1- Please go to Enfold theme options and re-save styling options and flush browser cache. If that does not help, please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab

.content { border-color: #e2e2e2; }

2- Please go to Appearance > Editor and open Footer.php file and make sure that this bottom line is the same – http://i.imgur.com/6aDdIBA.png

You can turn on Custom CSS class field for Avia Layout Builder elements firstly (please see – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/ )
And give your button a custom class, in the example it is “floating” then you can add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab

.floatting a {
position: fixed!important;
z-index: 99;
left: 5%;
top: 50%;
}

You can change its position on your page by adjusting left and top values
