Hi,
As I read their report he PHPSESSID cookie is defined by the wp-content/plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/
So I guess your SG cache is not campatable with the WPML plugin and you should disable it.
They say that they found a no-cache in the /wordpress-importer/avia-export-class.php but this is only used when you export the theme settings, these files are only loaded on the backend when you perform an export of the theme files. If you want to manually remove this from the theme you can by editing the files below, but the theme export feature may not work correctly and you will need to edit these files after each update. As it stands now SG says you won’t be able to use a cookie notification, or the WPML plugin and you will need to modify the export feature, in order to use their cache. Perhaps you should look into a cache plugin like WPRocket or WP Fastest Cache, neither of these have this issue with WPML or Enfold.
If you want to manually modify your files look for header(‘Pragma: no-cache’); in:
\enfold\config-layerslider\LayerSlider\assets\classes\class.ls.exportutil.php ▸ line 178
\enfold\framework\php\wordpress-importer\avia-export-class.php ▸ line 215

Mike

Hi cannot seem to reach you in any other way. I have bought enfold theme including support. However i cannot make any new topics on the support forum. Can you help me?
Hey Rob,
There are no known issues, but I would recommend that you keep current backups of your site before updating anyway.
If the updates are not coming through on the backend, then please make sure that you have registered your theme license and generate a token: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/. If that should not work, then please try using this plugin instead: https://envato.com/market-plugin/
Best regards,
Rikard
Hey joandjaxx,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.home #av_section_6 .container {
max-width: 100%;
padding: 0;
}
Best regards,
Rikard
Hello
I updated Woocommerce and Enfold (version 5.6.9) and no more problems
THANKS
Can you give advice on whether there are known issues jumping from 5.4 to 5.6.9
Also, how do I get the update process to work – the theme update process is checking for updates, but it is not recognising that updates are available.
Many thanks
I have found out that my website is using the Enfold Theme, which may conflict with AIOSEO, causing the error message ‘Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘hasClass’)’. I don’t know how to resolve this issue, and I cannot change the theme
Hello,
I have set my header on each page to be transparent in the Default Editor. When viewing the webpages in full screen browser window the header is transparent however if you change the size of the browser window the header loses transparency and gets a white background with a different color logo. The header on mobile is not transparent either.
Is there some settings I need to change somewhere. It seems like I have checked all the settings and couldn’t find where to edit mobile version of the webpage settings.
I am using the the Enfold Health Demo theme currently.
Thank you!
i’ve run into a strange problem. i’m rather new to enfold, but know the structure and functions of wp themes in general.
i’m currently working on a child theme based on enfold, learning by doing how things work with that and the avia framework.
today i realized that my archive pages are showing bogus. the posts seem rather mixed up, chronologically and content-wise (i.e. /category/news showing posts from another category).
yes, i do have custom code in functions.php, but it’s the same if deleting that. and no, there’s no archive.php (or similar) in the child theme (yet). and strangely – if switching to the parent theme everything is working fine.
so where could i have messed up things?
tia.
Hallo all together,
we use the menu-link “service” in the Enfold Theme Parallax for the menu item “Leistungen” with an anchor: #Leistungen.
As in the demo the link scrolls to the wrong place.
In the Demo to the revolving headline. In our Website to the bottom of the “color-section” with the described services.
With the „Page scroll to id„ Plugin the result is the same.
How can we solve this problem.
Thanks for any response.
Regards
HJ
Hey woogie07,
We have no official support for Elementor. It might work, but you might also run into problems. I would suggest that you use the Enfold Layout Builder instead if you want to use Enfold.

Rikard
Hi,
I just bought a new license. Impoting the Parallax demo, only import these pages, without images: frontpage, privacy and sample,
I install the theme in 2 ways, from the download area:
:: with the only .zip
:: with the enfold.zip included in the full package (documentacion, installable zip, etc)
All with the same result: Don’t import totally the parallax demo.
What can I do, please.
Thanks in advance.
Joan
Hey StephenStamp,
Create a login for them and instruct them to login to see the site.
If you don’t want them to have a login quite yet try the Password Protected plugin it will password protect the frontend of your site without a login to the backend.

If you use this plugin you will need to disable the theme maintenance mode, as the only way around this is a full user login.
Best regards,
Mike
Hey lausianne,
I’m not seeing line breaks between the sections:

Try disabling all of your plugins and then resave the page. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually, and resave the page until you find the conflict.
If this doesn’t seem to help, leave all of your plugins disabled and then try to create a new page and see if it occurs again.
If you are able to reproduce this will all of your plugins disabled, please leave them disabled and include a admin login in the Private Content area so we can investigate.
Best regards,
Mike
Hi,
To add space between the letters for the post title, try this CSS in your Enfold Theme Options ▸ General Styling ▸ Quick CSS field:
.html_elegant-blog #top .post-entry .post-title {
letter-spacing: 4px;
}
adjust the number to suit.
After applying the css, please clear your browser cache and check.
Best regards,
Mike
Hi there,
You may remember this thread I created and that we worked on 5 years ago. It comes up #1 on Google search when looking for ways to reduce the wordpress media library size:
https://kriesi.at/support/topic/photos-taking-up-a-huge-amount-of-space-on-my-site-storage-anything-i-can-do/
I am once again bumping up against my 10 gig limit and realize that i really use very few of the sizes on my site. I would like to take a look at this but I see that at least one of the plugins involved is no longer supported and has some fairly signifiant issues with PHP 7+ according to support forums that are no longer monitored. :( Having said that, I still have the Simple Image Sizes plugin running on my site and it does appear I can use it to further reduce the number of photo size options.
Has Enfold added anything in theme functionality to make it easier to seelct the default photo sizes or do we still need to do this in functions.php or the Simple Image Sizes Plugin? Any further advice before I embark on this?
Thanks!
Rob
I have the website I am developing for my clients in maintenance mode under the enfold theme options. I would like to know how I can share or allow the clients to still see the website as they have to check the development that has been done.
Hi
My client wants us to install the Elementor Plugin so they have the building tools that Elementor provides
Does the Elementor plugin work with website built with Enfold?
Thanks
Resolve a conflict between Enfold and WooCommerce
I use Enfold to create prettier product sheets than with the native Woocommerce editor.
As soon as I add the purchase button and update the product sheet I get an error message from WP which crashes.
How to resolve this conflict?
THANKS

hello
I purchased the Enfold theme in December 2019.
Authors may ask you for a purchase code to verify that you’ve purchased this item.
* e8dc3196-59a7-49f3-b2be-4b8de6f4ecc2 – 2 Dec 2019
December 2023, all website data was accidentally lost.
This is a situation where a new one needs to be created.
I only created one homepage and was using the Enfold theme on it.
However, it is all gone and we have to create a new one.
In this case, can I not use the previously purchased Enfold theme again?
If you can use it please tell me how
Thank you
Hey maryenvato,
Thank you for the inquiry.
We can add a few css modifications in the Enfold > General Styling > Quick CSS field to adjust the style of the first column on smaller screens. Please start with this css code.
@media only screen and (max-width: 768px) {
/* Add your Mobile Styles here */
.av_textblock_section.av-lr4yjeic-cd8285095e8d65e185685adbb051d6f7 table th.avia-desc-col {
font-size: 0.9em;
word-break: break-word;
width: 130px;
}
}
You may need to toggle or temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings after applying the modification.
Best regards,
Ismael
Hey 2N2constructions,
Thank you for the inquiry.
You can edit the main menu in the Appearance > Menus panel and adjust its style in the Enfold > Main Menu and Enfold > Header panels. For more info, please refer to the documentation below.
// https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/menu/
// https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Menu_User_Guide

Ismael
Hi,
I do need to understand what the Enfold Performance settings should now be after those were deleted.
You can keep the default compression settings disabled and install a third-party compression plugin like Autoptimize or use the default compression options from your cache plugin. Re-enabling the default compression settings from the theme will just regenerate the database entries you’ve just deleted.
Best regards,
Ismael
Hi Mike,
You’re a hero! How did you do that? Can you maybe tell me what the mistake might have been? I almost exclusively use Enfold Themes.
Hi,
Thanks for that. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width: 990px) {
.page-id-8445 h2 {
font-size: 18px;
}
}
Best regards,
Rikard
Hi Ismael,
Thank you for your response. I tried making sure the images were the same size at 300 x 200, however, some images remained bigger than the default images from the Enfold “Construction Demo”.
Please see my WordPress login credentials in the private link. Thank you for your assistance.
Warm regards,
Peter
Hi,
Glad we were able to help, if you have any further questions please create a new thread and we will gladly try to help you. Thank you for using Enfold.
Best regards,
Mike
Hi,
No, you should not add any code to the functions-enfold.php
Any customizations that you wish to add should be in your child theme functions.php
The way that I read the message from SG, there are no session cookies being assigned with this code in place, this seems to support the Stack Exchange solution replies for Varnish servers.
But when they checked again after about 30 minutes there was a session cookie, this seems to be due to the time limit in the code: s-maxage=120
So since this seems to show that the issue is between the SG cache and the WordPress PHPSESSID, I would recommend asking SG what they recommend the time limit in the code should be to work with their server cache.
Best regards,
Mike
Hi,
Thanks for disabling the plugins, I was able to edit the page, I added the text: Test Message to a special heading in tab seven:

and it shows on the frontend:

Please clear your browser cache and check.
Best regards,
Mike
Thank you, Mike, for the work you are doing to help us. Two questions.
1) In your earlier comments, you recommended that we turn off Enfold Theme Options ▸ Performance ▸ JS & CSS file merging and compression and enable Enfold Theme Options ▸ Performance ▸ Delete old CSS and JS files. Have you done that on our site or should we still do that?
2) Regarding the errors you found in other elements, our practice generally is to create new pages by opening a new draft of an existing page. Do we do better by creating new pages and adding in templated elements? Or would those templated elements carry with them the errors you spotted?
Best regards,
Cliff
