My testimonial images are not “popping up” like they were when I initially installed Enfold. Can you please advise?
Hey!
Please try it and let us know so we can mark thread as resolved :)

i did try resizing them but it didnt help right away
This is for others with the same problem
it dosnt just help resizing them , you need to know what the images both katalog and single product are scaled down or up to via your theme on the site
in my shop page i rightclicked the image and chose image info or something there it tells you the size defined in woocommerce – catalog and next to that how much its scaled up or down to
write that dimention (the scalled dimention) into ur woocommerce – settings – catalog and regenerate with the plugin
problem solved
thankz anyways
Hello.
Someone just let me know that when you go to the last item of my portfolio and click on the big portfolio link arrow it goes back to the previous image and does not restart over again.
The functionality I am referring to is this on the demo site: http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/portfolio-item/portfolio-big/
And the issue on my site. I am starting at the next to last portfolio item. Click the big portfolio arrow link on the right and you will see that the last 2 items begin an infinite loop rather than starting at the beginning of the portfolio.

Please help with this issue.

Hey Tali!
Please refer to my post here https://kriesi.at/support/topic/change-logo-image-for-scrolled-header/#post-188003
Instead of 200, you can enter 120

Is it possible to have a full-width masonry gallery with more than 4 columns? The images I’m using are only a couple hundred pixels across, so when I use them in a full-width masonry element they are enlarged. Alternatively, I could use a regular gallery (which allows up to 12 columns) and use custom css to remove the padding and borders around each image, but I can’t figure out how to make it full-width, and ideally, I’d like to be able to use custom links for each image (like you can with the masonry gallery).
It looked like it was working the other day but now it appears that the text is showing up below the navbar. Can you advise on how to hide this so that only the image appears on the desktop?
That seems to help. Thanks!
Go to http://75.103.91.29/product-category/limited-edition-giclees-on-canvas/ – click on any product/image and then see the options. It was a random problem and may have something to do with where you click in the drop down possibly? Not sure…….
Hi Kimberly!
See: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/create-new-portfolio-item/
Make sure that you add a featured image to each portfolio item so that the theme has something to use in the portfolio grid element.

Hello, i want to make an Advanced LayerSlider with a Single Single, but i need it to loop.
My ideia is to have images elements looping in and out every x seconds, but my text remain statct.
Found out how to make the text be statc not fading in and out, but if i stay single slide, the slide wont loop, so i tried adding another slide with 0 ms duration, so everything was looping but my text (fixed) blink everytime the slide reload, i think its because its loaded the second slide and reloaded the fiirst one, even its 0 ms might have some short of cooldown before loading the first slide, so it makes my fixed text on first slide to blink.
You have any solution? I just need my single slide to keep looping, but it wont if i just have 1 slide…
Hi Aerny!
It doesn’t look like you have a featured image set on your individual blog posts. That image should be set from the meta box on the right hand side of the Post editing screen:

I ended up removing the slider and creating it again. That fixed the problem. Your comment about the images actually led me in this direction, thanks!
Hello,
I was wondering if you could point me to the code (javascript?) that creates the fade in effect for preview images in a portfolio grid. I’d like to speed up the effect so you don’t have to wait for the preview images at the bottom of the page to load if you quickly want to use a filter to reach them.
I couldn’t find it in the theme files and I didn’t see any other topic on this, so I apologize if I just missed it.
Thanks!
(Great theme, btw)
Thx Ismael. I will try it.
Hi there, I have a one page holding site where I have used the colour sections in the page builder to hold background images. All the images have been made as small as possible.
The first background image loads but the other three as you scroll down do not – http://www.kingbeer.co.uk/
Thanks for you help!
Thanks – This worked to bring the slider and color sections higher on the page. The only issue I’m now having is the headline is very close to the top of the page, and content areas and sidebars have lost the nice white space between elements that previously existed. Is there an additional CSS class that I should add to this to have it apply to the full-width image areas only?
sample (see headline – very close to top): https://www.dropbox.com/s/0gp4c0yxd25w2kx/headline-shortspace.png

Hey guys –
Did a little work at http://embodyproject.com on the single post pages.
I added a background and then edited the image sizes to appear in full. The images and background are not sizing down with smaller devices. How do you recommend I go about enabling this?
Thanks in advance
Hi,
I am using a full screen slider on my homepage, there are 12 slides all with captions, descriptions and link buttons, but these elements are placed in different locations on each slide.
When I look at the homepage on a mobile device the full image is pushed off the edges of the page and only the area where the captioning appears is displayed.
This doesn’t seem right to me, assumed it would resize to fit based on it being a responsive template.
Could you please advise here? Many thanks.
Hi fixedopsinsight!

.news-thumb { padding: 0; min-width: 38px;
min-height: 38px; }

Hey Softwaredanmark!
Please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Catalog and increase “Catalog Images” sizes then regenerate thumbnails using http://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

Hey raymontag!
You are going to need to hire a freelance developer for that kind of customization as it is beyond the scope of support we can provide. You can also request quote here.

Hey!
Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under Styling tab and change page ID to match your pages
.page-id-999 .slide-image {
width: 30%;
margin-right: 10px;
float: left;
}
You can right click on Chrome or Firefox and click Inspect elements to find the page ID

Yigit
I would like to change the featured image on top that it spans the full width of the content box. The sidebar should then start below the picture. Is there an easy way to implement htis?
Exampe for my site: http://gothsick.de/blog/2014/01/23/piano-nights-von-bohren-der-club-of-gore/

Hi Ismael,
Thanks for your help! Thats exactly what I wanted!
However, I would like to have this layout only for some of my pages like my “News” page.
With this css code:
.slide-image {
width: 30%;
margin-right: 10px;
float: left;
}
I get all of my blog pages displayed that way. (for example, for my “Tours” post page I wanna use the masonry option) Can you please tell me what selector(s) to add to this code?
And again, I want to know if Enfold has a feature that tells you in one element the latest updates of posts and custom post types. Or is it something I have to deal with the plugins?
Thanks for your support.
Yeas
