Hi there!
We’re having quite some issues with Enfold after updating to latest WP (release), unfortunately.
Whenever we try to edit a page, all we get is the infamous “circle of death” instead of the editor.
Right after update last week we had this problem and additionally the problem of the new page editor not showing anything, but reading up on similar topics in here, we seemed to solve it, by
a) disabling all plugins (turned out the SEO plugins had something to do with the missing HTML encoding of the editor field on the page)
b) re-uploading a fresh version of Enfold to the website via FTP – no idea how that changed anything, but it did work.
But, much to our disappointment, the ‘circle of death’ has returned – and even with all plugins disabled and all files re-uploaded to the site, it still hangs there.
I really hope you can give us some suggestions, otherwise we seem to have to flush 3 months of work on this site down the drain.

Hi indcorp!
Which version of Enfold are you using? Can you please try deactivating all active plugins and check if that helps so we can cross that one out? :)
Best regards,
Yigit
Hi!
Nein, sonst würde zB ein Theme-Wechsel auf Enfold oder TwentyThirteen den Fehler beheben.

Peter
Hi Micheal0424!
Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab
.page-id-9 #av_section_1 {

min-height: 75px;
}
.page-id-9 #av_section_1 .content {
padding-top: 20px;
}
Cheers!

that only displays enfold widget area and the widgets inside that wrapper.
I am trying to display a custom post type. anyway, I figured it out as this wedget controller assigns a shortcode to each of its widgets taht are easily called in content
Hey!
Please go to Enfold theme options > Blog Layout and uncheck all social networks :)
Cheers!

Hi, I have updated all my plug-ins and theme (enfold)
I go into a text box and the visual text box icons etc are missing. I have to use the text option.
any solutions on this? thank you!
Julie
I am using Enfold on two of my sites. After the last update, all social icons in the top menu disappeared when I look at the sites in the Mozilla Firefox. They do work in Explorer. If I use Firefox to log into my sites and want to check icon settings (Enfold | Header Layout), the selection box for “header social icons” is missing.
Hi Lol5tar!
1- Please go to Enfold theme options and re-save styling options and flush browser cache. If that does not help, please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab
.content { border-color: #e2e2e2; }
2- Please go to Appearance > Editor and open Footer.php file and make sure that this bottom line is the same – http://i.imgur.com/6aDdIBA.png

Hi t3lgroup!
You can turn on Custom CSS class field for Avia Layout Builder elements firstly (please see – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/ )
And give your button a custom class, in the example it is “floating” then you can add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab
.floatting a {
position: fixed!important;
z-index: 99;
left: 5%;
top: 50%;
}
You can change its position on your page by adjusting left and top values

Hi!
Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab
span.fallback-post-type-icon {
display: none;
}
I have reported the issue.
Best regards,

Hey Bill!
Have you uploaded your logo in desired size? If so, please try adding following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab
.html_header_top.html_logo_center .logo {
left: 0;
-webkit-transform: translate(, 0);
-moz-transform: translate(0, 0);
-ms-transform: translate(0, 0);
transform: translate(0, 0);
}
If that does not work, please post the link to your website so we can take a look
Best regards,
Yigit

Also doch WGM?
Hi!
Updated french translation. Some corrections.
Enfold-2.7.1-fr_FR
Personally no, I think it works well in this context since the masonry effect is all about putting non-uniform height elements into a grid. If you want a perfect grid you can use this display instead: http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/blog/blog-grid/
If you want to change the Masonry style then the best route would be to hire a freelance developer who can customize that output specifically to make it work in a more grid-like way.
Ever since the switch to Enfold 2.7, I am receive about 5 emails a week from IE 9 and 7 users telling me they cannot read the text anymore.
We use boxed layout, our background picture for the main site is grey striped but the content background is #ffffff.
The font is black and so usually you can read it. Now for IE users, they do not get the white main content background ad so they can’t read black font on dark grey striped.
Can you please fix that? Thanks!
Here is a sample content page http://www.gentlemansgazette.com/oxford-shoes-guide/
Here are some browsershots that show the problem http://www.browserstack.com/screenshots/4c317aa75ebc8703c9a3c124e87bd7de8207ed45
HI, I´ve created & designed a sub-page inside my enfold-homepage (e.g. 1/3 columns, 2/3 column, pics etc). I would like to use this one as a template for 8 other page on this website in a same layout. But I did not find a function in the site menu/options to define one page as a template for others or a comparable function. Who can help? thx a lot !

Hello,
We are having a problem with our blog post pages on WordPress 3.9.1 running the Enfold theme.
The first blog post page works fine – the problem occurs when you click the next arrow (or on any of the links) at the bottom of the first blog post page, which should send you to blog post page #2, 3, etc. (for example – these links should goto domain.com/blog/page/2/). The problem is that when clicking on any of these links, we get a Error 404.
I’ve confirmed that all the posts are actually there – the permalink for each post works fine.
All of the posts were imported from another WordPress site. There are about 300 posts.
The following plug ins are activate. All are up to date.
– Add Meta Tags
– Contact Form 7
– Contact Form DB
– Enhanced Custom Permalinks (not used for blog posts, only for pages)
– Simple Breaks
– Testimonial Rotator
– WordPress Importer
Thanks for the help.
The problem happens when there are other items in the store with the same category – this will happen on a fresh database, new Enfold files, new Woocommerce, no plugins installed, when creating a page with a single product shortcode. I can duplicate this anytime.
