Topic: Google analytics not working
Hi,
I have the tracking code pasted into the enfold theme options. Google says the “tracking is not installed.” I used tag assistant and it said the code was installed outside the <head> tag.
Can you help get the analytics working?

First, thanks for that very interesting theme. Also my first experience with such an approach.I have purchased Enfold and I am working on a Windows7 OS.
I have uncompressed the Zip file in on of my folder.
But when I try to access the documentation folder and the file index.html, the system displays a message in french “Accès refusé”
Where and how can I have access to the documentation coming with the theme ?

Sorry for the dumb question, but is there an instructional resource for creating the masonry gallery and image pop-ups similar to this page:

For instance, do the images just get uploaded to the Media folder or are they Portfolio Items? Do they need to be assigned a category? I was able to get a masonry layout functional for posts, but I would like one like at http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/shortcodes/masonry-gallery/ the lightbox-style functionality.

There are other options, but WooCommerce is the only one that has built-in compatibility with Enfold. Regarding the other plugins, i think s2member will work fine with Enfold, give it a try.

Thanks for the quick reply! I am new to WP so please go easy on me due my lack of knowledge of the platform :) Is it possible to use another shopping cart other than WooCommerce or this is the only option for WP?
I also did some research and found a few plugins (s2member and Groups) that might help with managing who sees what. Do you have any experience in integrating them with Enfold.
In general, is it a good idea to use WP/Enfold for such project where members only shop is required?

Topic: Slider / Dummy Data
I just got the Enfold theme… I tried making a full screen slider, and when I preview the page, no slides show up and it is a lot taller than like the dummy data one (homepage v9). So then I tried just importing the dummy data and editing that. Still nothing, it doesn’t even have the dummy slides. Any help?

No, WooCommerce doesn’t offer such a feature out of the box and Enfold just uses the default WooCommerce templates. This woocommerce extension might help you though: http://a3rev.com/shop/woocommerce-quotes-and-orders/

It is very simple. You can simply go to Enfold theme options > Import/Export and click “import dummy data”. It will load all pages and posts etc. If you would like me to post you the shortcodes of a specific page from demo site, i can do that as well :) Please let us know!

This plugin is already embeded in the theme but it support only primary language.
No, I don’t think so. We never bundled this (or a similar) plugin with Enfold and you can’t apply a custom order to your portfolio entries with Enfold out of the box. You need to contact the plugin author and ask him if he can and wants to make his plugin compatible with WPML

Thank you for using our theme.
Check that WP Version is 3.9.1 and that you have write permisson on the WP Folders (with your host).
You also can try to completly reinstall WP and Enfold (Version 2.8.1) – maybe something went wrong.
If all this doesn’t help, please give us a link to your site and an admin account.

GünterI install and actived the WooCommerce Plugin, and my Advanced Editor did not load.
I already did:
– copy viaFTP the Enfold files.
– make a new instalation of WooCommerce
– Change the PHP Memory to 64Mb like WooCommece inform.
Dosen’t work.
If I mantain the WooCommerce deactived the Advanced Editor Works, if I atived dosen’t work.
I’m using the last version of Enflod, and WordPress 3.9.1

Servus Enfold Team,
I want to establish the same page as Home V11. Transparent Menu. I use WordPress in my browser and not FTP due to my technical incompetence.
When I install (upload the new zip file with the new Enfold version) the update does the content and homepage remain as it is or does the site change?
Do I then also get back the template pages from enfold (e.g. home V10 etc.) where I do just have to change the pictures?

Clicking the button “Import dummy data” results in: “Importing didnt work! You might want to try reloading the page and then try again”.
This message isn’t very helpful, because I have no idea, what’s to do now. Can you help me please ? It’s a fresh installation of WordPress and Enfold.

Hi all
We want our website to be accessible through http and https. Enfold doesn’t support this?
You mentioned http://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-https/ as a solution in previous posts, but this doesn’t work (anymore). Pages are not redirected from https to http when I enable this option.How can i avoid that our website looks screwed up? We can live with https redirect to http.

I have an issue with the Anchor Scroll on my site when viewing it on Firefox, Chrome and Explorer – not Safari.
When I click on a menu it automatically scrolls down to the right color section as planned, however the menu highlights the wrong section.How can this be?
