Topic: Update Version 2.9.1.
Hi Everyone,
i have recently been updating my Enfold Version to 2.8.1. Ever since that my website is not being shown correctly. Everythings pretty upside down (www.chiemseeyacht.de) . I wanted to update the new version of Enfold in order to make everything work again, but while trying to update i have a new problem coming up. This is the error message i get when trying to update Enfold (German):

Beim Aktualisieren von Enfold trat ein Fehler auf: Download fehlgeschlagen. Konnte Anfrage nicht in die temporäre Datei schreiben.
Abschalten des Wartungsmodus…

Necesito por fvaor vuestra ayuda. Quería incoporrar a mi web la opción de “newletter”.
No he visto que “enfold” me permitiese esa posibilidad, me equivoco?
He vistoq ue “enfold” si me ofrece formulario de contacto, pero no par “newletter”.
No sé si existe algún plugin específico.
Qué puedo hacer? No sé programar por lo que laguna opción directa sería para mí estupendo.MUCHAS GRACIAS por vuestra ayuda

Gibt es einen CSS Code oder einen anderen Weg für folgendes Vorhaben mit Enfold. Ich möchte gerne ein Ganzseitiges Hintergrundbild auf dem dann der Body, auf dem der Text steht, Transparent ist, so das das Hintergrundbild durchscheint.
2. Kann ich dann ggf. die Breite der Transparenten Seite verändern und oder mehr nach Links setzen?

besten Dank für die schnelle Antwort. Dann nehmen wir doch das Testimonial-Layout (Das enfold-theme benutze ich ich ja gerade um nicht alles komplett überarbeiten zu müssen/lassen).
Die abgerundeten Ecken habe ich per CSS schon testweise ändern können, stellt sich jetzt nur die Frage ob man die dazugehörigen Fotos auch größer bekommt (statt 80x80px -was glaub ich thumbnail-größe ist – auf 180x180px)?

There was a solution here on board allready discussed but i didn’t find it again.

I am going to have my site (http://www.franchiseelites.com) in other languages. Some of them are RTL such as Arabic and Farsi and some others are LTR.
As Enfold is a translation ready theme, could you guys let me know the steps (1- 2 – 3 …) I need to take to create my website in other languages. I’ll start with Farsi.

I have a problem with enfold theme generating right HTML: If the site loads the first time, <div class=”container”> is missing, so the content is full width. Just if I reload the site, <div class=”container”> is generated and the layout is right! So if I navigate over the main menu to a site wich is not yet in the cache, it is wrong, and if it is once in the cache it is right!!
It seems that this problem ist only with firefox, on both of my PSc there is running version 30.0Thanks for help, Kathrin

How did you transfer the website? Did you use WP MigrateDB or WP MigrateDB PRO? In order to migrate the theme successfully and leave the database intact, please use this plugin.

The accordion title is a heading text so you can change the font family on Enfold > General Styling > Heading Font.

IsmaelHello Support, I added a “PUNDYK image Logo” for the “Enfold Footer Menu”.
On the browser I see the logo but I need to be able to see it on the Mobile and Tablet.Hope you can help.

The dynamic css fails to load and there are a few script errors on the site. Please deactivate all plugins then test it again on another browser. If it works, try to activate the plugin one at a time to find the plugin that causes the issue. Please download the latest version 2.9 from your themeforest account then update the theme via FTP. Hey Peter!
You would need a plugin that allows that sort of of functionality. For posts it would work without issue but for the pages/portfolio items you would probably still need to do a bit of editing since there is so much meta field data getting saved.
Turning on the debug field will also allow you to see the raw shortcode data for a layout builder based page and copy+paste it into anothers. See: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/

I tried to edit file from aparence – editor – theme functions (functions.php) and i got a message from back end that says that i m not allowed to write that file.
I downlad with filezile, i inserted at the end, just before require_once( ‘functions-enfold.php’);, i upload file, check by editor that file changed but when visit item-portfolio (exemple: http://www.yachtcharterbcn.com/charter/rent-sailboat-jeanneau-so39ds/), there isn t links to share.
i deleted code to avoid issues.
Any idea to get same result that “http://www.yachtcharterbcn.com/new-website-sailboat-charter/” with end buttons for share and coments?

I really love the set up you have on the Mixed Full Width Portfolio you have on the demo site:

In particular, I like the large full 2/3 items at the top and the large loihtbox that comes up when you click them. I imported the dummy site with all the pages, but I’m not locating one that resembles this effect. Can you refer me to where I can recreate this page?*Also I would like to change the BG color in the masonry portfolio from black to another color.

Please go to Enfold theme options > Header Layout > Header Layout > Header Size = Custom Pixel Value and change the size in Header Custom Height as needed
