I have used the Enfold theme since 2017. I created the website within a Child Theme. About a week ago, we stopped being able to log in to the website dashboard. Instead, I received a message stating that my website had a critical error. After calling BlueHost, they said the problem was that the Enfold theme was “broken”. They had to disable/remove the Enfold theme so my site would work again. All my pages seem accessible in the dashboard; however, the website only displays the Blog page. I believe they deleted Enfold from my account. Please help me get my site back up and running correctly.

I’m writing to report a critical issue I’m encountering with the slider element on the homepage of our online shop, Lucynashinaya. We are currently using your Enfold – Responsive Multi-Purpose Theme template.
The problem is that the slider is failing to initialise correctly after the page loads. It simply doesn’t start functioning as expected. I’ve spent a significant amount of time troubleshooting this on my end, and unfortunately, I haven’t been able to resolve the issue.
This is a crucial element for showcasing our products on the homepage, and its current state is negatively impacting the user experience and potentially our sales.
I also understand from the template’s update history that there haven’t been any recent updates. While I appreciate the initial design, the lack of ongoing maintenance and support for critical components like this is concerning.
Could you please investigate this issue urgently? I would appreciate any guidance or a solution you can provide to get the slider working correctly. Please let me know what information you require from my end to assist with your investigation.

We´re having massive issues with the following website using Enfold.
Will buying a new 2025 based version solve these problems?
Behavior is different in all web browsers. Mainly the structure, loading the website the first, second or third time, displays wrong, background, order, colors… after refreshing the website 3-4 times content is displayed correctly.Current Version: 4.7.5

I have a site that is almost built and just now am seeing that the images in my portfolio grids are not showing in the grid, but they seem to load and then disappear. I have cleared the css minification. I can’t see the problem on the backend and have checked settings. Can you take a look?
UPDATE – I fixed this by adding this:
.js_active .grid-image { opacity: 1; }but I don’t understand why i needed to add that since the images looked fine before?
Now I am seeing the images but they are getting cropped at the bottom, covered by the title. This was not how they were yesterday. Can you take a look at that? I need the whole images to show with the title and excerpt underneath.

When I disable it, the images are fine. Is there a way to fix this and still use cookiebot? If I disable the cookiebot banner, the icon is still there with the info in lower left on some pages – do I need that for compliance. Is there a way to link the cookiebot settings thru the enfold popup info box or is it ok as it is? I am using the enfold banner and it seems to be ok and the images are not cropped. (I found that some cookiebot banner settings make it so the video background doesn’t load on the front page.) What are the best practices here?
Also :
The thumbnails on the grid seem to load slowly, like the files are too big (these are 300×300). Is there a way to fix this?
On the page listed below, I have the sorting options turned on, but I am not seeing them (there is the space there where they should be). Can you take a look?thanks

Is there a noindex nofollow for a page setting in the Enfold theme?
Sometimes I publish pages so my collaborators can see them but I do not want them to be indexed by search engines. Is there a setting within the Enfold theme itself for this or is it a WordPress setting?

and extended support, when I tried to register my email I misstyped it and haven’t been able to register the correct one.

We’ve got two websites now where, after adding Google Captcha V3, we get this error when testing the contact form in Enfold:
Token to validate form already expired.
Form could not be submitted. Please reload page and try again.
Transient to verify form was missing or expired.We’ve tried:
1. Clearing and disabling cache
2. Updating all plugins
3. Updating Enfold to latest version
4. Re-saving the captcha keys
5. Assigning new captcha keys
6. Switching to Captcha V2 onlyIf we switch the form’s security to use the Enfold numerical captcha, that works. However neither Captcha V2 or V3 will work.
Please kindly advise?

EricI have a site with enfold trying to update. I just purchased a renewal at themeforest but the license code it gave me is same as my old one.
