    cheers that works perfectly ! I wanted it a bit thinner so set it to 350 px
    one more thing, when the screen is a full width on the captions are right on the bottom of the images, and also the images are aligned to the top so you see the top, is there a way of setting it all to vertical align center ? or moving the captions up at least

    When I shrink the window in width the captions then move to the center of the slider images vertically.
    I tried looking at inspect element in chrome but could find the correct style to adjust for this sorry

    Thanks again for the speedy support

    I just installed Enfold theme and when I go to activate it – slideshow.php is blowing up. Here is the exact fatal message I get and below that the line of code. Copied from line 493 to 500. For a new client who specifically picked out this WP theme so suggestions on how I can get it working would be greatly appreciated.

    Josue,
    I was looking to make the lower 5 images fill more of the container. So maybe what I need is to find out how to make the content container bigger or less space between the images? Let me know, and I appreciate your time bro!

    Hi, i have selected Single Author, small preview pic for blog layout. However, the featured image i have chosen is not exact width and height of profile pic area. How do i get the featured image to fit or be atleast be cropped to fit full box? It looks messy.

    Also on the blog slider layout it would be great if the images were all same size even if originally different proportions.

    If i could just get a consistient size for all views would be great.

    Can you advise?

    Thanks

    Hi Yigit
    Thanks for your answer.
    But i did put the horizontals rules there, because i need theme there for my layout.
    The problem is only in firefox.
    Isn’t there another solution?

    Devin,

    Thanks for the reply. The quick CSS suggestion to not display dates on posts worked perfectly.

    I am really pleased with the Enfold theme except for how it currently manages video.
    I think improving overall theme support for video content should be a very high priority. Most people want to utilize video on their site these days and will expect Enfold content and media elements to display video thumbnails the same way they do with image files.

    A friend’s site at http://www.pdmtv.com uses a theme called Breakout that seems to have successfully solved many issues with video integration. Maybe this can provide some insight on a path to enhancing video support in Enfold.

    Meanwhile, can you suggest any plugins that would add a ‘Recent Post’ grid, widget, etc. to pages with thumbnail support for video/embedded video?

    Thanks,
    Keith

    Hey!

    It seems like you’re using the “image” element. You need to set the title/description in the modal window which pops up when you click on the element field. I made a short screenr video: http://www.screenr.com/RoqH

    Best regards,
    Peter

    Hey!

    Right now the only way to show a featured image for the post or portfolio item is to add that image to the Featured Image. Video posts and portfolio posts don’t display the video as a preview though it is something we’ll be looking at adding in the future if possible.

    For the dates, Try adding the following CSS to your Quick CSS (located under the Styling Tab in the theme options) or the custom.css file in the css folder of your theme files:

    .date-container.minor-meta,
    .date-container.minor-meta + span{
        display: none;
    }

    Best regards,
    Devin

    Sounds like an issue with whatever you are viewing the sites with. I can assure you the demo doesn’t have pixelated imaged :)

    I realized that even on your demo site of enfold all images look crappy and compressed (you can see single pixels…)

    What’s the matter?

    Hi Selectah123!

    I’m not seeing any issues with blurry images or anything like that on the site. Can you point us to a specific example and maybe a screenshot of what you are seeing?

    Regards,
    Devin

    Hey!

    Please update your theme to version 2.3.2 and let us know if issue remains

    Hi there. We dev’d a site under a staging domain name. Now that we are ready to launch, we changed the domain name in wordpress to the actual production URL.

    However, we are still seeing the old URL in images that were embedded using the avia editor. For example, on come pages, we set a background image in a color section, and the path of that image shows the old domain name still.

    We now have to manually go in and edit the images on each page to change the paths…

    Is there a way around this?

    Hello, sorry but my english isn’t the best, but i think you can understand: there aren’t alt tags and image titles on in the images, and i’ve put it into the media panel. What i have to do?
    You can see an example in this page: 2 images, no alt tags and no title.

    Another question: when i turn from the builder to the classic editor, page’s content be deleted.

    Hi,

    In Post format “Video”, You can show “Featured Image” only preview ?Then, I click on “Read more” and “Featured Image” disappears.

    Post format Video:

    I tried this:

    .format-video .big-preview img {
        display: none;
    }

    or this:

    .format-video .small-preview img {
        display: none;
    }

    or this:

    .format-video .big-preview:last-child{
           display: none;
    }

    or this:

    .format-video .small-preview:last-child{
          display: none;
    }

    But this way is not good

    Many thanks!
