    Dear Enfold Team,
    I was checking the presence of “hotspot” in Enfold theme files and found it in image_hotspots.php, via_builder.css, shortcodes.css and avia-modal.js. It seems that such an addition will require quite quite a few changes. :(
    On the other hand, given the “clickable” “button-like” nature of a hotspot, I believe that my suggestion is very reasonable (cannot be seen as “advanced”) as it would enhance the possibilities of such a beautiful WordPress theme.

    Hello Enfold theme,
    The woocommrece booking button on my website doesn’t work after i got the new update.When i use Avia Layout Builder, and add product purchase button ,it doesn’t work.For example.I click book now button.and i get nothing to add to the cart as usual .Nothing happen.

    Could you please help me out ?

    Dear support

    since a few weeks we have the problem that our company mainpage changes “over night” from our our regular mainpage to a view where only header and footer is available and in main content: “registration closed”. We are using a Multisite wordpress installation with main domain and several subdomains.

    When I go in the backend to enfold settings and change “Frontpage settings” and change it back and save (after this clearing cache from gator cache) — regular mainpage is shown again.

    I enclosed a screenshot from the mainpage when problem occurs. Also source code of corrupted site. This problem always occurs between two days — I have a look to the page at the evening everything is fine — next morning page shows corrupted mainpage.

    • UPDATE: yesterday this problem occurs within the day – from one minute to another mainpage showed only “registration closed” within footer and header
    • main content missing
    • header and footer still there
    • CSS data is loaded
    • What issue could be the problem?

    yes, i am using the enfold contact form element. 2 different forms on the site.

    Can you elaborate on “prepend it to the button selector” or even better give me an example? The custom class bit is all clear.

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    Are you using the theme’s contact form element or shortcode? Add a custom css class attribute to the contact form. Use the selector and prepend it to the button selector. You have to enable the custom css class field first:

    Yes, there is but it is disabled on mobile to save space and since clicking on top of browser on mobile scrolls to top, we thought it would be redundant.     hello,

    i met for the first time ( it is my 5th enfold site ) a problem with the size of the logo in the header :

    – i upload the logo in high size ( 950x235px ) and choose original size for the header

    – i have 2 problems that i didn’t have with other enfold site with the same parameter :
    1 – when i increase the high of the header, the logo reamain at the same size, only the merge between logo and menu above is increasing ?
    2 – In the responsive comportement, there is a state before it switch to square button menu where the logo is very small with a huge white merge below.

    Can you take a look please ( you will find in private content the access and screenshot example )

    It is not a problem to upload things. About the intended screenshot/mockup, it is pretty much what you find in Enfold’s “start-up” template Home page: the image of a laptop with several hotspots pointing out to different regions of the screen. The difference is the actions associated to every hotspot.

    I uploaded a screenshot of what I can do now. You can see a small Play/Pause button on the bottom that I added with the Code Block as

    I defined the JS function VolumeSample.toggle in another Code Block, which contains includes to JS files. When you press the button, a given audio is played/paused. It works. As I said, that is a simple example, but just for the sake of illustration. What is behind the JS function is related to WebAudio API, but it does not really matter much what (but in the future it is not going to be simply play an audio file).

    My goal would be the hotspot to do exactly what that small button does, that is, to execute said JS function when clicked upon.

    The one with the additional > doesn’t display correctly and is ranged left.

    Getting slightly annoyed on a sunny Sunday ;-)
    Running the latest Woocommerce (2.6.2), WordPress (4.5.3) and Enfold (3.6.1).
    And I have implemented the mensmaximus patch to fix the AJAX cart issue, where the -/+ buttons don’t update the cart.

    With the iDeal plugin installed and configured, the payment goes belly-up when going into the final iDeal steps:
    ideal SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0

    I have done a bit of searching, and this seems to be something after WC v2.4. But as it is linked with AJAX, I’m wondering if this isn’t somehow linked to the cart/AJAX issues as well?
    Right now, I have a angry customer, and no clue where to start looking.

    Any help is appreciated on this, as this needs to fixed asap….. :-\

    Dear Enfold Team,

    I would like to link a hotspot (in an image) to the execution of a javascript function.

    For instance the following button declared in a Code Block

    executes VolumeSample.toggle(), which plays/pauses a sound.
    The function is obviously defined in a .js file, and works.

    I would like a hotspot to be able to do the same when clicking on it. Is it possible?

    Thanks! That worked, but now I face another problem. A lightbox video I have on another page is now not working in lightbox because the “Lightbox Modal Window” was unchecked.

    To your knowledge, would I be able to use the built-in lightbox functionality in Enfold to work with Contact Form 7? The only reason I have the Easy Fancybox plugin is because that is what the Contact Form 7 author recommends to use with his plugin. If I can make use of the built-in lightbox functionality, that would be great. (I have a “Get a Free Estimate” button at the top of every page that has a contact form pop up.)

    Any info/advice would be greatly appreciated.

    I was able to figure out how to get Easy FancyBox to work with YouTube videos, etc. Thanks!

    I LOVE this theme, and seek to use it for all of our clients. In this case, I have a specific layout I am trying to accomplish. I downloaded the Enfold Shop Demo, as we need WooCommerce, and I have 4 custom pages I need to design. I’ve accomplished the homepage, but I’m having problems with the Products Catalog page. I need to send you an image of what I’m trying to accomplish. How do I do that?

    Basically, under the header, I need a background image at the top of the page to be full screen left to right and 416 pixels tall. Then on the left, I need a white box that I can added HTML and a button into, and on the right, I need an image that when clicked, will bring up a lightbox Video.

    When I purchased Enfold for this client, it was based on seeing that video lightbox pop up on the Business Starter demo, and I read that features could be combined from different demos.

    So, can you please tell me how to use the top slider (which I hope I can tweek to make it look like my goal) from the business demo with the shop demo onto the products page?

    Also, is there a way to add a full screen element that isn’t in a box. I have choosen the full screen option. I wanted to place a call to action that goes full screen left to right.

    Hallo Zusammen

    wir haben seit einiger Zeit das Problem das sich quasi über Nacht in unserer Firmen Multisite Installation die Startseite ändert… Dies geschieht tatsächlich jeweils über Nacht…. Wir bringen das Problem mit Enfold in Verbindung da sich hier in den Theme Einstellungen das Problem auch wieder beheben lässt, jedoch leider nur für kurze Zeit.

    Ich habe einen Screenshot angefügt um das Problem zu veranschaulichen. Wir erhalten gerade nahezu jeden Morgen die unerfreuliche Startseiten Ansicht “Die Registrierung wurde deaktiviert”.

    • Content der Startseite fehlt
    • Header und Footer sind da
    • CSS Dateien werden geladen

    Das Problem kann behoben werden in dem wir im wordpress Backend unter ENFOLD –> Enfold Child (DE) Optionen –> Frontpage Settings –> die Startseiten Auswahl abändern wieder zurückstellen und dann speichern –> wir leeren dann noch den Cache von Gator Cache –> Startseite wieder da……

    Gibt es da bekannte Ursachen/ mögliche Zusammenhänge für das Problem?

    Hi there, we try to implement an auction to our demo enfold theme (wp simple auction plugin). Everything seems fine accept the “+” an “-” Button next to cart button. They show twice and do not consider the Bid increment step. In example Link we send to you the Bid increment is 10.
    Any idea? Could you help us with some css?

    Hi, I’ve recently added woocommerce to my customers site and when you change the quantity in the basket and click update basket nothing happens. I found a previous thread about this but couldn’t find a fix. Is there anything I can do to sort this or do I just have to wait for the next update? If so can anyone give a time frame on that as my customers waiting for the shop and I’m not getting paid until it’s done.

    I’m on the latest version of WordPress, Enfold and Woocommerce and there aren’t any additional plugins installed on the site.

    Hi Andy,

    I’m still breaking my head about this issue. Nothing is working for me. I’ve recorded what I’m doing. The errors are not there when using one of the default WP themes, so it must be related to Enfold. One other thing what is also not working is that I’m not able to click the ‘screen options’ button.

    Hope you can help.

    Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:

    Change the background color value to suit your design :)

    If you’re still interested with the custom css modifications, we can provide that. Example, you can change the font color with the following:

}

    Hi,

    I’m using Enfold and Woo Commerce.
    When I’m on the Shoppingbag page and there is a product in my shoppingbag and I’m changing the number of this product, the update-button doesn’t work. It should change the total amount, but it’s not doing anything.
    When I acitivate an other theme, it does work.

    Is this a bug or an I doing somthing wrong?

    Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:

    The below css will reduce the font size when the height of the window is less than 600px to fit the rest of the content. if the screen height is very small you may have to hide the text content and display only the buttons.
