Editing the notification email message in Gravity Forms isn’t working when Enfold is activated. It works when I go back to the Twenty Seventeen theme.
This happens on a lot of my sites, over and over. Would love it if you could find a fix. Thanks!
FIXED: This was an allowed memory issue in wp-config.php. I increased the allowed memory, and it all works now.
I have an issue where one particular page is not loading, nor will the page editor content load (error is pasted in the private content window). Meanwhile, I am also having Ajax issues with a form plugin that was not present before – when trying to select the form within Gravity Forms to export entries, there is an Azax issue and it won’t select the form. I don’t know if these are related or not. They both coincide with updating the new, large theme update. My WP install, theme, and all plugins are updated, and I have not added anything new since they were all working fine with no problem.

On my website I use the Enfold theme together with Woocommerce and Gravity Forms. Everything was working perfectly but now the system is not sending emails anymore. I can’t seem to find the problem, Could you help me?

Additional Information (not related to above Problem) – I downgraded from Enfold 4.2.4 to 4.1.2 (was a version I had here, as you don’t provide older versions) as pricing in Gravity Forms is not working in 4.2.4 but in 4.2.3. If you look at : http://www.pixelcomputer.de/shop/workstations/pixelstation-pro/ you see prices for the options. In 4.2.4 no pricing is shown! Huge Problem too!

My copy of Gravity forms does not appear to be working. When I try to add a new form in Gravity Forms, the screen just sort of dims and I don’t see the “Create a new form” dialog box.
I tried importing a form from one of my other sites. At first this seems to work alright (though not a great solution), however when I edit the form I cannot add any new fields or really modify the form in any way.
I have tried deactivating all plugins, but this does not seem to do anything.

Both the Advanced and Default page editors have stopped working on my website when various plugins are enabled. It works when all plugins are disabled, but there seems to be a conflict with Gravity Forms and also Yoast SEO. When either of those plugins are enabled, the editor stops working:
Advanced editor – just shows the loading wheel/icon
Default editor – content window is blank/white
Clicking the “Advanced Layout Editor” button just adds a # to the url rather than toggling the editor.Both plugins are critical to my site and have worked with the Enfold theme without any problems for a long time. Any ideas what the conflict could be?
All wordpress, theme and plugin files are up-to-date.

The shortcode
[wdm_my_subscription]below loads the users WooCommerce Membership subscriptions to the frontend, if the user has any, otherwise the code produces a message that the user does not have any subscriptions. The shortcode produce the result on the page, but ignores the Avia Modules and thus loads the content above them, rendering the page erroneously (See screenshot) .This site uses other shortcodes, mainly from Gravity Forms, Gravity View, Avia page builder of cource plus one or two other minor functions. All of these work as expected. I have tried several other shortcodes that load data from WooCommerce “My account” page, and found that all of them produce the same error. I suppose it’s not a long shot to guess that the plausible reason is that the Avia Builder is not singing in perfect harmony with WooCommerce.
Would be happy for a lead or a hint on where a fix for this can be found.

please stick to one issue/question in one thread only, otherwise it gets very confusing here. Feel free to open a new ticket for another issue.
Keep all plugins but gravity forms plugin deactivated while trouble shooting.
Try this code instead:

If I add a simple new code to change any color settings of any element, then it’s not working. Are you using any caching on your server? please ask your host about it. I am having a really frustrating time with the forms on my site.
The forms dont seem to be using the theme colors correctly. Some forms have a white text on submit (which is what I want). Some have a grey (which I do not want).
I have tried multiple CSS codes which have worked for others and just nothing seems to budge the submit button colors?

We seem to encountering an issue with a drop down field on a Gravity form after the latest upgrade. Have read your post about and applied the changes but this hasn’t resolved the issue.

The Practitioner Name (select your practitioner) drop down has a predictive type input, so three letters need to be entered before a suggestions are populated in the drop down. This is working completely fine in the preview as seen in link above.
However when added to the page and after inheriting theme styles, this behaviour is lost and the drop down just shows ALL names listed, see link below and form is contained on right hand side column. http://practitioner.researchnutrition.com.au/patient-resources/order/

We are experiencing some problems with one of our client sites running Enfold:About 4 days ago the shortcodes stopped working. Post sliders and some images are also not displaying. This goes for Avia shortcodes as well as Gravity forms shortcodes and others.
We have a custom mod of the portfolio.php file to allow shortcodes in portfolio excerpts, a mod we also made after the most recent theme update (April 4), but the problem seems to be on pages as well.

I’m trying to edit Gravity Forms using the style.css file and it’s not working. I’ve also tried using the quick css and again it’s not working.
My Gravity forms with “Ajax = true” after pressing “send” seems “to work” endless. Nothing happens – only the hourglass is rotating …

Did you test this form on a default theme? Is it working there? If possible, please create a new ticket in the Gravity Forms forum. It will help a lot.
We also found this error on the console, cause by a third party plugin which is not directly connected to the issue but may be worth fixing:

The error messages are from the servers at WPEngine. We noted that our Gravity Forms forms were not working correctly. I turned off all of the plugins that were added, and noted that the theme is functioning better but still producing error messages related to the header (line 9).
There were 3 different plugins used for managing forms: WuFoo, Gravity Forms, and FormAssembly. I suspect there may have been conflicts there, however, the errors are still appearing after turning these off.
I’m going to attempt to reinstall the theme, and see if that stops the error messaging.

Yes , i just found it its a plugin we use called “gravity forms styler” i turned it off and woo commerce started working,
Its a shame as i use it to style an email sign up we use, i made the product changes i needed while it was turned off and then turned it back on.
Not ideal and ill have to find another plugin to style the email sign up form but at least for now, i can turn it on and off.
I have not fully tested all of woo commerce and the payment sections of the site, so it may be doing other issues that i have not found yet,You recommend any gravity forms styler plugs ins?

Our company manages a website for a law firm, and was using a contact form to receive job applications. However, the notification emails aren’t being received. We’ve tried both Contact Form 7 and Gravity forms, and both seem to be giving the same issue. I saw another user had a similar issue, so I thought this may be an bug with the theme. Any ideas?
