  • Hey Robert!

    You would add our icon shortcode to the “Text” tab of one of your layers.

    [av_font_icon icon='ue804' font='entypo-fontello' style='border' caption='' link='manually,https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qycqF1CWcXg' linktarget='' size='40px' position='left' color='']
    Test test test
    [/av_font_icon]

    You can create a new page for testing and use the magic wand icon to customize the shortcode to whatever you need.

    Regards,
    Elliott

    Hi!

    Sorry for the trouble. It looks like that specific option is for the fullwidth easy slider and the fullscreen slider. I added it to our bug list.

    In the meantime you can use our button shortcode in the slide caption text to create a similar effect.

    [av_button label='Click me' link='manually,http://' link_target='' size='small' position='center' icon_select='yes' icon='ue800' font='entypo-fontello' color='theme-color' custom_bg='#444444' custom_font='#ffffff']

    Hey!

    Please add following code to Quick CSS as well

    #top #header .mega_menu_title a {
      font-size: 12px !important;
    }

    Regards,
    Yigit

    #417312

    Hi thank you
    I added that code in the Quick CSS and changed the font to 12. The mega menu top level items did not change in size?

    Check the nav bar, under HR Solutions, look at (Sage HRMS), the font size on the top level choices is still 22

    How do we change the font size in the top level menu items in the mega menu?
    They are too large.

    #416862

    Hi!

    Use this fix the secondary menu:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
    .responsive #header_meta .sub_menu>ul>li {
      padding: 0 3px;

    .sub_menu>ul>li>a, .sub_menu>div>ul>li>a {
      font-size: 9px;
      padding: 4px 0;
    }
    }

    Regarding the mobile menu issue, please update the theme to 3.1.1. Remove browser cache then reload the page.

    Cheers!

    Can you provide me with some quick css to increase the font size of the title and content for my icon boxes on this page? I have added a custom css class to each one “icon-box” Thank you!

    #416563

    Based on what I see right now, I’d prefer that the logo begin scaling down before the font size changes. Is that possible.

    #416555

    Hey!

    Do this instead.

    #sliderhp .flex_column {
      margin: 0px !important;
    }
    @media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
    .avia-inner-caption * {
      font-size: 11px !important;
      text-align: left !important;
    }
    }

    Hi!

    Without adjusting font size, spacing or decreasing the size of logo image, unfortunately it is not possible. You can try following code

    @media only screen and (max-width: 1024px) {
    #mobile-advanced, #advanced_menu_toggle, #advanced_menu_hide { display: block; }
    nav.main_menu { display: none; }}

    to switch to mobile menu earlier

    Cheers!

    THanks Rikard,

    i tired this code:

    .tabref  .tab {
      padding: 12px 0 14px 0 !important;
      width: 25.1%;
      font-size: 14px;
      text-align: center;
      min-height: 50px;
    }

    and also this

    .tabref  .top_tab .tab {
      padding: 12px 0 14px 0 !important;
      width: 25.1%;
      font-size: 14px;
      text-align: center;
      min-height: 50px;
    }

    both of them did not work. Nothing changes. I do not understand why this isn’t working…

    Hallo Enfold-Fans,
    unter Seiten / Inhalts Elemente wird die Schrift in den Buttons schwarz (für mich richtig) angezeigt.
    Nach dem Aktualisieren, bzw. in der Frontansicht ist die Farbe in den Buttons weiß.
    Weiß eignet sich dann nicht, sobald die Buttonfarbe nicht sehr dunkel ist.

    Über Allgemeines Styling / in Logo Area font color, steht auf #000000
    (ist das ein Bug, denn es tut sich nichts?)
    Wie/wo bekomme ich die Schriftfarbe in den Buttons haltbar geändert?
    Wie/wo bekomme ich diese Schrift dort eventuell auch etwas größer oder fetter?

    Vielen Dank im voraus (bin noch Offline)

    Nochmal auf English:
    Hello Enfold-Fans,

    in pages/content elements the font color in the button is black (the right one for me)
    After updating, the font is suddenly white in the front view.
    The white color is not really appropriate when the button color is rather pale.

    In general styling/logo area font color the value shown is #000000. Could this be a bug because nothing changed?

    How or where can I change the font color in the button (as well as size and bold font) so that it will be kept definitely?

    Thanks a lot in anticipation (I’m still offline)

    SORTED! I don’t know if this is helpful:

    After reading more on here I used my browser’s ‘Inspect Element function’ and found that the offending size is in line 291 of layout.css
    Using Dreamweaver I took a peek and found that the thing I was looking for was called .avia-menu-text, so I added this to my Custom CSS within Enfold:

    .avia-menu-text {
    font-size: 12px !important;
    }

    And it has worked! My only remaining question is: Is there really no way to do this from within the theme style settings? Or is there still something I am overlooking?

    Anyhow, thanks for your patience with a noob!

    Well, if i use this code to adjust the headline boxes of the tab element, it changes the complete width of the whole box.

     @media only screen and (min-width: 767px) {
    .tabref {
      padding: 12px 0 14px 0 !important;
      width: 25.1%;
      font-size: 14px;
      text-align: center;
      min-height: 50px;
    }}

    Isn’ the .top_tab missing somewhere? I tried to set it before and after the .tabref but withour success.

    Regards, Simon

    #415499

    Hey Fred!

    I’m not really sure if there is an easy way to go about that. You could try setting the font-size to vw which is like setting it to a percentage of the screen width.

    .avia-menu-text {
      font-size: 1vw !important;
    }

    It might look weird on very large screens though.

    Yes you can move your CSS to the child theme stylesheet. If it’s not getting applied for some reason then try using !important override like so.

    a { color: blue !important; }

    Elliott

    Hey kops!

    Can you please post the link to your website so we can look into it?
    Since all users use different logo size, menu font size and amount of menu items, this is probably one of the hardest thing to provide a ‘one for all’ solution. We are trying our best on forum to provide a solution to every user though :)

    Cheers!

    I’ve searched the forums and there are several solutions for what I’m trying to do, but I know each site is slightly different. On my site http://tsgaz.net/gnohie/ when you begin to resize, I would like to have the menu font size shrink first, then have it pop to mobile menu. Right now when it pops to mobile menu, the mobile menu does not work until it gets much smaller.

    Another question I have is, I have a lot of code in the Quick CSS. I have a child theme, can I move that to a custom.css in the child theme where it will be safe from updates, but also out of the way of the client so they don’t mess it up? :)

    Thanks,

    -Fred

    Hi!

    Just using your unique ID should be enough, since it’s unique:

     @media only screen and (min-width: 767px) {
    #tabref {
      padding: 12px 0 14px 0 !important;
      width: 25.1%;
      font-size: 14px;
      text-align: center;
      min-height: 50px;
    }}

    If you want to be sure your CSS is targeting correctly, please try some very simple query like the following:

    #tabref {
    border:1px solid red !important;
    }

    Rikard

    Hi Enfold Magicians!

    Something’s happened to my Quick CSS, it popped up just after I updated Enfold but I’m not sure if this is the cause. First off my fonts changed style, weight etc. In preparation for this I started saving a copy of my Quick CSS code in textedit as a back up to restore the code to what it was before. I’ve now used my backup code (which should have brought everything back to normal) and everything has completely broken, changes I made weeks ago have now gone missing as I assume the code has stopped working. I’m wondering if someone would please look at this CSS to see what has gone wrong? I’ve copied it below. Alternately, I’ve provided my log in details below.

    p.s the same thing happened after the last WordPress update, which is why I started saving my Quick CSS regularly so I could quickly revert back to normal. It seems like this isn’t going to work, do you guys have any tips about how to get around these intermittent update issues? (if that’s what’s caused this).

    Many thanks :)))

    Hi, Great theme, really enjoying using it…

    I want to change my menu links using your advanced styling editor. (larger text size and different font)

    When I make updates to the main menu link style, nothing happens (the main navigation remains the default).

    I feel like this might have something to do with the fact that I’m using a child theme?

    I would really appreciate any advice on this issue.

    Greatly Appreciated,

    Jason

    Hi Lev!

    Add this to your custom CSS.

    #sliderhp .flex_column {
      margin: 0px !important;
    }
    @media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
    .avia-inner-caption * {
      font-size: 14px !important;
    }
    }

    Cheers!
