Hi, I added external link to my hotspot, but I couldn’t find a way to make it open on a new page. I added an example shortcode for a hotspot I created. Is there something simple I’m missing?

Hey Yigit,
I’m running the latest wordpress and enfold versions. I updated Enfold yesterday from 3.1.3 to 3.1.5 but the problem is still there.
Like I said though, it’s not just my site.. Check the Enfold Demo on an IOS device and you’ll see that the tooltips don’t work.

your search icon looks good to me. Please always provide us screenshots of what you see. You can use imgur.com or public dropbox to host your screenshots.
Do you want to move the search bar more to the left? if yes use this code:@media only screen and (max-device-width: 736px) { .avia-search-tooltip.avia-tt { left: -131px !important; }}and adjust as needed.
If you need something else please send us a mockup showing what you want to achieve.

I decided to uninstall all my 84 plugins one by one to check, possible incompatibility. I found that It was the CM Tooltip Glossary plugin that was causing the problem.
Now, everything is working ok!

Josue, please read my previous posts thoroughly. The tooltips are NOT working at all on iOS. I’ve tested this on an iPad and iphone across multiple browsers.. They’re not appearing above or below or anywhere. And this is not just an issue with my installation.. Check your own demo on an iphone or iPad and you’ll see the issue.
Could you guys get around to this soon pl? I’ve been waiting a long time and I know you’re busy.. But I’d like someone to understand and acknowledge the issue and just tell me when you’ll get around to it.. Even if it’s a month from now, that’s cool, but I gotta tell my client something.

Hi, please help!
This is really an emergency. I just finish building a solid one page for my company and now the avia builder is stuck at loading the page and I cannot edit it.
I am using the latest version of wordpress (4.2), and latest version of enfold (3.1.3)
The page i am trying to edit is http://brilliancezone.com/home/
Apparently there’s nothing there now because the builder refused to load and I can’t restore it as well.
I managed to copy out the code from the revisions. Hope it helps:

The one that says “The Avia Layout Builder allows you to create unique layouts with an easy to use , drag and drop interface….”

Hi, I searched the forum a lot but did not find working solution.
With mouse over an image in a gallery, after some seconds shows the name of the big image file. Same with Thumbnails underneath. Same effect also with easy slider, after a while turns up the image file name. I tried different CSS quickcodes – no result.
I tried the recommended .js code on js/avia.jsjQuery(document).ready(function($){ jQuery('img').removeAttr('title'); });On easy slider this worked fine, perfect
But on the (simple) gallery element this code avoided to show the file name, but instead it shows the description text (or the caption text,if description is not present). I want caption text not to be empty because I like the caption text on black background when hovering over the small thumbnail gallery pictures below the big picture.
By the way: In a gallery shows only the filename or caption or description of the first gallery image no matter which image is shown in the main (big) image.

To answer your questions, yes, I’ve cleared the cache, disabled W3 and still the same result.
In fact, if you just visit the Enfold Demo on your iPhone or on an iPad, you’ll see that anything with tooltips doesn’t work (check the image with hotspots demo, for example). So I think it’s safe to say that it isn’t with my installation alone, or with any plugin conflict. Looks like the latest update doesn’t work on iOS..
Can you just test this out yourself and see if theres a patch you can give me? Thanks!

Try this to adjust the tooltip position.
.avia-tooltip.avia-tt { margin-top: 170px; } .avia-tooltip .avia-arrow-wrap { top: -20px; } .avia-arrow { top: 15px; margin-left: -5px; }Note that this is going to be applied to all elements with the tooltip caption.

I’m running Enfold 3.1.3 and WordPress 4.1.1
(I’ve made the modification to open the tool tip on click, not on hover (but it doesn’t work if I revert to the original anyway)).
I’ve cleared my browser caches multiple times.The tooltips are still not opening on my iPhone or my iPad.
I’ve checked this on the following devices –
1. iPhone 4s, iOS version 8.2, on browsers Chrome Mobile 41.0, and Safari 600.1.4
2. iPhone 4, iOS version 7.1.2, on browser Safari 9537
3. iPad 3, iOS 7.0.4, Safari 9537
I think this may be a theme issue specific to iOS.
Regarding nesting content elements, what I mean is, can I put a toggle INSIDE a tab?
