    Hi Yigit

    Many thanks for your quick response. I added the following:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 1140px) {

    and that seemed to be fine, however, when I added

    .av-main-nav > li > a { padding: 0 7px; }}

    That added the white square into a normal website (not just the mobile site).

    I also made the changes to the Enfold theme as per your recommendation, which resolved the iPad problem, but has created another issue and that is top of text on pages being covered by the white menu box. Please see here
    http://www.yourmarriagecelebrant.com.au/error/

    The other issue still remains that it is just a white box and people may not realise that it is a menu. I have done a website for another client with the Enfold theme – http://www.metrocarpetcleaning.com.au and the menu appears as a white box, but with black lines in it, which prompts people to click on it.

    Your help with these would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi icebox10!

    Thank you so much for using the theme!

    1.) Set the table purpose to tabular then look for the Responsive Styling. Set this to scrollable.

    2.) Please use this on Quick CSS to change the color of the mega menu text:

    .header_color .main_menu .menu ul li a {
    color: red;
    }

    3.) You can set a max height for the mobile menu with this:

    ul#mobile-advanced {
    max-height: 1100px;
    }

    Regards,
    Ismael

    Thanks Josue. That worked for hiding the mobile nav and showing the main nav, but the menu is now left justified, and the logo is floating left on mobile devices. Tried tweaking the CSS to align center for both, no luck. Any help is appreciated!

    Hi,
    I am writing about the Enfold theme. On our mobile site, particularly with the android platform, we are having an issue with the menu icon. If you tap directly on top of it, the menu list will not display. You have to tap on the extreme top right portion of the icon (almost completely off of it) to get the menu to pull up. This does not seem to be an issue with iphones or ipads. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Travis

    1. I am using 3 Price charts with a description column to the left. When viewing this page on mobile the description column disappears and there is no way of knowing what you are reading on the price charts. How do I resolve this?

    2. I don’t like how the submenu text color fades out so I used the advanced styling to change the color of sublevel menu items.. But the mega menu items are still faded and didn’t change color. How do I fix this?

    3. When viewing the menu on a mobile phone the menu continues to scroll down and there is a whole bunch of white space. I don’t want this- I just want it to end where the last menu item ends.

    Thnank you in advance!

    I found another solution, but have a follow up question. I put the phone and e-mail in the main menu below the header. They are live links (and the only menu items), so I would like to hide the mobile menu and leave the main menu on all devices.

    I have been unable to add the correct custom CSS. Take a look and let me know how to accomplish this.

    Thanks,

    Yigit,

    Now that the website is live, I will be the one updating the information on it moving forward. So, I apologize if I ask you a question that you have already responded to. Specifically, (during this topic) our web builders added a phone number to the header. Now, when we view the site on mobile devices, the phone number overlaps the menu icon. How can we go about fixing this. Please keep in mind, my skill level is verrry low.

    Thanks,

    Travis

    Hi Yigit, that did not help the issue with the link visibility. :(

    The menus are popping out when I think I need them to, but the links themselves – in the mobile menu – are only visible on Small tablet landscape (800×600) and none of the other responsive layouts (e.g. Mobile portrait (320×480), Mobile landscape (480×320) and Small tablet portrait (600×800), Tablet portrait (768×1024)). Also, I would like the mobile menu to appear when in the Tablet landscape (1024×768) view since the navigation runs long.

    Thank you for the continued support

    Hey Ivana!

    Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab

    @media only screen and (max-width: 1140px) {
    .av-main-nav > li > a { padding: 0 7px; }}

    and please go to Enfold theme options > Header Layout > Mobile Menu > Header Mobile Menu activation and choose 990px.

    Regards,
    Yigit

    Thanks. Actually I managed to remove the footer by editing the front page and choose ‘hide footer show socket) on the right hand menu. It seems that the enfold settings dashboard only hides the footer on all pages but not the front page.

    One new question (and I have looked around the forum before I posted this). How can I hide the slider on mobile phones? The font is too small to be read. Thanks.

    I was wondering if you could help. Overall we are really happy with the theme and our client is also impressed, however there are a couple of issues when it is in the mobile version.

    1. The footer menu isn’t showing up on the mobile version, looked on your theme preview and think its the same on there. Is there a way we can get it to show.

    2. The logo is being pushed out of proportion as it scales down.

    3. There’s a white line between the header contact details and submenu in the header which on the mobile version is showing up as a long line on the right hand side. Can this be removed on the mobile version

    4. Parts of the text on the layer slider (the numbers) aren’t showing even though they are mid sentence and show up fine on the desktop version.

    Sorry if someone has already queried any of these issues, had a quick look through but couldn’t see the answer to the problem. The client has taken screen shots that I’m happy to email you if any of the above makes no sense. We’re on a tight deadline so would appreciate a response asap. Look forward to hearing from you.

    Thanks Ian

    Hi guys

    I’ve tried a few things but for some reason I can’t get the nav menu to show in mobile or tablet view. As I shrink down it totally disappears!

    Header Mobile menu Activation- Activate for Smartphones and Tablets
    Sticky header, shrinking header and let logo and menu position adapt to browser all checked..

    thanks
    Arran

    Thanks Ismael – I clicked the second option and the menu is visible on Small tablet landscape (800×600), but no other mobile sizes. The link is http://www.rockspotclimbing.com/

    Hi!

    Thank you for the access.

    1.) Please use this on Quick CSS or custom.css to fix the menu:

    #menu-parallax-menu li {
    clear: none !important;
    }

    2.) I’m sorry but the mobile menu will only work for the default theme menu. You need to hire a freelance developer if you want to apply it on your custom menu. Please visit Envato Studio or Werkpress for further customization.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi!

    Thank you for using the theme!

    Please go to Enfold > Header Layout > Mobile Menu. Look for the Header Mobile Menu activation then select the second option to activate the advance menu toggle on iPad landscape view.

    Cheers!
    Ismael

    Hey lzevon!

    Thank you so much for using the theme!

    1.) Please go to Enfold > Header Layout > Mobile Menu panel. Look for the Header Mobile Menu Activation, choose the second option.

    2.) Please go to Enfold > Advanced Styling, edit the Main Menu Links. Please post the website url here so that we can inspect it.

    Cheers!

    Hi OblakJ!

    Thank you so much for using the theme!

    Please use this on Quick CSS to remove the padding:

    .logo img {
    padding: 0;
    }

    Go to Enfold > Header Layout > Mobile Menu panel. Look for the Header Mobile Menu activation setting then choose the second option in order to prevent the main menu from overlapping the logo.

    Regards,
    Ismael

    I have a client site with a long menu, to the right of the logo.

    In the tablet portrait view it overlaps the logo.

    I’ve been experimenting but can’t find the place to invoke the change from the visible menu to the mobile icon advanced menu. I have it set and it does indeed change when I go to a smaller device, but I’d like the mobile portrait view to invoke the change.

    Thanks for any help you can provide me.

    Quick Question. My mobile menu at innatmystic.com now seems to be a little messed up and overlapping. Any ideas how to fix this? Here is my code:

    span.menu-break {
    display: block;
    line-height: 0;
    bottom: 65px;
    position: relative;
    }
    .menu-item-top-level{
    text-align: center;
    }

    @media only screen and (min-width: 320px) and (max-width: 480px) {
    span.menu-break {
    position: inherit !important;
    }
    }
    @media only screen
    and (min-device-width : 768px)
    and (max-device-width : 1024px) {
    span.menu-break {
    position: inherit !important;
    }
    }
    .header-scrolled span.menu-break {
    display: block;
    line-height: 0;
    bottom: 24px;
    position: relative;
    }

    I have an issue with the transparent menu in mobile menus which I fixed with this code:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
    .responsive #main {
    padding-top: 0 !important;
    margin-top: -170px;
    }

    However, this code “fixes” ALL my pages and posts, and I only want it applied to the ones with a transparent menu. Any way to fix ONLY the transparent menu pages/posts?

    Thanks for any assistance.

    Hello,

    1. I can see the mobile menu, but would like to see it at the Small tablet landscape (800×600) and Tablet portrait (768×1024) views (doesn’t appear now until the Small tablet portrait (600×800) view).

    2. My links in the mobile menu are there, but the text is not visible. Ive tried a number of different CSS combinations to no avail. Not sure what to do to make the links appear. I also disabled plugins and tried to no avail.

    Thank you

    #284121

    Hi Ismael,

    I removed it and deactivated things.
    I’m still not seeing the mobile menu showing up properly on the home page.
    it does appear to be on other sub pages.

    can you take another look..

    Apart from this.. we’re loving enfold.. more and more.. :)

    Is there a better option than what we have as the navigation is the one thing we want to optimise the flow of..

    thanks

    Hi!

    I do not have a chance to check your website on an actual ipad but using simulator and resizing browser window, this is how it looks – http://i.imgur.com/lwjUCVz.png Have you flushed browser cache on your ipad?

    Please add following code to move mobile menu higher

    #advanced_menu_toggle, #advanced_menu_hide { top: 47%; }

    Cheers!

    Hey!

    Please go to Enfold theme options > Header Layout > Mobile Menu > Header Mobile Menu activation and choose 990px.
    If you do not mind creating a temporary admin login and posting it here privately i can look into home icon issue

    Best regards,

    Hey!

    Thank you for the heads up!

    I’ll ask Kriesi and Dude to take a look. For the meantime, please go to Enfold > Header Layout > Mobile Menu panel. Deselect or deactivate the Hide Mobile Menu Submenu Items option.

    Cheers!

    Hi psipi!

    Thank you for using the theme!

    A plugin somehow called “loyally” is breaking the mark up of the theme. Please deactivate the plugin along with other plugins then test the mobile menu again.

    Cheers!

    Hi, when we look at the menu for http://www.SimonHedley.com on a mobile device things aren’t showing up properly?

    And the content carousel is also not working properly.

    The site is fully uptodate wordpress and latest updates of Enfold installed.

    Otherwise the theme seems to be running fine.. however this issue with the menu and some other quirks are very frustrating.
