    Ok, now something’s REALLY gone wrong…

    I tried replacing all and Enfold files with a backup I did of the entire site about a month ago & now I’m locked out of the dashboard, with a note that says:

    “No Update Required
    Your WordPress database is already up-to-date!”

    Any thoughts on this along with the original problem that is persisting?

    today we bought your “enfold-theme”.
    we started “import demo data”.
    but the “main menu” isn`t importet correctly. some menu items are not present and the hole structure is almost flat.

    another questions: we offers several pdf-documents for our customers
    we want a download counter how can we realize this with “animated numbers”

    Okay, I go into our FTP, I go to WP content, Themes and I drop in the new Enfold Folder Unziped, I checked the version it’s 2.9.2, but it’s not updating on our site instantly like it does on the video demo….I don’t know what else I can do…

    The only thing I can think of is that when I drop it in our FTP has a pop up that reads “This is a partial 401” I don’t know what that means…

    I am literally following the video step by step…

    I purchased this document manager plugin that does everything I could ask for except it conflicts with some display style that I cannot find to edit.

    I was told that:

    Display: Block
    needs to be
    Display: inline

    but I am damned if I can find that reference anywhere. Information in private area.

    Hi

    Google widget map works well if we have long and lang co ordinates.

    On the sentence that says “Enter the latitude and longitude of the location you want to display. Need help finding the latitude and longitude? ”

    I click the button to find them and it does nothing just takes me to the top of my page. Any ideas why?:

    Hi Kriesi Team,

    I have a problem with portfolio category in menu.
    I entered some portfolio categories to the menu as sub-menu. This are displayed correct, when I enter the category from the sub-menu. The right category are opened with the right portfolio items on the main part left (2/3), but in the sidebar on the right (1/3). It is opened the main pages from the back-end, also the archive and categories from the normal blog post’s.

    For me it seems that the portfolio category page template is not linked to the default enfold settings, for the sidebar widgets.

    I found also no possibility to setup any options for the generated page of portfolio categories.

    Do you can help in this case?
    I can give you also a Admin login if it is easier to clarify it. I need only a e-mail address

    You can go to Enfold theme options > Import & Export and import dummy data. Home V7 is included in dummy content, you can edit it

    Hi everyone,

    we installed the Enfold theme on two domains. On one domain the update worked perfect. On the other domain we can’t update, it says “Download forbidden”. Another thing is that the menu in the Enfold theme options on the left side is not showing up. So I can not control whether I activated the API key . What could be the reason for that?

    Hi,
    I had the problem, that the Custom Css field in the avia elements was not showing up anymore after updating to 2.9.2.
    Just wanted to let you know what the problem was:
    I had changed the functions.php to debug mode to show the avia shortcodes: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/export-pages-to-another-installation/#post-320861
    This was overwritten by the update. Now I changed the functions.php again and it works. The custom css shows up again.
    Just in case anyone has the same problem.

    Hi,

    I have two sites running on Enfold. We updated yesterday to WP 4.0. and the latest Enfold update. I just noticed that on both sites the social icons have dissappeared….. As we have not done any other work on either of the sites I guess this is an upgrade issue. I search the forum, but did not find any threads regarding this topic. Could you pls let me know whether it’s a known issue, or a new issue?

    Hi there,

    i have two different questions regarding a website i am currently building using enfold.

    1. I want do remove the border/padding of the Custom Background Image i uploaded for the socket. Could you provide me with a piece of code for Quick CSS?

    2. As you can see on the front page, i was able to change the icon background color for the icon box but the icons are not shown correctly. is there a bug or did i make a mistake?
