Hi Lukine!
Thank you for using Enfold.
Make sure that you’re running Enfold 2.9.2. This should fix the issue with WordPress 4.0.

Ismael
Hey!
Thank you for using Enfold.
Make sure that you’re running Enfold 2.9.2 to compensate for the WordPress 4.0 update. This should sort the issue. If not, maybe a plugin is causing the issue. Deactivate all plugins then test it again.
Best regards,
Ismael
Hi Iano999!
Thank you for using Enfold.
Please go to Enfold > Mobile Menu panel then look for the Header Mobile Menu activation. Choose the second option.

Hi!
The website is on maintenance mode. Please give us a temporary login details so that we can see the button issue. Please try to delete the enfold_child.css file on wp-content/uploads/dynamic_avia folder. Change anything on the theme options then save changes to regenerate the file. See if the button gets fixed.
Best regards,
Ismael
Hi Antonia!
Thank you for using Enfold.
Do you mind if we take a look at the actual website? The default language selector for the theme should be flag symbols, not dropdown selector. You can remove the current language flags using this on Quick CSS:
.avia_current_lang {
display: none;
}
Cheers!
Ismael
Hey Francesco!

Did you check the settings on Woocommerce > Settings > Checkout panel? Make sure that the checkout page is properly assigned along with the end points. Please refer to this link: http://docs.woothemes.com/document/woocommerce-endpoints-2-1/

Hello dear support
All of a sudden Enfold is not working anymore on this 2 things:
– avia layout builder is not loading
– theme options are not loading properly
Thank you for your help :)
Hey agallod!
Thank you for using Enfold.
Please try to deactivate all plugins then test it again. Make sure that you’re running Enfold 2.9.2 with WordPress 4.0.
Best regards,
Ismael
Hey patflaherty!
Thank you for using Enfold.
The layer slider plugin is actually included on the theme itself so you don’t have to purchase a license. If you want to use your own license, add this on functions.php to disable the default layer slider:
add_theme_support('deactivate_layerslider');
Cheers!
Ismael
Hi bigmarvloyal!
Thank you for using Enfold.
I’m sorry but it’s not possible to show the comment section on each posts on the overview page. Regarding the social icons, you need to use third party plugins like Socialize or WP Socialiazer. Related posts or stories are specified by tags not by categories.

Ismael
Hi Guys
Love the animated icons you have going on the demo site of enfold on this page http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/homepage/home-v9-videos-and-parallax/
How do you achieve columns above a parralex image?
You have the 5 icons Eye Candy, Tools etc showing above the parralax image and it looks there in columns?
Please advise how to achieve this fantastic look
Ps. How can I remove sticky toolbar for just one page?
Hi!
Thank you for sharing that info.
You can find the current theme version on Appearance > Themes. Just click the Enfold to show the current version. Updates can be found on Enfold > Theme Update panel. In case you have any questions, please take some time to review all of the resources in the Theme Documentation as a lot of basic stuff like theme installation, css snippets etc are already available in there with better explanation and awesomeness. Watch some of our Video Tutorials to learn more about the different aspect of the theme. You can also search the forums for queries that has been answered before that might be related to your problem.
If you find that you still have questions after taking the time on our documentations, don’t hesitate to let us know and we will be happy to assist you. If you have any requests or you feel like giving us a warm hug? You can definitely post it on our Feature Requests page. :)
Thanks!

Hi,
I have problem with scrolling content editor (area “Edit Form Element”) after upgrade to WP 4.0 and new Enfold theme. When I have a lot of text and scrolling down to edit or add some content, content editor stays in upper area (cannot see), so, I have to scroll up and select element from content editor (bold text, add media, …).
Do you have any idea how to solve problem?
Thank you and best regards,
Matjaz
Hi Josue,
thanks for your response. In general your workaround solved my problem! But there’s still a little thing with control slider and borders – would be really nice if you can take a further look on the page and the third screenshot. Don’t sure if enfold have own css for these controls but setting border-style:none within Google Chrome Developer Tools solves the problem.
Thanks alot & regards,
Jannik
Edit: Just for my information: Is it possible to get an answer to my further question even when the topic is closed?! Not really sure about that … :)

Surely the easiest solution is to tweak the style so that the path for the fonts is relative not absolute. Here’s the code on the home page…
@font-face {font-family: ‘entypo-fontello’; font-weight: normal; font-style: normal;
src: url(‘http://moveaid.azurewebsites.net/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/assets/fonts/entypo-fontello.eot?v=3’);
src: url(‘http://moveaid.azurewebsites.net/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/assets/fonts/entypo-fontello.eot?v=3#iefix’) format(’embedded-opentype’),
url(‘http://moveaid.azurewebsites.net/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/assets/fonts/entypo-fontello.woff?v=3’) format(‘woff’),
url(‘http://moveaid.azurewebsites.net/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/assets/fonts/entypo-fontello.ttf?v=3’) format(‘truetype’),
url(‘http://moveaid.azurewebsites.net/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/assets/fonts/entypo-fontello.svg?v=3#entypo-fontello’) format(‘svg’);
} #top .avia-font-entypo-fontello, body .avia-font-entypo-fontello, html body [data-av_iconfont=’entypo-fontello’]:before{ font-family: ‘entypo-fontello’; }
If that could be generated without the FQDN or perhaps using the site URL instead of the WordPress URL then the problem would be solved. I would suggest using a relative link as opposed to the absolute link would solve the problem more effectively. Also, I don’t understand why the font is referenced in the page code and not in CSS, as would be the more conventional approach.

There are two options. Download Enfold (green button) or Install theme (blue button)
I used Finder to search the unzipped contents. I couldn’t find a version.txt file
but did find an update.txt file.
Hi Josue,
Please forgive the drama. We’re quite new to WP and thought we would be notified automatically if ENFOLD updates were available.
We had updated WP to 4.0 and that must have prompted the issues. We’ve now updated ENFOLD too and everything seems smooth again.
Excellent theme and support BTW.
Thanks again,
Robert
Hi Please cancel this support thread.
I was able to update to latest version of Enfold and it is compatible with WP4
Guys, after removing line in enfold/functions.php
if(!current_theme_supports(‘deactivate_layerslider’)) require_once( ‘config-layerslider/config.php’ );//layerslider plugin
when i open any page with aviya layout builder it is just spinning? Can someone help please?

Hey!
Only Enfold has the drag and drop builder available at the moment.
Best regards,
Josue

Hi,
I just updated to WP4. As noted elsewhere it breaks the avia builder. I tried to see if Enfold theme could be upgrade but when I use the WP Enfold Option dashboard it will not advance to any of the selections.
how can I update enfold and what version works with WP4 ?
http://prntscr.com/4krtgu
My other option is to fall back to WP 3.9
thanks
Ed
Oh, you’d need to implement the fix. I don’t think this was included in the last patch yet, 2.9.2 was released to make Enfold compatible with WP 4.0.
Regards,
Josue
Hi!
Are you using the latest version of WordPress (4.0) and Enfold (2.9.2)? have you tried disabling all third-party plugins?
Best regards,
Josue
