I see that you are using v5.4.1, please update to v7.0.1
I also see that updates on your site have been disabled, so you may need to manually update with the steps below.

To update your version of Enfold you will need to download the latest installable WP version from your Theme Forest account and upload it to your WordPress ▸ Appearance ▸ Themes ▸ Add Themes ▸ Add New

after you choose the zip file and click install, you will see a This theme is already installed message because you are updating, you can continue

then you will see the Theme updated successfully message.

The site is still using an older version of the theme. It’s possible that the automatic update is no longer working as expected. You may need to download the latest version (7.0.1) from your ThemeForest account and update the theme manually via FTP. Please check the documentation below for more info.

Try applying a Custom CSS Class name to the element where you need this applied, and replace the auto-generated class names .av-1v2pat2-53d1a210d34319a1e3263b9b4acfe09f .av-1tepg6e-5d320ae52f7edb1070659a131dbdac1d with it.

You can try overriding the avia_woocommerce_overwrite_catalog_ordering function in the enfold/config-woocommerce/config.php file.

We reset the settings in the Settings > Reading panel to default, then adjusted Enfold > Blog Layout > Blog Layout to Grid Layout. You can adjust this as needed.

Your Enfold version is very old: v3.3.2, we are now at v7.0.1
Your PHP version is 7.4.33, which is also outdated.
You should first update your theme with the following steps, and then update your PHP to v8+, if you don’t know how to do this please ask your webhost.
To update your version of Enfold you will need to download the latest installable WP version from your Theme Forest account and upload it to your WordPress ▸ Appearance ▸ Themes ▸ Add Themes ▸ Add New

then you will see the Theme updated successfully message.

Please note that we don’t expect any issues with these steps, but it is always a good idea to first create a full backup of your site (files + database) with your webhost backup tool, not a WP backup plugin. Since there are may different webhosts ask your webhost for help creating a full backup.

Thank you for using Enfold.

The main changes in 7.0 was adding svg icons.
And changes to ..\config-templatebuilder\avia-template-builder\php\class-font-manager.php – deprecating functions like av_icon(), ….

And: splitted functions.php and functions-enfold.php in seperate files and restructured files in /includes folder

Maybe this causes problems with your code.

You will need to check WP error log for any messages – maybe that helps to find the problem.

avia_deep_decode

is a core function needed to properly convert HTML characters in ALB elements. And it is not recommended to remove/change it.

As all builders also our ALB has some overhead that slow down backend pageload.
Consider to switch to a hoster that provides higher performance – and try to increase memory for php and WP.

For frontend use caching plugins to speed up pageload – and check that your images are optimized and the dimension uploaded does not exceed the maximum size needed.
