Hi,
You can’t select the size of the images in the masonry gallery because the size used in that element is established in advanced or predefined. I don’t know how @vinay get that screenshot, but that option is not available for the masonry gallery items.
Are you trying to change the size of the image used in the lightbox? If so, go to the Settings > Media panel, then adjust the size of the “large” thumbnail. That’s the thumbnail size used in the lightbox. You may need to re-upload the images or use the following plugin to regenerate the thumbnails.
// https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/
Best regards,
Ismael
Hi Ismael, if I inspect the element I see what you mean. The height and width are 36×36.
I also see that with the inspector active the viewport change size and the image looks better because it probably uses another image set on the CSS.
So that could be why Victoria was having a different experience from mine.
Despite this, I have regenerated all my thumbnails but I still see the same.
Have a look at the attached images.
Thanks
Hi,
Thank you for the update.
They look like that because the images are too small for the actual container. The “widget” thumbnail is only 36x36px, so you have to adjust it. Please install the following plugin, go to the Settings > Media panel and look for the “widget” thumbnail. Adjust the size, update then regenerate the thumbnails.

Hi and thanks.
I tried to install the plugin you suggested, but in the settings it probably changes all the thumbnails i’ve set in my website, and i’m afraid it changes irrimediately my images settings.
I think this plugin is not the solution: my problem is that i’m not sure if i’ve updated correctly the enfold theme, because i don’t see the correct settings i should see in the masonry gallery, as suggested in the answers above.
I uploaded the last version of the theme (4.5.7), but, having a child theme, I don’t know if I need to update my current child-theme, and how to do it in safety without making a mess.
I’ve updated in the private content a link with some images to explain better my issue.
Thanks and best regards,
Mattia
Hi,

Enfold version 3.1.3 (That’s what it says. And it says it’s the updated Enfold Theme – not sure where everybody is getting version 4.x.x)
WooCommerce version: 3.6.5
I delayed updating WooCommerce because of the above error, and it probably cost me about $80 in restores to get it functioning correctly. This time – I updated WooCommerce, made sure my theme was updated, spent $61 to get a new API key for Enfold. And now I have the SAME FREAKING ERROR.
All the solutions say “Update the Enfold theme.” Done. Been there. DIDN’T FIX IT. Downloaded the .zip file. Uploaded and tried to run. It fails because it’s already installed and the folder already exists. If I delete that, I’m thinking I’ll have to re-code everything, and my website could be down for days and/or weeks (I’m not really a web designer, even in WoodPress). One guy told me that he looked at the website and didn’t see any errors. How? The errors show up every time I click on a product.
Please help. I’m tired of wasting money on this for an error that shouldn’t be there in the first place.
Hi,
I can’t see a preview/thumbnail of the images in my media library. Only three images (demo images) are showing and none of the ones I’ve uploaded (which are JPEGs and saved for web) are showing.
They won’t insert into sections either such as image section or background image.
Can you help me please!
Thanks
Hi Ismael ! Im afraid this way we have lost what Mike has done for me pls. see this link.
In few words there suppose to be time left auction timer for products in my account setting and also in individual product page view (timer must be removed from rest of pages).
Hi,
Thank you for the update.
We are not seeing the issue with the masonry gallery anymore. Is this fixed? The thumbnails or images look consistent now.
Best regards,
Ismael
Hi guys, in a fresh installation I have all the preview thumbnail blur.
I have noticed this issue as soon as I have imported the demo contents.
What could be the problem?
Thanks
ps.: find the image attached to the private area
Hei Guys,
i have a similar thing in my mind. So.. On an other Slider we made by hand. We always load small thumbnails in the slider. Like a “gallery” image or a “thumbnail” image. With JQuerry I look if we have a desktop size in the browser and then just replace the images with the larger images. (MOBILEFIRST).
I want to do something like this with the Enfold Fullscreen slider. But the slider always loads the fullsize images what make sense.
Is there a hook or an easy change to do what iIwant?
Hi Mike,
Strange it doesn’t work. I changed the login details and tested it. You can try it now.
And the additional css works. My homepage shows the thumbnails now, but the portfolio page still does not. I’m guessing that I have to add additional CSS for all the pages with the portfolio grid? Is there proper fix for this?
I’ve had to update my website recently and noticed that the portfolio grid does not work anymore. All the thumbnails are missing even though they have featured images assigned to each of the portfolio item. This used to work before I had to update WordPress itself, the Enfold theme and the host PHP version.
Hey Hans-Jörg Ott,
All the demos are available to be installed and adjusted to your needs.
Please have a look at our demos and our docs:

And here are the links about image handling

Hi,
That is the default size of the thumbnail assigned for the tab images. If you want to adjust the size of the “square” thumbnail, install the Simple Image Sizes plugin, then go to the Settings > Media panel and do the adjustment. You have to upload the images again or regenerate them in the same panel.

Hi,
Thank you for the update.
How do you want the product images to look like? You should probably set the Customize > Product Images > Thumbnail Cropping to “Uncropped” if you don’t want the images to get cropped or cut off.
Can we have access to the site?
Best regards,
Ismael
Hi Ismael! As requested i have started new tread for issue with product info container size.
This given css does not reduce this empty space :
#top .inner_product_header {
min-height: 60px;
}
Initial tread for this issue.
Hi Victoria,
nothing has changed.
Maybe the problem is in the URL of the image: why the image shown is the thumbnail of 180x180px and not the image in original dimensions?
Hello,
It happens once a month I guess. I’m surprised you can’t reproduce the case by deleting the current feature image to replace it with : https://www.arianegrumbach.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/20190605_122333_long-1-e1562223858598.jpg, I manage to reproduce it.
No obvious commun point between the images, except she resizes it with the same tool all the time… I was thinking to a debit pb she launches the download. I know that WordPress creates by itself several thumbnails so maybe a big mess here, would it be possible?
Tx for your help because I don’t know what to do with this client to fix the pb, even if it’s not too frequent but she losts confidence and loose time.

Hey radikio123,
Please try using the plugin Simple Image Sizes, you will be given the chance to edit the sizes WP creates after an upload, and which size will be used for each element.
In WordPress > Dashboard > Settings > Media > Media Settings you will be able to set the sizes, then please use the regenerate thumbnails option afterward.
Best regards,
Mike
I have looked through many support threads and tried resizing the display images in .php, downloaded regenerate thumbnails, to no avail. I want to change our blog images to the pinterest size, 600×900 or 2:3 aspect ratio. Can someone please help me to get these images to show as that size? Thank you!
Why would anyone pay for this support? You guys are terrible. SLow moving and virtually no help at all. I’ve been at this for weeks. Mostly because it isn’t clear from Theme Forrest/Envato that I even have the latest version until I download and compare the last modification date. There is no versioning in the dashboard or on the thumbnail for the download. This is such a beat down. My life and website are being held hostage until you see fit to respond.
Hi,
I know WordPress by default do not support SVG format due to security reasons. For this purpose I installed SVG Support plugin and I was able to upload my SVG logo created in AI to the media library in wordpress (I can see the logo thumbnail). I selected my svg logo via Theme Options -> Logo and Saved.
However, when I visit site, the logo is not loaded (the page shows no logo at all). Furthermore, when I go back to Theme Options -> Logo, the thumbnail shows now the standard media icon with a red x on it. I tried various SVG plugins (one at the time) and also some of the suggestions using Quick CSS without success. I am using a local server (OSX with MIME Pro + WordPress latest release) but the same behaviour I get when using my online hosting too.
Kindly advice.
Thanks a lot!

Hello,
I would like to implement a page with a product overview.
I have 12 versions of my product that I want to show.
..for example like this
View post on imgur.com
For my tries I used the media element – gallery.
Now the gallery is shown to me.
a. Now I want the pictures bigger. I have chosen the Woocommerce Thumbnail mode (300×300). Which would you recommend?
b. And I’d like to put a font under it so that it’s easier to select and differentiate.
How do I do all this? Is – gallery – the right element at all?
Cheers, Tom.
Hi,
I mean the filter named “woocommerce_get_image_size_thumbnail” or the last one.
Best regards,
Ismael
Hi, which of the 3 filter do you mean?
add_filter( ‘wp_calculate_image_srcset’, ‘av_disable_srcset’ );
function av_disable_srcset( $sources ) {
return false;
}
add_filter( ‘avf_modify_thumb_size’, ‘enfold_customization_modify_thumb_size’, 10, 1 );
function enfold_customization_modify_thumb_size( $size ) {
$size[‘portfolio_small’] = array(‘width’=>200, ‘height’=>300);
$size[‘shop_catalog’] = array(‘width’=>200, ‘height’=>300);
return $size;
}
add_filter( ‘woocommerce_get_image_size_thumbnail’, function( $size ) {
return array(
‘width’ => 200,
‘height’ => 300,
‘crop’ => 0,
);
} );
Hey jjsabatino,
Thank you for using Enfold.
You can create some padding at the bottom of the items.
.av-masonry-entry.av-masonry-item-loaded.has-post-thumbnail {
padding-bottom: 100px;
}
Please add it in the Quick CSS field or the child theme’s style.css file. And don’t forget to toggle the Performance > File Compression settings.
Best regards,
Ismael
I am using Avia Layout Builder for my blog pages rather than the standard blog page template. See typical blog page here: http://93p.107.myftpupload.com/civic-public-safety/cedar-rapids-central-fire-station/
I am now working on the styling of post category pages. See: http://93p.107.myftpupload.com/category/civic-public-safety/
I would like to hide the dates on these posts on the category pages, but show the Featured images for each blog post to the left of each post title.
Please walk me through this.

I have problems with the gallery ..
I have entries in Custom Post Type with a gallery module
and when updating is configured.
Before Update, thumbnails are displayed .. and after updating. It is displayed in a single row .. and full size ..
We have an idea because ocuerre this:
There is a possibility that you can discard me or send me the previous versions of the template ..
Without I believe a new entry in the coustom post type and I create a gallery fuona perfectly.
A greeting..
Hi,
I took a look at your issue and came up with this jQuery to try:
Try adding this code to the end of your functions.php file in Appearance > Editor:
function custom_script(){
?>
<script>
jQuery(window).load(function(){
var el = document.querySelector('.avia-builder-el-62');
el.outerHTML = '<span class="wistia_embed wistia_async_yc4a91nw7z popover=true popoverAnimateThumbnail=true popoverContent=link" style="display: inline; position: relative;"><a href="#"><img src="https://flowster.app/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/Flowster-laptop-mockup-WP-FORUM.png" class="avia_image litespeed-loaded" data-src="https://flowster-wp.sfo2.cdn.digitaloceanspaces.com/2019/06/Flowster-mockup-laptop-cell-phone.webp" alt="" title="" itemprop="thumbnailUrl" data-was-processed="true"></a>' + el.innerHTML + '</span>';
});
</script>
<?php
}
add_action('wp_footer', 'custom_script');
while it does play the video in a popup, the laptop image is too small. But perhaps this will help put you on the right path.
Best regards,
Mike
