Ok we are running Enfold and you can see the current footer as it stands on this page:

Obviously the current form that is in the third column is not the widget. We want to use the widget however because it will show the thank you and the error messages directly on the website itself. I had managed to get the widget to sit horizontally but when the browser gets resized or in mobile it looks all funky.
So I need advice on how to use the Mailchimp Newsletter Widget so it sits horizontally like I made my form in that third column but is also responsive to the size of the browser and mobile devices. Ideally as the browser resizes we would like the input box and the button to both go under the Sign Up sentence but still sit side by side. We also want it to look that way on mobile and tablets. The button and the input box should also maintain the same width and height of each other.

They suddenly (maybe after the update?) change to quite big preview pictures on Firefox (Safari is OK), you’ll see in the link below. Before, it was like on your preview window (http://kriesi.at/themedemo/?theme=enfold-overview). Is it easy to change it back?Regards,

just updated wordpress version 4.5 now my start page is not showing all information and my call to action which leads to my email newsletter is just gone!
My page shows still the button and all the information in the backend. only if I review the page I don’t see any…

Hey there,
after updating WP to 4.5 and Enfold to 3.5.3 the social button symbols got lost somehow (eg. Facebook, Instagram, …).
Any hints greatly appreciated since I am relatively new to WP and enfold.

YigitI updated to Enfold 3.5.3 and WordPress 4.5 and saw some of the issues that have been described with images/sliders not displaying. However that seems okay now after refreshing/viewing some pages in the website. However, when I tried to edit any of the pages I’m seeing an empty white area where the content should be in the advanced layout editor. If I click the default editor button and when that loads I still don’t see the content.

Hi, I would like to add the Gooey Menu (version 2) (http://codepen.io/lbebber/pen/RNgBPP) to my homepage of my Enfold website.
I imported the Startup Business Demo and started working from there. I tried to add the CSS code from the link above to Quick CSS, but no buttons appeared and the menu moved.
I would also want to change the visuals of the buttons.

I can send screenshot – but basically issue is that I have an login icon button circle from enfold theme in a column and I need the link to set so that logout will work when visitor clicks on it,
ideally would be able to redirect on logout as well

Thank you for using Enfold.
After clicking the add to cart button, it should automatically redirect users to the actual product page where they can select the date and time of the session or event. Please try to disable the ” Redirect to the cart page after successful addition” in the Woocommerce > Products > Display > Add to cart behaviour section.

To do so first enable CSS classs name support as mentioned here http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/
Then add a custom class name to the parent element and use the above code.
Or kindly use the page id class in place of the custom class to make changes only to that page.

can you please let me know how to replace the custom enfold woocommerce selector with the default woocommerce one ?
i have two extensions that doesn’t work with the enfold selector. The problem is that if i use the + or – button the quantity doesn’t get added to the cart. Only if i type into the quantity field and set the quantity using the keyboard then the right quantity gets added to cart.

Topic: LayerSlider Not Working
I’ve updated WorpPress to 4.5 and Enfold to 3.5.3 and I’m running with a child theme.
I’m able to access LayerSlider All Sliders screen and I’m able to create a new LayerSlider and that’s all… I can not Add sliders, I can not change any Slider settings, I can do anything at all… I click on the buttons/links/etc and nothing happens.
There’s also a message stating that I should update Layer Slider to v5.6.6 (I have version 5.6.5 installed) but there’s no way to do this.
I am creating a website all by myself (for the first time) – so please go easy on me :)
My website can be found here – exteriorrenderings.com , but of course it is still in development.
Nevertheless, I’ve checked the Enfold demo it is *heavily* based on (currently) and the demo too has this very same error.
Here’s the problem.
When the website loads up for the first time, you have in your browser (at the bottom) a large pulsing down arrow inviting you to click on it to, of course, to go down……
But if you choose to use that arrow, where it takes you does not correctly tie into what gets highlighted in the menu.
For example, it takes you down the page to the Portfolio area, yet with the HOME menu button selected. Of course this is incorrect (Home button is for taking you to the very top/beginning of the website).
If you choose the “Learn More” button (on the first page), it takes you the the ABOUT section, and highlights the Portfolio menu button !!!!!
And if you choose the “Get in Touch” button (on the first page), it takes you correctly to the Contact Form, but with SERVICES Menu button highlighted !!!!
Obviously things aren’t right in the demo version;

Please can you advise how to rectify all of this as it is a poor demo that should be working like this ?
Also, please can you advise WHERE to find these anchors and HOW to make an adjustment (up or down) if necessary ?

I’ve just updated a bunch of sites to WordPress 4.5 and enfold to 3.5.3
Now when opening up a text block to edit content (using Advanced Layout Builder), the editing buttons are all gone and the content although it appears to be gone is actually there… I have to highlight it to see it.
I have disabled all plugins and the problem still persists.
I have lots of clients using enfold so hopefully this gets address quickly.

Setting up a new site using enfold, and would like to see documentation about the ‘Menu Styles’. I would like to add colored buttons to my main nav menu, but all I get are gray buttons. Can’t seem to find any documentation on them, how to style them, create new ones etc.
Here is where it is:
Appearance > menus > add menu item > open menu item — and right above the checkbox for ‘Use as mega menu’ is a dropdown for Menu Style. I can select ‘Button Style (colored)’, and it works, but the button is gray. I’d like to add some buttons to this list — ie ‘Button Style (Orange)’ etc. Any guidance available on this?

We tried to check the issue unfortunately the site is down.
Make sure your theme is correctly updated by going to Enfold > Theme Update > you should see version 3.5.3
Hard refresh to clear cache and view the changes. To do a hard refresh… First press F12 to open the Chrome Dev Tools then hold down Ctrl and click on the Reload button.
If you still have any issues please feel free to reach out to us when we can inspect the site.

Hi!
Glad the issue is sorted after clearing the cache. During development you can disable any caching plugins or CDN like cloudflare if you are using them.
As mentioned in the above link to hard refresh the easiest and sure way is to first press F12 to open the Chrome Dev Tools then hold down Ctrl and click on the Reload button.

You can add Social Share Buttons to any page but it would share the whole page and not the part of website such as gallery only.

Surely a third-party plugin could allow this feature. I wondered if it was not possible to have one of the features of Enfold this possibility. For example in a masonry gallery add ‘button enables social’ standards such as facebook, twitter, instagram, google +. Good job

It’s probably me not be able to explain myself well, I’ve explained many times before but this is not getting anywhere, sorry I know you’re busy but every reply take 48 hours and I have to get this site working asap. I’ll give this a last chance before asking for a refund to the last license purchased.
This is how the plugin is meant to work.
When you open the product page, only the ‘add files’ button should show. There shouldn’t be any ‘upload button’.
You select your file(s), the file name shows up along with the ‘upload button’Check it with this free theme, then activate enfold again and you will see that both ‘add file’ and ‘upload button’ are showing at the same time.
