I’m testing my site on all browsers, in chrome everything seems good, but in ie10 i can’t see the icons – both the social icons and the icon in the icon box component.
The problem also happens when i view your site – i can’t see the social icons, when i hover them i see the background color.
    Attached is a screenshot:

    Hi!

You can find a video tutorial on this page i previously posted on how to update the theme via FTP http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Best regards,
    Yigit

    Hi!

Updating from backend feature was added in version 2.0.1 if i am not mistaken. So you should login on ThemeForest with the account you have purchased Enfold and go to Downloads section to download the files manually then update the theme via FTP.

    Cheers!

    Hi!

Please try adding the code to single.php file and if that does not work, try adding it to loop-index.php file inside wp-content\themes\enfold\includes folder. You can also try contacting the plugin author as they should have a better insight on the issue and how to troubleshoot it

    Best regards,
    Yigit

So I was just looking into doing that based on your previous message. My WordPress version is already 3.8, but I am having trouble finding a way to update Enfold; on WordPress, my “Enfold theme options” does not appear the way it does on the link you provided – there is nothing about updating, instead it talks about “updating dummy content” then goes into “front page settings”, “logo” etc…no where do I see update options.

hi there, i just switched to ENFOLD since my plug-in WooCommerce German Market seems to work best with this theme.
After changing the theme i have trouble adjusting some details, especially on the woocommerce product page.
I have attached a screen shot for better understanding (i am referring to the circled sections)

    1) How can i get rid of the image side bar on product image? also the link thats activated – i just want to have the product in its original size (400×400)
    2) How can i change the font sizes in the product description (Product name too big, price to small,)
    3) how can i change the font color on button only (a darker color like grey or black would go better with the yellow)
    4) How can i change the padding at the border of ‘product categories’ and ‘similar products’ (middle of the page) ?
    5) I havent found the styling option for ‘Ähnliche produkte’ (which means ‘similar products) – does this come from woocommerce? Its a different yellow that i did set up in the styling panel.. any idea where to change that?
    6) its weird that the products on the bottom (catalogue thumbs i guess) are not sharp. its the same size, quality as the main product in the upper half of the page and yet its somehow blurry. Any idea why this is happening?
This is the image size set up in woocommerce:
    catalogue: 80×80
    single product: 400×400 (original size)
    thumbs: 120×120

i searched the forum but did not find the exact answers – thats why i decided to put this together in one topic, since its happening on one single page.
    hope you can help!
    thanks so much in advance
    Pedro

    Hey!

You can highlight and make any text heading element as shown in screenshot http://i.imgur.com/7OsBNIg.jpg or you can use Special Heading element under content elements in Avia Layout Builder.
Please note that you are using Enfold version 1.8.4 which fairly old. Recently version 2.4.5 was released and there was many bug fixes and improvements done to the theme since version 1.8.4. It is also fully compatible with WordPress 3.8
You can update the theme to be able to use newly added features. Please see http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Hey!

What exactly the issue is? Have you downloaded the file from ThemeForest and tried to update manually?

    Hi kmcca!

Which text are you refering exactly? We can provide you custom CSS code to adjust them. If you are referring to Text Block element, please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under Styling tab and adjust as needed

    .avia_textblock { font-size: 18px; }

    Hey Paul!

    You could activate this: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/

And then target that element with CSS and make it stand out.

    Best regards,
    Josue

    Hey!

    1. Activate the the child theme.
    2. The themes updates should be made on the parent theme.

    Cheers!

    Hello,
I currently use the Enfold theme and I’m in need of someone with css knowledge (preferably having experience with Enfold) to make some minor changes to my theme. It seems that every time I update I develop random problems. For example, after this last update I noticed my “Blog – Latest News” is now bolded. Also, my breadcrumbs are messed up in that it only says Home and then the post title, it no longer includes the category they’re under. Another thing is that the font on article titles for new articles is now messed up, with some letters being bolded and other not. (Interestingly enough, when you copy/paste the link of those articles from the address bar it gives a bunch of added letters and symbols…again, after the last update. I have no idea what that’s about). I’m also interested in changing where the info under the post titles links to.

I’ve been keeping up with this stuff as much as I can (I’m no coder but apparently you need to be if you use this theme), but I’m spending far too much time doing this stuff when I should be focusing on other things. I’ve asked some questions on here and I’m forever hiring people on Fiverr for this but getting a little tired of it, as on Fiverr they often don’t fully understand what I’m needing (even after several correspondences) or they otherwise don’t have a good understanding of the theme. I’m not really needing anything major done, just odds and ends, particularly those that keep popping up after updating.
Please let me know if you’re interested.
    Thanks,
    Brian

    Hello Support,

I updated my Enfold theme today via FTP and ran into some errors that display when viewing the site. I was running WordPress 3.7 at the time, so I updated to WordPress 3.8 but that didn’t fix the issue. Next, I tried commenting out the line of PHP that the browser describes but that just led to a new error message pointing to a different file. I reset my edits and decided it’s best to let you guys lend your expert opinion.

I’ve updated some other sites to Enfold 2.4.5 and WordPress 3.8 without a problem, so I’m not sure what’s happening here. Any thoughts?

You can view the site at: http://eklundcrafts.com/

    Thanks!
