But that is no Enfold Element – did you switch off the Enfold Lightbox Option?
It seems to be that – your lightbox Plugin comes into trouble with “infinite scroll” loaded images. the first one are opening in lightbox – but the delayed loaded images have sometimes that problem.
I am having an issue with images that I want to open in a lightbox, but they are opening directly in the browser instead: https://mechenbier.com/portfolio/
You can see that the lightbox initially loads, but then something happens, and the image loads in the browser instead. If you click the browser’s back button, you then get Essential Grid’s lightbox.
I have disabled Enfold’s lightbox through “Theme Options,” but that did not resolve the issue. I’ve been communicating with Essential Grid’s team for a while, and they believe that Enfold is somehow overriding Essential Grid’s lightbox behavior after it loads—likely due to a JavaScript event or a theme-level modification.
Your help is greatly appreciated.

Hi,
For the “Livraison en Afrique” page, please add this css code to adjust the size of the slider image on mobile view:
#top .av-m7utj0fm-55a4085e08fb8dd95eeb6325426a31b7 li img {
height: 300px;
object-fit: cover;
object-position: right;
}

Hi
Can I remove the image gallery’s animated (hover over) speech bubbles? I was just the caption for each image below.

Hi,
At first, I get a 503 server error:

but after a few tries I see that you still have a REST API has a critical error

perhaps your web host has added too many sites to the server, this is typically for many hosts, a 503 error is typically a server error and not due to the theme.
I can not reproduce with my test site, it runs quickly without error. We are not server experts as there are a lot of server settings and a lot of different servers.
Typically one spam site on a server can max out the server resources and all of the other sites suffer.
I see that you have a lot of plugins activate, perhaps one is having an error, I know you tried to test with them disabled, how long did you wait, with them disabled?
Best regards,
Mike
Hey mosaic,
It looks like your PHP max input variables, PHP time limit, & Max input time are set low:

try these settings:

it also looks like your REST API has a critical error, this is a server error.

Mike
Hi,
When I check your staging site, the products are in one column:

do you mean these:

Hey MarcusJeroch,
If you use the Contact Form > Backend > Autoresponder the sender will receive message. You must add a Autorespond Text for it you work.
For example:

You get this email:

the sender gets this email:

otherwise use a plugin like Contact Form 7, which provides more flexibility and options for form functionality.

Mike
Hey nancyT,
Try this CSS in your Enfold Theme Options ▸ General Styling ▸ Quick CSS field:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
.responsive.html_header_top.html_logo_center #top .logo {
left: 10%;
position: relative;
float: right;
}
}
After applying the css, please clear your browser cache and check.

Best regards,
Mike
Hi,
I adjusted the items order, please clear your browser cache and check.

Hi,
The menu item “Pranayamalehrer Ausbildung” is very long, to break it into two lines I gave you this css
#menu-item-96 a .avia-menu-text {
white-space: normal;
word-wrap: break-word;
display: block;
width: 150px;
text-align: right;
line-height: 18px;
}

the line in the css line-height: 18px; brings the two lines in the single menu item closer together so your visitor will know it is one item.
If you don’t like this then remove this line from the css:

but it may look like two separate menu items and be confusing, or you can adjust the number to suit.
Best regards,
Mike
This could be so easy if you could simply enter a specific number of pixels other than large gap. 15 pixels is too small. My customer would like it to look like this from the layout.

When I play around with CSS, the gap shifts to the left of the image and when I reduce the size, the gap to the right of the second image is also increased. Very confusing.

Hi Mike,
The two images should not fill the full width and yet the gap between the two images should be much wider. It is clear that these will be correspondingly smaller. How can I create my individual spacing? This is a customer request.
Hi,
We can offer css to hide the image above the blog article, please link to your page for us to examine.
Best regards,
Mike
Hi,
When I look at your screenshot I wonder if you want to have your masonry full width

simply adding a larger gap will make your images smaller, please include a link to your site and advise.

Mike
Hi Rikard,
thank you for your answer.
The problem is that under “Enfold Child Theme Options – Blog Layout” under the option “Single Post Style” you can set that a large or small image should be displayed above the blog article. But since this looks unsightly for us, I would like to leave out this image above the blog article altogether.
Hope this helps to understand.
Best regards
Hi Rikard,
Of course. I would like to have more space in the upper images. I only have the option between no gap, 1px gap or large gap. But I would like much more.

Thank you.
Hey catssoft,
I’m not sure if I fully understand your question. Do mean that you want to hide the featured image while using the default WordPress editor in your posts?
Best regards,
Rikard
Hello everyone,
How can I increase the distance in the Masonry Gallery? I only have three options to choose from. It doesn’t work properly via CSS. I only want to increase the spacing between the images.
Hello,
Is there a way to specify in the style of the single block post that no preview image is displayed above the post?
Thanks in advance
Hey lara666,
Thank you for the inquiry.
We checked the actual image, but it doesn’t exist — please check the link in the private field. Kindly try uploading the logo image again in both the Enfold > Theme Options > Logo and Enfold > Theme Options > Transparency Options > Transparency Logo settings. Let us know the result.
Best regards,
Ismael
Hey TheConduitLondon,
Thank you for the inquiry.
We noticed that the image Slide-16_9-9-11-ezgif.com-png-to-webp-converter.webp was not preloaded. Please try to use this plugin to preload images above the fold.

Another recommendation is to Reduce Javascript Execution Time, mostly related to third party scripts.

Review your plugins and embedded code, and make sure all of them are necessary. Remove any that are not being used.

Hi,
Would you mind providing a screenshot of the issue with recaptcha/api2/logo_48.png image? You can use platforms like Savvyify, Imgur or Dropbox to upload and share the screenshot. Here are the steps to follow:
1.) Visit the website of your chosen platform, such as Savvyify, Imgur or Dropbox.
2.) Locate the option to upload a file or an image.
3.) Select the screenshot file from your computer or device and upload it to the platform.
4.) After the upload is complete, you will be provided with a shareable link or an embed code.
5.) Copy the link or code and include it in your message or response to provide us with the screenshot.
Thank you for taking the time to share the screenshot. It will help us better understand the issue you’re facing and provide appropriate assistance.
Best regards,
Ismael
Hi,
Unfortunately, there is not a way to add images to the top bar menu like the mega menu.
Best regards,
Mike
I’m trying to add wood grain to a color section. I obtained a wood grain image on a transparent background and resized it 2560 pixels wide and a PNG. I’ve added that as a image overlay. It looks like it is covering the page with many smaller versions of the image instead of one stretched one.
Maybe I’m coming at this all wrong and overlay isn’t the right method? This seems like something that shouldn’t be hard?
There are some other themes that have similar issues. It appears it is the <picture> tag causing the issue. For me I just stopped using image plugins and let the host’s CDN handle it.
if you like to use a different font then it is better to use the image id
function avia_replace_default_icons($icons){
$icons['svg__search'] = array( 'font' =>'svg_wp-media-library', 'icon' => '40720');
return $icons;
}
add_filter('avf_default_icons','avia_replace_default_icons', 10, 1);
that above is an example with the new “font” of uploaded svg files to media-library
https://kriesi.at/support/topic/how-to-replace-standard-icons/
Advantage use media library multicolor svgs too.
Hey,
I’m having issues with our page speed, mainly with the Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) element on this page: https://www.theconduit.com/coworking-space/.
I’ve compressed the background image to less than 100KB and am using LiteSpeed Cache with all settings maximised. I’ve also preloaded content, but no matter what I do, I can’t seem to decrease the LCP time.
Google PageSpeed report:
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1ArgHab3W1p-Z2vvfMmmowVKmMI7CmbOe?usp=drive_link
you can use on $sub html tags . f.e.:
function kriesi_logo_addition($sub)
{
$sub .= "<span class='logo-title'>";
$sub .= get_bloginfo( 'name', 'display' );
$sub .= "</span>";
$sub .= "<span class='logo-title logo-subtitle'>";
$sub .= get_bloginfo( 'description', 'display' );
$sub .= "</span>";
return $sub;
}
add_filter('avf_logo_subtext', 'kriesi_logo_addition');
and if you can insert classes that way – you can have here alt and title too.
btw:
The required alt attribute specifies an alternate text for an image, if the image cannot be displayed.
The alt attribute provides alternative information for an image if a user for some reason cannot view it (because of slow connection, an error in the src attribute, or if the user uses a screen reader).
