Hi,
I have used the Enfold theme options > Advanced Styling tab and edit “Main menu links” to increase font size of Menu but I would like to increase as well the “container” where the menu links are because when I increase the font the nav bar is too “tight”
I’ve tried different margin and padding but must not select the right thing as it makes the little bar below the text goes on the text or the menu goes on the first element of the page..
Kind regards

Hey investmentwriter!
If you would like to display footer menu on mobile, please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab
@media only screen and (max-width: 479px) {
.responsive #socket .sub_menu_socket {
display: block;
}}
To hide Enfold responsive menu, use following one
a#advanced_menu_toggle { display: none !important; }

Hi
Is it possible to replace the icons with words? I tried to convert a word (svg file) to an icon fonts, It didn’t work because it has to be one line. So is there another opportunity to fill in words instead of icons in the enfold theme? Thx for answering.
Best regards, Diana
Hey Gilletti!
Can you post the link to your website please? Enfold is compatible with Revolution slider so that should not be the issue but still we would like to have a look

Hi!
You are welcome Welmoed, glad we could help!
Alternatively, you can turn on Custom CSS field for ALB elements ( http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/ ) give your text block element ( which has your YouTube video in it ) a unique class and use following code
.your-custom-class { margin-top: -5px; }

Hello Yigit!
Thank your for the help, but i can’t get the wp-settings.php file so i can change that parameter. Where’s the file location inside enfold theme?
Thank you.
Wordpress: v4.0
Enfold: v3.0.1
Revolution Slider: v4.6.0
As the subjects says, the settings done under Enfold Theme Options -> General Styling override a CSS e.g. for a button (e.g. border color) created in Revolution Slider. I do not know if this is the theme’s or plugin’s fault, I just know that the button is correctly shown in RevSlider’s preview, but it’s not correct after the page has been generated by WordPress.
HI Yigit,
Can I just say the support from you all is top notch! We ask a question (aol be it I ask more being a novice) and you are always quick to respond – fantastic!
OK – Ideally I’d like all the pages designs in the flat business demo

Hi!
@beyond-flora You are currently using Enfold version 2.8.1 which is not compatible with WordPress 4.0. Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.0.1 via FTP – http://vimeo.com/67209750

Hi,
I thought I understood the brilliant idea to create a child theme for testing purposes!
I set up a child theme folder as per codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes page
What I’m lacking is the “import from parent theme” button.
My style.css:
/*
Theme Name: Enfold Child
Theme URI: http://perioli-language-pilots.de/enfold-child
Description: A Child Theme for the Enfold WordPress Theme. If you plan to do a lot of file modifications we recommend to use this Theme instead of the original Theme. Updating will be much easier then.
Author: John Doe
Author URI: http://kriesi.at
Template: enfold
Version: 1.0.0
Text Domain: enfold
*/
@import url(“../enfold/style.css”);
/* =Theme customization starts here
————————————————————– */
Any Ideas what could be wrong?
This is the first step from updating Enfold 2.01 to the latest Enfold version.
I need to make sure to reduce offline times of the page.
Thanks for your help!
Hey!
Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab and adjust as needed
.avia-menu-fx { bottom: 25px; }
Cheers!

Hi Kriesi
I’m running Enfold on my live site using version 3.0.1, and I’ve updated WordPress to 4.0. However I am now unable to edit any of my pages as the visual editor gets stuck in a permanent loading state. I’ve tried disabling all of the plugins but to no avail. The site is http://www.aturi.co.uk/
I have created a tempory admin account if needed
Thanks in advance
Hallo zusammen
Hi DROR!
Thank you for using our theme.
In custom.css or Enfold->Styles->QuickCSS put the following and adjust the value :
.single-product .product_meta{
margin: 0 0 10px 0 !important;
}

Günter
Hey jdrijver!
Thank you for using our theme.
In custom.css or Enfold->styles->QuickCSS field put the following:
h1 {
text-transform: none !important;
}
Alternativ you can try to modify the h1 in Enfold->AdvancedStyling

Günter
Enfold’s ALB portfolio element is not working on secured pages on my site. I’m looking for any recommendations from folks that are using different portfolio plugins that are working with Enfold under SSL with no issues?
Hi Kriesi!
Great! I’m glad you found the issue as it may happen to other ppl using Enfold.
My editing options are back now and all seems to work fine (I made an update this morning (Woo Commerce 2.2.5) and was affraid to break everything but it seems OK), thank you very much!
As it is a clone site for testing purposes I’d like, if it is possible of course, you to let me know how to fix this issue on live site. Of course I let the credentials live on test site any time you want, take your time to find the better solution for this issue.
Thank you again for your dedication, great theme and even great support, keep up the good work!
Hi!
I would like to add the footer menu to the main menu in responsive mode (my impressum is only in the footer menu, but I want it to be shown in the responsive menu, too) . I’ve already found out in your excellent support forum that this is (yet) not possible and that I have to use a plugin for this purpose.
For that reason I’m using “Responsive Menu ” created by Peter Featherstone. This plugin gives me the opportunity to create a custimsable responsive menu.
However, I now have the problem that both menus are shown at the same time: the Enfold responsive main menu AND the new responsive menu. The plugin offers an opportunity to hide the CSS of the Enfold main menu, but for doing so I need the CSS id for the responsive (mobile) menu bar (Enfold main menu). It must be something like “#primary-nav, .menu”, but as I have no CSS experience, I have no clue.
Could you please, therefore, provide me with the necessary information:
1) What is the CSS id for the Enfold responsive menu bar (Enfold Main Menu)?
2) What is the CSS id for the Enfold main menu bar (e. g. for ipad in portrait mode), as I would also like to use only the plugin responsive menu in this case?
Your help is highly appreciated!
Cheers,
Thomas
Whena I try to acces to my site I have this issue, whitout change anything :
Warning: require(/web/htdocs/www.ttnka.com/home/brentinblock/wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/php/avia_shortcodes/shortcodes.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /web/htdocs/www.ttnka.com/home/brentinblock/wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/php/inc-autoconfig.php on line 147 Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required ‘/web/htdocs/www.ttnka.com/home/brentinblock/wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/php/avia_shortcodes/shortcodes.php’ (include_path=’.:/php5.3/lib/php/’) in /web/htdocs/www.ttnka.com/home/brentinblock/wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/php/inc-autoconfig.php on line 147
Can anyone help me please ?
Do you mean the function-enfold-php ?
Well, I still kind of lost. I fond nice font in google fonts, for example this one https://www.google.com/fonts#QuickUsePlace:quickUse/Script:cyrillic
Where should I put it?
I don’t know also where is the folder of custom CSS located? How can I get there from the dash board?
For the second question – WPML is paid one, is there any plugin for free?
THanx!
Hello,
I’m having a strange issue on the blog page. When clicking the link to the last blog post it directs me to the homepage of the website.
Editting it in the backend and clicking the preview button generates a 404 page not found error. The 1st blog post is working fine.
What I tried:
– Saved permalinks, changed it to default and changed it back to postname, didn’t help.
– Deactivated all plugins, didn’t help.
– Changed back to default WP theme, this solved the problem. (so it’s something in Enfold)
Running WP4.0 and Enfold version 3.01
Cheers,
Jaap
I understand the styling and it looks really good. But… remove the features of other plugin? Really? Sorry, i can’t understand it.

Hi. I have problems with the lastest update from enfold. Due envato policy with the downloads, you cannot download an item over 50 times in total. So for me, I reached that limit (every update I download it 3 times, 1 for backup, 1 for testing environment and 1 for production site).
Envato didn’t answer me or give me any solution. Can you, please?
Thank you.
Hi phausner!
The issue seems to be the following code added to your page:
<style type="text/css" id="av-browser-width-mm">
#header .three.units{width:25px;} #header .six.units{width:50px;} #header .nine.units{width:75px;} #header .twelve.units{width:100px;}
</style>
It is changing the core structure of the Enfold Grid.
I would suggest removing the code to see if it resolves the issue.
Best regards,
Arvish
