Since yesterday I have the following problem on my website (WordPress 4.7.2) using the Enfold theme (version 3.8.5):The full screen slider is no longer as wide as the screen. It has a left/right padding of 50px. I prepared a test page that contains only a slider with the following code:

I want to track how many of the people visiting my site, clicks on the “Send” button on my contact form. How do I do that? Usually you just put a html code google hands you out, and insert it on the page where you want the button to be tracked. But this is not possible on Enfold?

I am using the Enfold Theme and I have created two buttons called “Donate” and “Contact Us”. The buttons are displaying correctly but the links inside them don’t appear to be working.Could you provide some help in resolving the issue?

CraigI am toying with the post layout in the construction theme and noticed that when I try to work in the Avia Layout Builder the bottom half of the page with share buttons, suggestions, and commenting disappears.
Also I don’t know where to edit this section because it doesn’t show up anywhere in the page builder or other places I’ve searched. I would love to be able to use and manipulate this beautiful content.

i use a video on my enfold site. There is a big play-button for the video with the css class
class="mejs-overlay-button"In Desktop the play button is visible but on mobile the play button is not there. Is there a possibility to show this button also on mobile?Best regards

zunächst sorry, dass ich dieses Ticket auf Deutsch erstelle… die Problematik fällt mir leichter zu erklären, als auf Englisch.
Folgendes: seit gestern ca. 16 Uhr funktioniert unser Avia Layout Architekt nicht mehr (richtig). Möchte ich eine bereits erstellte Seite bearbeiten – oder auch eine neue Seite erstellen – lädt sich der Layout Architekt “zu Tode”. Es werden zwar alle Tabs inkl. der Layout-Elemente angezeigt, ich kann aber keines dieser Elemente in den Drag&Drop-Bereich ziehen. Die Sanduhr dreht sich und dreht sich und dreht sich… Auch auf den Standard-Editor kann ich nicht wechseln. Ein Klick auf den entsprechenden Button bewirkt Nichts.
Bei Beiträgen geht der Avia Layout Architekt allerdings ohne Probleme… Cache habe ich schon mehrmals geleert und auch andere Browser probiert. Auch von zu Hause aus mit einem anderen Rechner ging der Layout Architekt nicht.
Was mich stutzig macht: das Problem scheint urplötzlich aufgetaucht zu sein. Es gab kein Update eines Plugins etc. Von einer Minute auf die Nächste ging es nicht mehr.
Liebes Enfold-Team: könnt ihr mir/uns weiterhelfen? Einen entsprechenden Administrations-Zugang zum Backend haben wir Euch schon mal eingerichtet (siehe private content).

AndyElements are looking different- depending on the position in the site:
At the top of the button it looks ok.
– gallery-element (with 6 pics in row)
– and a special header element (with a custom color).if i shift the same (or a duplicate) at the bottom
– the gallery has only one picture in a row [!]
– the header element has not an custom color anymore [!]what is going on here? thanks for your help.
FYI:
– usual i use a child-theme, but this problem is also happen with the direct-enfold-theme.

I have 2 events I want to track in my Enfold website.
1. Content Elements -> Icon: Clinking the icon opens a Youtube-url in lightbox. How can I track clicking on the icon as event/goal in Google analytics?
2. Content Elements -> Maichimp Signup: Settings are “Display a short message on the same page”. How can I track clicking on sign up button as event/goal in Google analytics?

Buttons: ok, thanks for the feedback. So the input field it missing? If so then it’s likely due to the PHP version you are running. Do you know if it’s 7.1? If so then please try to downgrade to 7.0 as we have had problems with 7.1 unfortunately. We still don’t have a fix for it but we will release one as soon as possible.
Colours: I’m not 100% sure I understand what you mean but you have set your main menu items and two headers to display in blue under Enfold->Advanced Styling, maybe that is the reason? If I’ve misunderstood you then please post screenshots of the issue. You can upload to a service like Google Drive or Dropbox and then link to them here.

I can’t reminder having copied the whole woocommerce template folder, but probably you mean the woocommerce template folder in the Enfold Child theme? How do I remove those files which are not modified without deleting the updated woocommerce template folder?

The code provided will affect only the mobile device. Please remove the old code and add the code Niko provided at the top of Quick CSS section in Enfold > General Styling.
You may not see the changes until the cached files are cleared in your browser.
Please try to hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” and review the site again.

I’m hoping someone can help me with this. I have a static front page that pulls into my blog posts. I have it set for 5 blog posts to show at a time and there are pagination buttons at the bottom so that visitors can use those to see older posts. However, when I click those buttons, all I’m getting are errors saying “Nothing Found. Sorry, the post you are looking for is not available. Maybe you want to perform a search?”
I’ve used Enfold on other sites without issues, so I’m not sure what has happened here. I’m posting a link to my site in the private content area.

By default, 2 buttons appears on homepage.
When I edit the page and try to specify an url on button, I don’t have this option.
Impossible to add links on button.

Think I already posted this, but don’t see it on the string in the last link you sent. I have updated to 3.8.5 and it is confirmed in the Theme Update page of WordPress. I did the refresh on my website home page on both Chrome and IE, did both the CTRL F5 and CTRL refresh button and the menus did not change their appearance or operation at all. Before I go through and deactivate all the other plug ins I have, as I don’t think that is the problem – I believe it is the Enfold theme – I would appreciate it if you would do the following:
Go to my website pointarenalighthouse.com and see how the menus appear on your browser. If they are as I have described in previous posts, then I think the problem is with the settings in the Enfold theme. If they are NOT as I describe, then I am completely at a loss to explain what is going on. The menus are messed up on Chrome and IE on my work PC, my bookkeeper’s work PC, the PC in our museum, on my personal laptop at home, on my wife’s laptop at home, and on my Samsung Galaxy S5 Android phone.
If the problem is evident when you log in, please do what is necessary to fix it in WordPress/Enfold. I know this has been a problem before because I had to report it after an update about a year ago, but since I can’t log into the Kriesi support site and look at my previous issues and their resolution I can’t go back and see how you fixed it.I also MUST be able to log into the Kriesi Support portal. I understand that you can log in and I see your image that proves you could do it, but since I have done everything you have told me to do on multiple devices and I am not allowed to login, and I get no type of error message telling me why, I have to believe that it is an issue within your system that is not allowing me in. PLEASE refer this to someone that can resolve it, since I paid for the Enfold Theme and the support that goes with it, and without being able to log in I can’t get that support.
