    Yes for both your questions,
    I have to shut off all the plugins in this site http://www.lib-ventures.com every time that I want to edit any page with the enfold editor, which is not clear to me why?

    I bought Enfold and a new hosting plan not realizing that when I changed my host that my current site would be overwritten.

    The main reason I bought your template was because I love your demo site.

    When I installed it, I got a brand spankin’ new, unpopulated site.

    I’m freakin’ out, cuz I need my site back up by Monday.

    Can you please send me the Demo site file, so I can upload it and repopulate it.

    This is kind of a side question.

    I would like to completely back up my sample website and then use it as a starting point for a customer website. Is it possible to back everything up?
    I used BackUpWordPress and it did okay.

    It would be perfect if the Plugins and everything could be zipped and then installed as a package. Like when somebody installs Enfold and then can install the sample data.

    Any ideas?

    Yes, the videos display fine with the default theme. Only in the Enfold theme I run into the issue.

    Before I test this, is it safe to switch between the Enfold them and the default wordpress theme without losing any configuration on the Enfold theme side? I have had issues in the past with switching between other themes. Thanks, sr12

    Hi,

    I have around 50 profiles of people but i want only 6-12 out of these be displayed on a single page.
    But these profiles should be rotating (first day nr. 1-6, second day 7-12…) and/or be displayed randomly on a daily or per page load basis.

    Any ideas how i can manage this with enfold eleents?

    We found some issues in our implementation of Enfold as a one-page with color sections.
    Appreciate some advice on how to correct these issues:

    1. Desktop menu: current-menu-item is displayed wrong! The previous menu item is highlighted not the item selected.

    2. Links to sections display halfway between previous section and where it should navigate to. Should land at top of #section.

    3. Click on a page number in the blog section reloads the whole page and not just the section. It should land at the top of the blog section.

    4. Fixed background image in color section positioned bottom right not responsive.

    5. Where is search bar in responsive menu?

    Hi

    I’m not sure if this is an enfold or a WP issue, although it’s only just started happening since I upgraded the theme the other day.

    The little round, spinning progress timer that shows up when you are publishing a post or any other activity, is constantly spinning, even when the action is completed. Example. I revise a post, press update, and the progress thing spins. When the action is complete the progress circle doesn’t stop, it spins permanently

    Any ideas, or are you aware of this with WP.

    BTW, I have just gone back to 3.7 isn of WP as the latest versions screwed up my image editing etc.

    Running the latest version of Enfold.

    No Cache plugin is in used or installed?
    But I think I found the problem. – Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!
    The site is an upgrade from another theme and back then they uses “WPBakery Visual Composer”.
    Until now… It worked fine in combi… But it’s time to let go!! – I will start converting the old Bakery code to Enfold code style!! (Any tips?)

    Good afternoon everybody,

    After upgrading WP and Enfold I’m experiencing two problems on http://www.daphnesdancecompany.nl:

    – A mysterious square (as seen in Firefox) appears above the sticky header, pushing it down.
    – The parallax image i’ve got on the homepage is broken, it’s blown up really badly.

    I hope there’s anyone out there that could help me!

    Safari on Mac (also after deleting the cache)
    Chrome & Firefox on Linux (Ubuntu)

    but not with:

    Firefox on Mac
    Firefox & IE on WIN

    This is really strange :)

    I am using a plugin form for a customised search which uses standard wp search and on the result page the enfold theme has a section at the top that says

    New Search
    If you are not happy with the results below please do another search

    I would like to remove this?

    Hello Devin
    There is no option to hide tags in Enfold theme options.
    I hide thos tags with a simple:
    .blog-tags {display:none;}
    However Google do no ignore them. I have built a lot of sites with some texts with display:none, and yes Google index them.
    Is there any wordpress hook to realy remove them?

    hi Kriesi,

    ah ok, thanks. I am very concerned though that if I do a direct theme upgrade it may break the site. I haven’t done much customisation at all, its just I’ve seen a few posts about it.

    So I think I will switch to a default wp theme, then deactivate and delete the old version of the Enfold theme and then install it from fresh. Hopefully the site will then work fine after the new version of the theme is set up.

    Thank you for the update.

    We tried to changed the header background of the german and it seems to work. Still not sure where the blue tint is coming from. We added this on the Enfold(DE) > General Styling > Quick CSS field:

    div#header_main {
background-color: #f8f8f8 !important;
}

    Hi!

    Thank you for the update.

    You can try to create a dummy site with the Enfold theme then go to Enfold > Import/Export panel. Click the “Import dummy data”. The layer slider items are included. After importing the dummy data, go to the Layer Slider panel then Export the sliders. Go back to your current installation then Import the sliders.

    What theme are you currently using? If you updated to WP 3.9, you need to download the latest version of the theme then update it via FTP. Please refer to this link for more info: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Hi,
    I have been searching and searching for help on this forum to learn how to install a theme and then access the design panel. With over 2000 subjects, I can’t seem to find any help.

    I have installed wp theme enfold (with tutorial install with ftp) in a folder named enfold right beside my html in construction page so that i can work in parallel. After installing the files, I wrote my websiteaddress.net/unfold and I get this message :
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_header() in E:\HostingSpaces\Festivaldesarts\festivaldesarts.net\wwwroot\enfold\index.php on line 9

    What should I do now? How can I make it work.
    Please explain in detail because I am new to WP.

    I just installed enfold along with the sample content. On the Demo page the “home v11: transparent menu” is what I’m going for. And I’m not even sure how to ask this but simply put is how do I get that?
    Is there a way I’m missing to switch between the different home page versions?
