    When I was optimizing a site I threw all Enfold files in the FileOptimizer tool and found that a lot of images , JS and CSS has excess bytes in them. Even without minifying it saves up quite a bit.

    I would love it if the next version of Enfold would use optimized files for its JS and CSS.
    See new filesizes of top compressed files.
    https://imgur.com/a/bAHaq

    I know some files are from plugins like layerslider, but when it comes to quick optimizing: all bytes count :) Especially when it is just a click of a button.

    It would also be helpfull to run ALL PNG and JPG images through this tool (Guetzli optimized). There is a lot to be gained here with just a single click in FileOptimizer…

    Performance-wise it would not mean the world. Caching would already fix a lot of this. But since it is so simple to do I really recommend that source Enfold-files are optimized every release.

    Hey DROR,

    Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:

    a.checkout-button {
        margin-top: 30px;
    }

    Hello,

    I just licensed another copy of Enfold for a new website. When I go to the LayerSliderWP and try to create a new slider the buttons on the slide screen do nothing. If I import a template and open this template slider the images do not show up nor the multiple slides.

    The plugin appears dead. System status doesn’t show anything except:
    ACTIVE! Suhosin may override PHP server settings that are otherwise marked OK here. If you experience issues, please contact your web hosting company and ask them to verify the listed server settings above.

    Would this stop LayerSliderWP from working?

    I was just wondering, has anyone with 4.2 update issues have noticed an icon animation and lightbox modal window issue as well? I don’t know if this is unique to my sites or if it’s on other Enfold sites as well and just hasn’t been noticed yet.

    I updated two sites from 4.1.2 to 4.2 and had the fullscreen slider/video issue on one of them and then noticed the icon animation stopped working on both. I used the code from this post, https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-2-update-trouble-in-full-width-slider/, as a temp fix for the fullscreen slider/video issue.

    It also seems that the lightbox modal window stopped working for a video link as well. It works on the example site below, as does the icon animation.

    Example site with 4.1.2 running and the icon animation and lightbox both work. It’s in the third section down used as a video button: https://www.intelliteach.com/services/skillbuilder/

    Hello,
    I like the EnFold theme but I have a few questions before I buy it.
    I am an designer/artist and want a personal and minimal portfolio theme.

    1) I like a lot the clean style (and the repsonsivity for mobiles) of Creative Studio, also the fonts and the menu style (open when you click the button) but I don’t like the onepage style. So my question is that, can I have the previous things I like from Creative Studio to instert to another themes of EnFold theme?

    2) How many plugins the EnFold have got? Is it too heavy or no?

    3) Can I make more than one portfolio theme galleries and categories?

    Thanks a lot!

    By copying and pasting the same code on the static page and to the code or text block. As for the onclick event within the code, I created a custom function for it within wordpress and it should now work with enfold theme’s buttons.

    Hey Steve,

    Here is the code you can put in Enfold > General Styling > Quick Css,  if it does not work, put into themes/enfold/css/custom.css

    .avia-button-wrap.avia-button-left.avia-builder-el-82  {
        margin-right: 25px;
    }

    If you need further assistance please let us know.
    Best regards,

    Hi Tobiy,

    Here is the code you can put in Enfold > General Styling > Quick Css,  if it does not work, put into themes/enfold/css/custom.css

    #top #wrap_all .single_button .button {
    	color: #fff;
    }

    This will change the color of the button, the header css is tough since you made some changes to adjust it. And changing the text of the button will require editing templates.
    If you need further assistance please let us know.
    Best regards,
    Victoria

    I’ve added a widget which loads only the latest post. It’s basically a button to the latest post ;-)

    I have a javascript code from a 3rd party service that I use for analyzing and pricing 3D models on my website. The javascript should create a popup within the same window that allows for file upload, contact form, etc.

    The code itself creates a really ugly button. I would like to use the Enfold button styling but have the javascript functionality take over when clicked. Is there a way of doing this?

    <script src=”https://cls3d.makeros.com/js/projectwidget.js&#8221; type=”text/javascript”></script>
    <div id=”create-a-makeros-project” provider-name=”cls3d”></div>

    Hi Enfold Team

    I am setting up (trying) my first WPML with Enfold.

    When I try to translate a page or portfolio item, I click the translate button (from danish to english) for any existing page/portfolio – but only “Title”, “Excerpt”… shows up, no one comes up with any content from the page/portfolio item.
    Pls. refer to screen images provided in private content.

    However when I create a new page/portfolio item for testing – then things seem to be ok: showing the “Page Builder Page…” and the content of the page/portfolio.

    Please. I really don’t know what to do. I have no idea what I am doing wrong – or if it is some kind of bug?

    Hi there,

    first of all: Enfold 2017 is awesome!

    I have two questions regarding the page in the private content:

    When you scroll down to the “Mehr erfahren” Button under the first red box I managed to get the button to open an accordion.

    But you see a small “1” on the left side, witch is the title of the toggle witch i left blank. Can the title be deactivated so that it isn’t visible anymore? I managed to do it with the toggle icon through css

    .toggle_icon {
    display: none;
    }

    but can’t get it done with the toggle title.

    When you open the accordion text, you see at the bottom a button named “schließen”. I want the accordion to collapse by pushing the button, but I can’t find the right link for it.

    Looking forward to your answer!

    Hi,

    Have latest WP version and latest 4.2 Enfold version.

    When trying to edit / save button or fullwidth button (did not check all elements, but most seem work ok), when clicking save nothing happens or somtimes #save added to URL and still nothing happens.

    So simply when editing button element save doesn’t work.

    Thanks!

    Hello!

    I have a custom font installed on a site and have applied it to everything with the Use Any Font plugin recommended in another thread.
    The only place I can’t get it to apply is the Enfold Mailchimp widget in the footer – how can I change the font in the placeholders and on the button there?
    Also, how can I change the button color (regular and on hover) in that widget to match the site colors?
    And how to remove the border radius on the button?

    Site link is below. Thanks in advance for your help!

    Hi Enfold Team,
    i need to link to a URL that contains square brackets
    f.ex.:
    https://www.xyz.com/search_addPresentedBy[]=TEST&search_q=&search_setAdvancedFilter=true

    When i use this URL in a button it breaks the design because of the square brackets.
    (I guess it thinks this is a shortcode.)
    Is there any workauround for this?

    Hi,

    danke für die intensive Prüfung. Da ich zeitgleich auf einer anderen Internet-Seite, die auch mit Enfold arbeitet, die Button “Text/Visuell” sehe – und zwar auf allen mir zur Verfügung stehenden Macs und Tablets, kann ich mit ein PC-Problem nicht vorstellen. Kann es an einem Plugin liegen?

    can you please use for code the code element – it is better readable – and for you much more important it is copyable
    it works either by click once on code button above – insert the code – click on (now it is /code-tag) this button after it
    or insert the code – activate the whole block and click on code only once – than it will surrounds this lines.

    your link is postid-4665 and it is a single post – see source code
    For Logo change there is on enfold an option to do that by overwriting the other one but –

    i tested that if on enfold options dialog a favicon is set ! it could not be overwritten by this method – so there is the code for the first rule is to set favicon for that single post the other for not to be that single post

    the one is http://nowguide.no/downloads/ms_5564.png
    what is the other favicon ?

    you can see it here in action ( with is_page(330) – because it is in this case the page )
    https://webers-testseite.de/elegant/flexbox-model/

    all other pages got a different favicon.

    Topic: Header Resizing

    Hi,

    I’ve got an odd behaviour with a home page using Enfold.

    I have a 2/3 1/3 grid for a top element that contains an easy slider in column 1 and buttons with a cell background in column two.

    Whenever the page loads, the grid seems to stretch to full height before contracting to the layout we want.

    We’ve tried to figure out what’s causing it and tried lots of different options but nothing seems to work.

    Any idea what causes it?

    Thanks

    Topic: Enfold audio playlist

    Hi, I saw that with v4.2 you have some new audio playlist features.
    I wanted to try it, but it is not inserting my mp3 files. So when I select the auido files, and finally hit the “Insert audio playlist” button, it returns to the playlist editor, but nothing is added. Is this a bug, or just on my installation?
    Thanks,
    Tom

    Thanks Nikko

    Here is the post

    In that post, there is a reference to a post # as the poster says
    Hi guys
    In reference to #post-292836 and implementing graphic buttons ..

    How do I find post 292836??

    I used the code block and it did not work. I had used that around my javascript and this happened (I think the < code > I pasted into my post was removed from the text) and so I clarified below

    I tried using a code block around the javascript but when I click OK to close the icon box editor, it executes the javascript, and renders it on a new ‘page’ and I have to hit back arrow on the browser to get back to my site which goes back to the Enfold advanced builder page layout for the page. So then I go back to the icon box and the javascript or code block is not there. I the same javascript at the end of a line of text on my old flat html site where it works fine. All I did was copy and paste the same self-contained section of javascript. I gave you the details below.

    Thanks

      <p> <strong>Article Title: </strong>New Year’s Health Resolutions <br>
        <br>
        <strong>Article Body:</strong> Every year people generate New Year’s resolutions to get healthy. These normally entail things like “I want to lose a lot of weight” or perhaps “I want to eat really healthy from now on.” It is good to desire to be as healthful as you can be. The uncomplicated truth is that almost everyone needs to boost his or her health in some form or other. All the same, it really is simple to go overboard in terms of New Year’s resolutions. Unfortunately most of the people try and do too much too quickly because they shed all of their motivation by February or March.<br>
    <br>
    So how do you make the commitment to getting healthy and balanced without going overboard? There tend to be two schools of thought here. The first says to go slowly and create small goals for yourself. The alternative approach says that it is a lot better to think in the long term and make strategies for how to get there. If you wish to get healthy, each approaches can help you get there. More importantly, if you think about the bigger picture you’ll be able to break that picture down into a group of littler pixels that you can accomplish in order. Here are some good examples.<br>
    <br>
    A target to get rid of 50lbs within the year, for example, can simply get broken down into a monthly goal of a little more than four pounds or a weekly goal of just a little bit more than one pound. That subsequently breaks down to slightly more than a pound per week. That’s definitely possible! All you need to do is cut the soda pop out of your diet and you should get there. Obviously this doesn’t imply that eliminating soda by itself will help you reach your fifty pound weight loss goal, but it can help you gather steam to start with while you learn ways to keep the pounds off as you drop them each week.<br>
    <br>
    If you are interested in animal rights and would like to become a vegan, don’t go vegan overnight. Your health will suffer, you’ll go through withdrawals and you’ll feel so terrible that it will be incredibly difficult for you to stick to your new food commitment. Instead, start out by cutting out one type of meat. Then, after a week or two, eliminate yet another type of meat. After you’ve ceased eating all of the important kinds of meat, work on cutting out the dairy products. After you have fixed your attachment to dairy, begin working on eliminating all of the animal-based ingredients in the bigger foods you eat (jello, for example, contains gelatin which is made from animal products). Doing this will also enable you to learn just what to look for on ingredients labels over time (which helps you remember things) and find new foods to make up for the old cravings that you are fighting against.<br>
    <br>
    There are many things that you can do to boost your health over the course of a year. New Year’s resolutions can be a great way to locate motivation to get started on the work you need to do. Small goals to meet over the course of the year is how you will stay inspired past the usual resolution drop date. </p></td>

                <label id="lblSpin"><p><strong>Article Title: </strong>Wellness Resolutions for the New Year<br><br><strong>Article Body: </strong>Every New Year’s eve people make resolutions about getting healthier. These resolutions usually consist of things like “I want to lose a lot of weight” or “from now on I’m only eating healthy foods.” Wanting to be as healthy and balanced as you can is admirable. The very simple truth of the matter is that there are only some people who don’t need to make improvements to their health. At the same time, going overboard on New Year’s Resolutions is really common. Unfortunately, most of the people lose their enthusiasm by February or March because they try to do too much too quickly.<br><br>So how do you make the dedication to getting healthy without going overboard? There can be a couple possibilities here. The first is usually to go seriously slowly and only create little and easily achievable goals. The second states that that it is best to plan out the long term with shorter jaunts along the way. If you need to get healthy, the two approaches can help you get there. If you take one thing on “big picture” fashion, it is easy to break that down into smaller more easily achieved goals. Here are some suggestions.<br><br>If you would like to lose 50lbs by 2012 that may be divided into a little more than four pounds per month or one pound per week. One single pound weekly is all it requires. That’s certainly achievable! Simply cutting the soft drinks out of your diet is enough to help you get there. Obviously avoiding soda alone isn’t enough to get the job done but it will help you gather steam when you are first starting and while you learn how to keep off the pounds that you drop every week.<br><br>If animal rights are something that concern you and you want to become a vegan, don’t try to get there all at once. Your health and wellbeing will hurt and the withdrawals you confront will make your cross over a lot harder to take and you will be less likely to stick to it in the long run. Start out by cutting out one sort of meat. Then, after a time, drop one more kind of meat. Once you’ve eliminated all the major meat groups from your diet, you can focus on cutting out dairy. After you will have fixed your dependence on dairy, begin working on eliminating all of the animal-based ingredients in the bigger foods you eat (jello, for example, contains gelatin which is made from animal products). Doing this will likely also enable you to learn just what to look for on ingredients labels over time (which helps you remember things) and find brand-new foods to make up for the old cravings that you are fighting against.<br><br>There are many ways to get healthy over the year. New Year’s resolutions are a great way to find inspiration in the beginning. Small goals that get met over the months will help you stay enthusiastic past the time of year you usually give up the resolutions.</p></label>

    Hello, I bought the wordpress enfold theme on October 1st.
    I would like to have information on the operation of the advanced layer-slider. I would like to put 3 slides. At the end of the 3rd slide I would like the slider to stop. In the 3rd slide, I would like to put a button (with the playstore image) with the link to a playstore page where you can buy an app I made. I could not do this.

    – How does the slider stop?
    – can you put a button with links on the slider?
    Thank you for your reply,
    regards
