    Hi guys

    Ive just updated to woocommerce 3.0+ and since doing this the thumbnails below the main product image are being blown up to a big resolution and running down the page rather than being thumbnails under the main image see here > https://dreamyprincess.com.au/shop/kids-clothes/boys-t-shirts/leisure-play-suit/ and screen shot attached Broken thumbnails ive tried regenerating thumbs and following a few other threads but can’t find a fix.

    Guys,..

    The thumbs or featured images for this portfolio grid are different sizes. We’d like to have them all cropped to the same size. How do we style this? None of the other codes I’ve found seem to work.

    Please add following code to Quick CSS as well

    .blog .entry-content {
    width: 42%;
    float: left;
}

    I believe it would be better if you disabled sidebar on your blog page. Then please try the following:
    1. Install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/
    2. Go to Settings > Media
    3. Change the entry_without_sidebar image size (increase its width / height). (“entry_with_sidebar” in case you would not like to disable sidebar)
    4. Regenerate the thumbnails by clicking the button at the bottom.

    Hi there,

    I need to adjust down the size of portfolio thumbnails in several, but not all, my portfolio categories. I see the manual sizing setting, but it didn’t change the sizing of the thumbnail (link below). Any ideas?

    Hi,

    Do you want to use the original image source instead of the default thumbnail size? Please add this in the functions.php file:

    function avf_avia_builder_helper_lightbox_size_mod() {
    return "full";
}

    Here’s a screen shot. All thumbnails will have large size same as the main picture and all will be blurred and line up vertically. So, if you have 10 image in the single product page thumbnail, you will have 10 images vertically line up.

    Hello!

    I’ve searched for a solution through the forum but haven’t found one.

    In my Enfold (Child) + Woocommerce site I would like to change the image container size (from square 450 x 450 px or relative to rectangle 500 x 300 px). I’d like to use this proportion in all the product images (e.g. sample product page, product grid, thumbnails…).

    Hi everyone,

    My worry is that the images of the news are pixelated in the dynamic slider just below my header/fullscreen slider. Seems like the thumbnail version of those images is used. There’s no quality drop of the images when they are displayed on the pages of the detailed news.

    As the title above, all thumbnail image line up vertically (full size) in 4.0.7 with WooCommerce product gallery enabled on mobile. Works on desktop as expected.

    Hey Reinhard,

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    By default, the lightbox feature is using the “Large size” thumbnail in the Settings > Media panel. Please increase the size of that particular thumbnail then regenerate the thumbnails.

    Still not working. I am aware there are some issues with the zemanta related posts plugin that i had, but when I deactivated it the instagram feed still didn’t update.
    The Enfold related posts doesn’t really cut it for me, can’t choose which posts I’m showing, how many and also the thumbnail is not showing.
    Any other advice to fix it?

    I have a gallery element with the lightbox option set to “No, don’t add a link to the images at all”. The link cursor does not show up BUT if you click on an image (whether the thumbnail or main image) the image still opens in the browser window. What’s broke?

    I uploaded the updated theme and I cleared my history but my images still look blurry.

    When I inspect the image sizes with Chrome, this is what it comes up with (rounded):

    Catalog images 221 x 221 px
    Single product image 320 x 320 px
    Product thumbnails 108 x 108 px

    Is this correct? The image only looks sharp when you see it full size.

    hey,

    i tried the solutions you posted above, but i could not solve the problem.
    (it was just adding a gallery-zoom and a lightbox)

    my problem is:
    the thumbnails on the single-product-page have the same size as the image of the single product. and the images are all blurry.

    does there come an update of the enfold theme which solves this issue? anywhere soon?

    “I copied all your content into my own installation to reproduce the issue on my end, but it doesn’t happen for me on my end. So something must cause it especially on your end. Please remove your child theme and any other customization you’ve done so far, as well as deactivate all your plugins, to check if one of those things are causing the issue. Also have in mind that maybe it’s just a caching issue on your end. So switch off any caching you’re using, clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.”

    All this we did several times before. I believe sometimes this issues are caused by other systems. But even with all deactivated plugins, except woocommerce, and deleted custom css and child-theme the product-slider behaviour stays the same.     it loads only 3 products? Somewhere this must be defined. The problem harms only the first slide load, second third, etc. all have four products….

    Hey Antonio,

    To justify all the items, you`ll need of thumbnails with the same size. Follow an example:

    – If you check the size of the first thumbnail, youll see thats 331.45px X 221.06px (this is the size that you`ll need to use in the others thumbnails).

    – Now, if you see the second thumbnail, youll see thats 331.45px X 242.13px – here`s the problem, the 20.53px is affecting the alignment.

    please look at my settings, I tried to put other images in there and the facebook post picture does not change, so the image is comming from elsewhere. The text at the settings in Yoast says: If there is no image going with your post then the image which I entered will be sent. So there must be another setting somewhere else that gives this image with the. I even tried to change my logo to see if its coming from there but that is also not the case. So where does he get it from?

    Hey DickZirkzee,

    you should be able to control this using Yoast open graph. Does this happen with a default WP theme as well? Try to regenerate your thumbnails. Clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.

    Enfold 4.0.6 fixes the blurry image issue on single product pages since WooCommerce 3.0. Therefore the woocommerce patch introduced for Enfold up to version 4.0.5 is not necessary anymore and must be removed to get full control over the new woocommerce gallery settings introduced with Enfold 4.0.6.

    The following instructions apply only to those users who have installed the patch mentioned above. If you do not know what I am talking about you probably don’t need to do anything. Depending on which version of the patch you installed you have to follow a few simple steps.

    Basic Patch (without new WooCommerce Gallery):
    =====================================
    1. Establish a ftp connection to your hosting account
    2. Change to /wp-content/themes/enfold-child/
    3. Download the file ‘functions.php’
    4. Open the downloaded file in a text editor (like notepad++, do not use wordpad!)
    5. Remove the following code block:

    global $woocommerce;
if( version_compare( $woocommerce->version, '3.0.0', ">=" ) ) {
	function avia_woocommerce_gallery_thumbnail_description($img, $attachment_id, $post_id, $image_class ) {
	    return $img;
	}

    6. Save the file and upload it again.

    Enhanced Patch (with new WooCommerce Gallery):

    3. Delete the files product-image.php and product-thumbnails.php.
    3a. If this are the only two files in the ‘single-product’ directory you can delete the ‘single-product’ directory as well
    3b. If the ‘woocommerce’ directory only contains the ‘single-product’ directory and no other files you can delete the ‘woocommerce’ directory as well.
    4. Change to /wp-content/themes/enfold-child/
    5. Download the file ‘functions.php’
    6. Open the downloaded file in a text editor (like notepad++, do not use wordpad!)
    7. Remove the following code block:

    Topic: Tablet/Mobile-only image slide for fullscreen slider

    Please let me know how I can substitute another image for the full screen slider image on mobile/tablet (portrait). The slide I am using for desktop has my book image intentionally on the left. However, I would like the portrait-orientation mobile/tablet image to have more of a thumbnail-sized image or a kinda-centered image that is fixed.

    I have tried substituting another image for mobile or scaling/fixing the present image (based on other forum suggestions/code) without success. I do not wish to switch to the full width slider due to the different capabilities.

    Thanks for any help you can provide.
