    Topic: Header background video block displays still image and play button on mobile

    Hey,

    I use a background video in Enfold which works fine on desktop view, but on mobile, instead of showing me the replacement background image, that I uploaded, it shows a still image from the video and a bit play button over it. Since the video is behind the headline and the text, I cannot click it, it just looks nasty.

    What do I have to do to get rid of the video in mobile view and show the background image instead?

    Hey!

    did you install a fresh copy of Enfold from your themeforest account? because I still can’t reproduce the issue. My button element works just fine … and if we can’t reproduce an issue then we can’t do much about it.

    contact formular: change font + border color in color scheme "dark transparent"

    I need to add a button to the sites menu, which creates a pop up. Like here: http://www.cityo.dk/ (button “book tid”).
    However, I can only add a URL. Could you tell me how to create a button in the menu that includes the script?

    May I ask an additional question in the same sequence? I dare! If you take a look at my site http://www.yumeego.com made with Enfold, you may notice that the home page is not loading perfectly (social media icons missing, some icones in the center of the page are only red). Well you need to relaod via the home button to get a nice page. Do you have any clue on why I get this?

    You can try pasting in the textbox as text element rather than visual

    To display the scroll to top button in mobiles please use the below code in Enfold > general styling > quick css

    I just changed the theme colors on my website, but now I have different colors on different pages. The header is the same everywhere but the buttons etc. remain having the old theme color on most of the pages.

    It would be great if you can help me out.

    Hi Guys,

    I recently switch my theme to Enfold.

    I am ruining a woo commerce store with some plugins they all seem to be working apart from one:

    How can change the color of active menu item, active menu text, active menu item background?

    i search a long time in this forum and tried any solution out…but the active button or active button text is not changed…
    I tried with this:

    Hi!

    To make changes on hover you have to add custom CSS unfortunately we cannot see your site to let you know exactly what changes you need to do. If you like to play with it on your own just right click inspect element and style the classes you require to change on hover.

    You can use a background overlay to darken or lighten the images and make the buttons will stand out.
    You can also try giving each color section a different overlay color.

    We have done some tests. We’ve created a fresh WP installation (4.4.2) and installed Enfold (3.4.7). Added a new page and placed the button. When editing the button we expect the button popup, but the table popup appears.

    My developer has discovered a weird tabel shortcode config in the templatebuilder section (/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/table.php#25). Is contains: $this->config['shortcode_nested'] = array('av_row', 'av_cell','av_button');
    When we remove 'av_button' from the array the above mentioned problem seems to be solved. Is there a reason to include av_button in that array?

    Could you please provide a screenshot of the layout that you want? The javascript code is actually missing in your post. Please post it on pastebin.com. You can save the html markup as a template and then add the javascript through a filter. Example here:

    No, that won’t work because ALB elements can’t be wrapped with raw shortcodes, what you’d need to do here is use the raw shortcodes of these Enfold elements and wrap them with the timed-content one (in a single or multiple Text Block) so it ends up like:

    Ive removed ALL plugins – so only new install of Enfold and WordPress remain.
    So now the Advanced editor works – its only the text editor that has white text and no editting buttons.
    Im going to replace the files in the console to see what happens

    I copied the CSS Codeto hide the All Button into the Quick CSS Part. It’s not working. What I’m doing wrong?
    If I copy your second code for triggering “Featured” into functions.php, our website is not running anymore. I get the error 500.

    The last code for changing the color is working. Sorry but we want to change the background color of the category names (Featured, Video, Grafik…) and not the background color of the entries.

    Would be nice if we can find a solution. The rest is running fine and we are very satisfied with enfold.

    It looks like your adding them inside a textblock.

    Do this, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-a-widget-area-to-the-header/, to add a widget area to your header. You can then drag a text widget to it and add the buttons in that way.

    You are still using Version Number is 3.4.3 some files are corrupt so you are not able to see the update button and also it is possible reason for the video issue please check the link below for info to update the theme via FTP.

    thanks for your comments.
    Meanwhile I created a mockup of the desktop as well as of the envisioned mobile version.

    1) The desktop version should show a vertical menu on the left side, with the same design as the dummy from the Flashlight demo.

    2) The mobile (responsible) version should show a vertical menu sliding in from the right edge (including 3 menu levels). The slider should not hide the entire screen, but only have the width needed to accommodate the menu.

    Can both be done in Enfold?

    (I gave in as far as my request to avoid the hamburger button is concerned. I still don’t like it, but if the mobile user is happy with it, it’s okay.

    Hi,

    I’m trying to build a home screen on a local installation where you can only choose between two options. Both shall be having a mouse over and lead the visitor in two different page areas, as you can see here: https://www.sugarsync.com/pf/D0879465_05604442_6818610

    The only idea i have to realize this is a full screen slide show with two rows. But this seems not to be possible. My questions are now:
    1. Do I have to build that home screen manually or is there a workaround i was not able to figure out at the moment and you probably know?
    2. If those two buttons shall lead into two different site areas with different structure and navigation, would that be possible with ONE enfold installation or would I have to install a WP-Multisite?

    thank you for answering.

    ReachEdge is a traffic and conversion tracking system with several features. One of its features is form tracking, including both tracking of submit origin (online marketing channel wise) as well as tracking and reporting the content of submitted forms. Form submit content is tracked when submit button is hit by a user, however, when content is tracked, it appears in ASCII Codes in the ReachEdge Portal only for Enfold. ReachEdge Development found out that form fills are double encoded into ASCII when submitted, while the tracking program only use single decoding.

    Themes that are working fine are e.g. “tweentyeleven”. Also, you can have a look at a plugin that is used to install ReachEdge on WordPress https://github.com/reachlocal/reachedge-wordpress-4x-tracking-plugin

    I’v created an enfold-child, but after import of the menu and the text was completely different than the parent theme
    I found a solution for the menu, it’s like it was in “inactive menu item”, so i’ve checked the button “Enfold Main Menu” in the appearance/menu settings.

    But for the rest of the content, in all the pages, the text is in “secondary font”, in green, and not in “main content font”and default content font”, in grey.

    Any idea to solve the problem?

    On http://www.chaseflooring.com/ I’m experiencing something similar. Cannot create a new Gravity Forms and cannot duplicate an existing form. I tried deactivating all plugins, I’m using the latest version of WordPress, of Gravity Forms, and the Enfold theme is 3.4.7.

    I tried updating lines 21-24 of the config.php to the following:

    add_action( ‘current_screen’, ‘avia_add_gf_button_to_editor’ );
    function avia_add_gf_button_to_editor( $screen ) {
    if ( $screen->base == ‘post’ ) {

    Looks like Gravity Forms works on my other Enfold installations (I have about 10 Enfold installs).

    Hello,

    First of all, Enfold Rocks! Nice job!

    I have a little problem with the ‘contact form 7’. I intergrated Contact Form 7 with the page builder.
    Some fields are ‘required’ fields but when I press ‘submit’ button and leave these fields empty, it won’t show the errors. Did I do something wrong?

    Just updated to 3.4.7 but don’t know if it was working on previous version

    Hope you can help me.

    I’m sorry but the social share button is not included in the lightbox script. You will have to modify the theme’s avia_activate_lightbox function in the js > avia.js file in order to add the share button. Please contact our partner codeable: http://kriesi.at/contact/customization
