You can check that the behaviour is the same with all your menu items which have children, it has nothing to do with anchor links.

From the theme options under Enfold->Main Menu->Burger/Mobile Menu:

Since you selected to display submenu items on click or on hover, the parent menu item does no longer navigate to the URL it contains, but toggles the visibility of its submenu items. If you want users to be able to open the parent menu URL the theme can create a clone of that item in the submenu

Please try setting the Clone title menu items to submenu option to create a clone of the title/parent menu item.

We might have modified the enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/toggles/toggles.js file previously. Please try to create a copy of the toggles.js file and override the one in the live site. Make sure to disable the file compression settings and purge the cache after updating the file.

Thank you for the info.

We can reproduce the issue on our end but we are not yet sure what is causing it. The default preloader should disappear when there is a custom image preloader, but this is not what is happening in your site.

To fix the issue temporarily, please add this code in the Quick CSS field.

    display: none !important;
}

You may need to toggle or temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings after adding the css.

Thanks for the login details. You can set different font sizes for different screen sizes for most elements under Enfold->General Styling->Typography, could you try changing the default values to your liking there please?

Have you tried selecting a websafe font in the Enfold > General Styling > Fonts panel? Look for the Heading Font and Body Text dropdown and select one of the websafe or a non-google fonts.

I don’t know about the smash balloon plugin, but it sounds like you have a few sites displaying the same Instagram account, I recommend trying to disable all of these and wait 24 hours for Instagram to refresh, then try the simple Enfold widget to see if will display. I suggest this one because it doesn’t use any API. If this doesn’t work please disable and I will try again on my demo site, hopefully after Instagram stops giving the error: Instagram returned error 429 (= Too Many Requests) the Enfold widget should work for you, then you can try the smash balloon plugin on your other site and see if it works again.
I’m not sure if Instagram has some limitation on the number of requests that can be made to your account, but it sounds like there might be based on the error message. Try checking with Instagram to see if there is.
