index.php = 644Themes Folder = 755 > Enfold Child Folder = 755 > styl.css = 755
functions.php = 755I even tried deleting the enfold_child.css inside the dynamic_avia folder and regenerated it.
But nothing changed the child theme styles are still not appearing.
Did I miss something?
Thank you Josue. But that did not resolve my problem. I already use the “blank” template, but that adds a header en footer covering approx 40% of the height each with a grey area.

1) Versucht dass Theme nochmals von http://themeforest.net herunterzuladen und per ftp zu installieren: https://vimeo.com/channels/aviathemes/67209750 – dies schließt den Fehler aus, dass Theme Dateien beschädtigt sein könnten.
2) Falls dies nicht hilft versucht auf PHP 5.4 umzusteigen. Es kann sein, dass 5.3.3 nicht mehr ausreicht.

where all content – action box included – will fit inside of. The width

Hi again,I have managed to create a fullwidth section and insert my magic action box short code inside in a text module so that it becomes fullwidth. You can see the result on the screenshot. My only problem now is that there must be some padding of some sort in the color section and I don’t know how to get rid of it so that I can make my optin fits the entire color section and stick to the slider above.
I have set up no margin in color section options…And my optin as no margin as well. Maybe it comes from the text box??Can you help please?

Couldn’t note it on my end (IE 11 / Win 7.1), but if you say a resize does the trick then add this to functions.php

ich habe vorhin das WP 4.0 Update durchgeführt, seit dem wird nur noch eine Blank Page mit dem Fehler “ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE” angezeigt.
Alle Plugins wurden deaktiviert, dennoch wird das Problem damit nicht behoben.
WP Maintenance Modus funktioniert und wird dargestellt.PHP Version: 5.3.3-7+squeeze21
Enfold Version: 2.9.2
Enfold Child Theme wird verwendetHat jemand evtl. einen Lösungsansatz?

Hunter74… it’s possible that Günter was correct at the time but all I know is that I am able to simply save sidebar.php from the parent theme in my child theme folder and I can comment out or delete
// avia_dummy_widget(2); // avia_dummy_widget(3); // avia_dummy_widget(4);in my child theme’s sidebar.php file to suppress the dummy widgets. If it matters I’m using Enfold 2.9.2

The layer slider included on the theme have its shortcode feature disabled. If you want the shortcode to work, you need to purchase your own license of the layer slider plugin then disable the default one by adding this on functions.php:
add_theme_support('deactivate_layerslider');Cheers!
