    Hello,

    I bought your Enfold theme 1 month ago. The cost is high for this bad quality so far….

    I could not understand why your theme does NOT work with Optimizepress.

    I asked them to help (Optimizepress). They did several tests and the result is that the problem does not come from them but from YOUR version of Enfold (since last update).

    I wrote to you… and was very dispointed not receiving any answer from your services…???

    Now i write again and I would really appreciate receiving an answer!

    So please, i would like you to fix the bug between your theme and optimisepress.
    I am not alone having those troubles…a lot of other people are experiencing the bug….

    Looking forward to reading you!

    Regards,
    Jayaum

    Hi Yigit,
    I follow this path:
    optimizepress – support – disable styles and script – theme styles and script.
    I disable JS for published pages and live editor. Now live editor works fine and I haven’t problem with my website.
    Do you think I did well?

    Thanks

    Hi,
    I installed on my blogsite Optimizepress Plugin and I have problems with the live editor.
    I contacted the Optimizepress staff and this is their answer.

    “We have tested your site with a default WordPress theme activated. We do this for a few seconds just to test the issue and whether it is being caused by any external theme installed on your site. We have found that when a default WordPress theme is active, this issue no longer occurs with the text element.

    This means something in your theme (Enfold Child) is rendering some code to WordPress which is affecting the functionality of OptimizePress.

    Unfortunately, in cases like this I’m afraid there isn’t anything further we can do from our side to help with this issue – where issues are caused by third-party theme code we ask that you contact the theme author as for further help (they are best placed to help as they know their code better than we do). You can demonstrate to them that if they switch your site to a default WordPress theme (e.g. Twenty Sixteen) you can see the issue is no longer present.

    These issues normally occur because the theme developer has not properly enqueued (loaded) theme scripts or javascripts into WordPress in the standards compliant way which means we cannot block them from rendering in the LiveEditor and affecting our editor.”

    I have to fix the problem as soon as possible because I have to create a landing page for an ebook.

    Thanks

    Hi James,

    I have tried what you mentioned, and noticed that it was css that was checked (disabled), I tried to uncheck it and do your instructions here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/new-update-stops-optimizepress-from-working/#post-800405 and it does load properly on my end. Screenshots in private content.

    Best regards,

    Hi James,

    I checked your site and I can see that both Enfold theme and Optimizepress is activated with no issues when I tried to follow your instructions above. Can you tell us more how you disabled the theme from loading? as you have mentioned and also tell us how we can see the error back?

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    #800538

    Hey Victoria,

    I fixed the issue by disabling the Enfold theme from using on pages created with OptimizePress. So that’s a workaround for now.

    I disabled the minification plugins when identifying the error, so it isn’t that. I literally used a different theme and it started working, so it’s definitely something in Enfold.

    I’m not using LayerSlider on the page, so not sure why it’s getting called. Maybe that’s what’s causing the JS conflict?

    Thanks,
    – James.

    #800405

    Hey Victoria,

    Sure!

    1) Log in as an admin using the private details in my previous post.
    2) Edit the page at https://www.digitalprosperity.com/the-prosperity-formula/ using the admin toolbar at the top.
    3) Click “Launch Now” under the “Live Editor” column, in the OptimizePress tab.
    4) Hover over the top line of text “Online marketing expert…” and click the pencil icon on the right.

    You can see the editing box doesn’t load.

    Then if you close the editing window, none of the buttons work, and the only way of fixing it is to reload the page again.

    Let me know if you need any more clarification :-)

    Thanks!
    – James.

    Since updating to the latest version of Enfold, my OptimizePress LiveEditor functionality is no longer working. More specifically, the editor just doesn’t load when choosing to edit an element. I’ve tested this by using another theme and it works fine. Plus, it was working fine before, so basically something you added or edited in an update has broken this.

    Could you look into this please? As right now I’m not able to edit any of the main pages on my website, when there are some obvious errors which need correcting.

    Thanks,
    – James.

    Hello,
    i use optimizrepress plugin for build landing pages and build optin-elements. Because enfold themes has not enough options for e-mail integration with e-mail autoresponder software and the optin forms are very rudimentary.

    The problem is, that the optin-forms are sometimes not loaded.

    (please try it with any wildcard-subdomains for trouble shooting)

    Also JS loading is a problem:

    (please load the site 2 times)

    If i disable the enfold theme, works all.
    If i active the enfold theme – i have problems.
    (please sorry for my english)

    What can i do to fix it?
    Thanks you

    Optimizepress allows me to protect my content with a membership option for my content delivery. Also the done for you layouts save me a lot of time when building pages.

    As for the technical issues, I will reach out to them.

    Thanks for the help.

    Hello,

    I’ve been running my website on Enfold for quite some time now and I’m really happy. But recently I’ve purchased an outside plugin (optimizepress) to help me build landing pages, sales pages etc.

    I think there is some problem with the CSS because when the page goes LIVE it looks nothing like in the live editor builder backend. What do you think could be the root of the problem.

    The overlay option they have is not working at all. Also on other pages.

    Help would be much appreciated.

    I am using the optimizepress plugin.
    The salespage is not mobile responsive and the alignments are off.

    The css given below does not fix the issue:
    @media only screen and (min-width: 960px) {body.op-plugin .container { width: 100%; }}

    Any custom help? Thanks!

    I am having two issues with the landing page I built with Optimize press:

    1) I don’t see the landing page I built
    2) I need to remove the navigation bar

    I understand there might be other compatibility issues, but let’s start there first.

    The Optimizepress plugin has been installed. Thanks!

    Hello.

    Thanks again for helping to resolve my other post regarding the use of Enfold and OptimizePress compatibility:
    https://kriesi.at/support/topic/problem-with-enfold-and-optimizepress/

    The CSS code that you provided makes a really big difference, but I just noticed something that I failed to discover prior to having that other support ticket post closed out.

    After applying that CSS code, everything seems to work great on that page up until I get to the smaller mobile version of the page. At that point, the responsive page breaks up a little (in the top area of the page) instead of being in one single column as it should be.

    Would you mind taking a quick look to see if there are any other CSS tweaks that can be made to prevent Enfold from causing that behavior when the page is viewed at the lowest browser resizing (e.g., mobile version).

    Here is the sample page: http://latitudes.org/store/should-you-consider-pandas-ebook/

    Here is the quick css code that is currently being used:

    **********************************************
    /* Fixes conflict between Enfold and OptimizePress with width of pages*/
    @media only screen and (min-width: 960px) { .page-id-18266 .container, .page-id-14779 .container, .page-id-14006 .container, .page-id-15495 .container, .page-id-19098 .container { max-width: 100%; }}

    @media only screen and (max-width: 960px) {
    .fixed-width {
    width: 80%!important;
    margin-left: 50px !important;
    }}
    **********************************************

    Please advise. Thanks so much!

    Hi Tony!

    Activating “WordPress SEO, VaultPress, Scarcity Samurai, OptimizePress” plugins trigger the issue. Now they are deactivated and page overview site is working. Please review your website now.

    Cheers!

    Hi!

    I tried to login to the site but the wp admin got redirected to this page: http://latitudes.org/members/profile.php

    The login credentials above are not working. Is this the only page with the optimizepress plugin activated? http://latitudes.org/store/should-you-consider-pandas-ebook/

    You can replace this selector (body.op-plugin) with the page id.

    @media only screen and (min-width: 960px) { .page-id-14779 .container { max-width: 100%; }}

    Regards,
    Ismael

    #469157

    Thanks that fixes the problem with the width of the OptimizePress pages, but I just noticed that it messes up the layout of our home page (it makes our home page go full width, which it is not supposed to do).

    OptimizePress suggested using this code, which is similar to what you provided, but it doesn’t seem to fix the issue on the page:

    @media only screen and (min-width: 960px) {body.op-plugin .container { width: 100%; }}

    Is there a modified version of that CSS code that can work instead?

    Thanks!

    Hello. We use OptimizePress for a number of our sales pages. I was informed by the author of that plugin, that there is a compatibility issue with OptimizePress and Enfold. They stated the following:
    *************************************************************
    Enfold CSS breaks the responsive re-sizing of pages created with the OptimizePress Live Editor. This is due to their CSS bleeding over onto pages created with our page builder. Also some templates can be cut off. Templates being cut off can be fixed with custom CSS: @media only screen and (min-width: 960px) {body.op-plugin .container { width: 100%; }}
    **************************************************************
    I inserted that custom CSS but there still seems to be a problem.
    I am providing a few before and after links so you can see the issue.
    Please let me know if there are any simple css fixes that can be implemented to resolve this incompatibility problem.

    Hi wackyadventurer!

    What about the plugin version isn’t compatible with the theme? Looking briefly at their site it should be possible to use the themes blank page template and if absolutely nothing else a simple custom template that OptimizePress loads its landing page in to.

    See a sample blank page http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/pages/blank/ or http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/pages/blank/maintenance-mode/

    Best regards,
    Devin

    I’m trying to add an email marketing landing page to my site. I’m using OptimizePress 2 for the interface but they say it is not compatible with Enfold. Since it isn’t, would you recommend that I install Enfold to a sub-domain so I can use both for the same domain? Or, do you have any suggestions?

    OptimizePress is not that user friendly and not very customizable, while Enfold is the exact opposite – but Enfold has no landing page capability.

    Thanks.

    Hi!

    Try this code to remove the unnecessary padding:

    .page-listing .content{
    padding-top: 0;
    padding-bottom: 0;
    }

    Regards,
    Peter

    #237796

    HI Ismael,

    the fix kind of worked, in the sense that the blue vertical line on the border has been removed, however I guess there maybe some more code missing that would resize the frame accordingly and therefore place the written content inside as it shows in the correct view.

    See the examples (I repost here the links to the 4 snapshots I put above):

    Hey!

    Please use this on Quick CSS or custom.css:

    .op-plugin .content {
    border: none;
    }

    Go to Enfold > Styling > choose Stretch Layout.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hello there guys,

    I am having a couple of minor styling issues I’d like to fix regarding how a few headers and descriptions show up within a box rendered by OptimizePress plugin, which I am using to build a few pages within Enfold.

    Since I’d really like to use Enfold as the backbone of the site and also the forum I already set up which looks awesome on Enfold, would you be able to suggest some Css to add within the quick CSS box to fix the issue?

    You can see what I mean in the following 4 screenshots (2 correct styling without Enfold and 2 styling issues with Enfold):

    https://www.dropbox.com/s/bh8ogrcqao9vmsg/1-correct%20styling%20without%20Enfold%20%28theme%20twentyfourteen%29.jpg

    Hope there’s a fix ;-)
