    Hi

    Once the contact form gets sent, this is showing on my website:
    contact form
    Is there a way to edit font-size, font-family, color and so on? maybe even insert a photo or something.

    Thanks,
    Aline

    Hi GitTran!

    <style type = "text/css">

    I’ve added an enfold button to a widget using the following text:

    [av_button label='Click here' link='http://data.worldbank.org/indicator/EN.ATM.CO2E.PC' link_target='' size='small' position='right' icon_select='no' icon='ue800' font='entypo-fontello' color='theme-color' custom_bg='#444444' custom_font='#ffffff' custom_class='']

    It works very well but I want the button to open the link in a different window. How can I do that?

    Thank you!

    Hi,

    Take this as the starting point on a normal PC screen: http://imgur.com/OjX1W1b (the contact info is not quite right-aligned under/with the Facebook icon in this image, but that’s where I want it).

    As the screen size reduces I would use a sequence of @media screen and (max-width: 989px) statements at various max-widths to progressively reduce the font-size of h4 (Jack’s Gallery), h5 (Jack Vettirano…) and .hdr-contact-txt (contact info) so that both text boxes stayed at the same line/level in the header for as long as possible.

    I’ve added a padding-top:50px to hdr-titles of Elliott’s CSS (and as #484650, the transform would be removed although I’ve left it live for now). At some screen size I would then reduce this padding-top to shift that box up and bring hdr-contact underneath it e.g. http://imgur.com/8KuzsbK. The hdr-contact CSS for this would be
    float: none;
    left: 50%;
    text-align: center;
    top: 100px;

    I usually design down to a 320px screen so I’d continue to reduce font size as needed with both boxes ‘stacked’ as per the second image, perhaps having to switch one off at some point. So when the boxes are stacked, I think I’ve got CSS for that.

    What I need help with please is:

    1. CSS for hdr-contact to get it right aligned under the Facebook icon on normal screens, and to keep it in that position as screen sizes reduce to about 1200px, which is where I think I’ll have to do the first font size reduction.

    2. Keep hdr-contact in that right-aligned position until I do the ‘stacking’ (my guess is there’s no change from #1)

    Hope that’s clear… :-)

    Hello. The following code works great for increasing the size of the search icon on the desktop version of our site, but it messes up the mobile version of our site. Can you please advise what needs to be done, so that this code does not impact the mobile version?

    /*Increases the size of the search icon in header area*/
    .html_bottom_nav_header #top #menu-item-search>a {
    padding-right: 0;
    font-size: 22px !important;
    }

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    How do you ensure that the Masonry element displays properly all the time. On my page (see attached), I’ve designed the page so that it’s 4×4=16 so it all balances out. However, sometimes I see 1 “square” outside of the 4×4, and 1 empty white square inside. Sometimes, 2 squares outside and 2 empty white squares inside. My Layout Dimensions is set to 1200 px max container width. The images are set to 300×300, 300×600 or 600×300. Is the image size a problem? If so, what size should my images be?

    Also, how do I change the size of the font on the “slide” up and delete the date?

    Thanks.

    Hey!

    We could use a media query to adjust the font size of the menu items as the screen width reduces.

    Since you are currently using the “logo above menu” view, would you like to revert to the inline view then use the media query instead?

    Cheers!

    I see a number of people having the same issue, their fixes seem to be removing css they have added. I tried to remove all of the css I have added and plugins to try and see if that is it and I am still having the issue.

    This is my current CSS:

    div#header_meta [data-av_icon]:before, div#header_meta .phone-info {
    font-size: 18px !important;
    }

    #socket .social_bookmarks a {
    font-size: 20px;
    }

    @media only screen and (max-width: 480px) {
    .avia-caption-content, #top .avia-slideshow-button { display: none !important; }}

    #top .av_header_glassy.av_header_transparency .header_bg {
    opacity: 0.6;
    background: white;
    }

    Any ideas how to fix this?

    Thank you for your help.

    Hey djshortkut!

    unfortunately there is no lighter version of this font in this font-size. Currently it is set to:

    .avia-animated-number-title {
    font-weight: 400;
    }

    and if you change it to for example:

    .avia-animated-number-title {
    font-weight: 100;
    }

    or

    .avia-animated-number-title {
    font-weight: lighter;
    }

    it stays the same.

    So maybe you want to decrease font-size? if yes use this:

    strong.heading.avia-animated-number-title {
    font-size: 40px !important;
    }

    Adjust as needed.

    Cheers!
    Andy

    I need to adjust the font size of a couple heading 1 selection for smaller browser windows or screen sizes. You can see it on the page with the word Professionals.

    Is there a way I can assign that fonts size to get smaller in order to stay within the parent frame?

    Thanks!

    The above codes did not work for me. Please have a look at the following link http://picpaste.com/Re_Site_Title_and_Tagline-bdEU857I.jpg. This is what I was trying to say to you. What is the code for this? Also, if I could change the colour and text fonts and sizes it would be also great.

    Update…The quick CSS now looks like this (I removed that one section that was throwing everything off). Only the images aren’t centered on the dotted line.

    #top .avia-post-nav { display: none !important; }

    .single-post main.content {
    padding-left: 45px; }

    .small-preview {
    width: 160px;
    height: 160px;
    line-height: 160px;
    }

    .blog, main.content.units.av-content-small.alpha.av-blog-meta-html-info-disabled {
    width: 66%;
    margin-left: 90px;
    }

    h1.post-title.entry-title {
    font-size: 28px!important;
    color: #02a1e5;
    }

    div.entry-content h6 {color: #02a1e5;}

    .big-preview img {
    width: 100%;
    height: 100%;
    }

    Hi Yigit,

    Thanks for the response. The code you recently gave me works! However, I have to take out this code to make it work.

    .template-blog .blog-meta {
    left: -30px;
    position: relative;
    }

    If I take this out then the images are not centered on the dotted line. Is there another option/code to get it to center.

    My Quick CSS looks like this:

    #top .avia-post-nav { display: none !important; }

    .single-post main.content {
    padding-left: 45px; }

    .small-preview {
    width: 160px;
    height: 160px;
    line-height: 160px;
    }

    .template-blog .blog-meta {
    left: -30px;
    position: relative;
    }
    .blog, main.content.units.av-content-small.alpha.av-blog-meta-html-info-disabled {
    width: 66%;
    margin-left: 90px;
    }

    h1.post-title.entry-title {
    font-size: 28px!important;
    color: #02a1e5;
    }

    div.entry-content h6 {color: #02a1e5;}

    .big-preview img {
    width: 100%;
    height: 100%;
    }

    OK, thanks. Screenshot: http://imgur.com/OjX1W1b
    Website: dev.jacksgallery.co.uk (NOT www)

    As you can see I’ve managed to add the contact info into the header widget and it’s nearly OK on a 24″ screen (but not quite right) plus it all screws up as soon as the screen size reduces – so I could do with some help please for some CSS that:
    – always keeps the Jack’s Gallery text centered
    – keeps the contact info always to the right

    If you can get me ‘on the track’ I can then work out some media queries as screen size reduces to reduce font sizes and maybe turn off the blocks at some point (assuming the blocks won’t be able to ‘stack’ under the logo).

    Max container width is 1360px.
    Code inside the header is:

    <div class="hdr-titles">
    <h4>Jack's Gallery</h4>
    <h5>Jack Vettriano Artist's Proofs and Limited Edition Prints</h5>
    </div>
    <div class="hdr-contact">
    <p class="hdr-contact-txt">Gallery: 01491 571387</p>
    <p class="hdr-contact-txt">Mobile: 07775 735136</p>
    <p class="hdr-contact-txt">Email: <a href="mailto: (Email address hidden if logged out) "> (Email address hidden if logged out) </a></p>
    </div>

    Child theme CSS is:`
    /* header widget */
    #header .widget {
    left: 60%;
    top: 50px;
    position: absolute;
    transform: translate(-53%);
    z-index: 999;
    width: 50%;}

    .hdr-titles {
    float: left;
    position: relative;
    text-align: center;
    padding-top: 6px;}

    .hdr-contact {
    float: right;
    position: relative;
    text-align: right;}

    .hdr-contact-txt {
    font-size: 16px;
    margin: 0.25em 0;}`

    Great, it looks much better! A few additional questions. When I scroll down, the secondary menu doesn’t stay with the rest of the menu when you start scrolling down the site, is there anything I can do about that? Also, this may be picky but is there a way to change the secondary menu font to the same size as the other menu items. And could I center those secondary menu items using the width of the sidebar as the point of reference?

    Thanks, here is the website link. http://www.nickcookdesign.com/frankfordfriends/

    Hi vinayb!

    Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab

    @media only screen and (max-width: 560px) {
    #cta-mms-demo-about .avia_iconbox_title {
        font-size: 14px;
    }
    #cta-mms-demo-about .avia-button-fullwidth {
        padding: 5px;
    }}

    Cheers!

    Hi!

    Please add following code to Quick CSS as well

    @media only screen and (max-width: 990px) {
    #top .social_bookmarks li a {
        font-size: 30px;
    }
    #top .social_bookmarks li {
        margin-right: 15px;
    }
    ul.social_bookmarks {
    right: 100px !important;
    }}

    Best regards,

    In reply to: Mobile Menu Hover

    Hi!

    I checked the Quick CSS field and there are multiple css media queries which are not needed. For example, you have this code:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
    .responsive #top .av-large-testimonial-slider.avia-testimonial-wrapper .avia-testimonial {
    padding: 0px 0px !important;
    font-size: 14px !important;
    }
    }

    @media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
    .responsive #top .av-large-testimonial-slider.avia-testimonial-wrapper .avia-testimonial {
    padding: 0px 0px !important;
    font-size: 14px !important;
    }
    }

    You can remove the other media query because they are basically the same. And you have this code with the same media query:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
    #top .av-large-testimonial-slider.avia-testimonial-wrapper .avia-testimonial {
      padding: 0;
    }}

    You can combine these codes to a single media query:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
    #top .av-large-testimonial-slider.avia-testimonial-wrapper .avia-testimonial {
      padding: 0;
    }

    .responsive #top .av-large-testimonial-slider.avia-testimonial-wrapper .avia-testimonial {
    padding: 0px 0px !important;
    font-size: 14px !important;
    }}

    Please clean up the css codes and css media queries usually go at the very bottom of the stylesheet. You can try this css media query in order to change the hover effect for retina display:

    https://css-tricks.com/snippets/css/retina-display-media-query/

    Best regards,

    #483657

    Hi!

    Please remove the code then use this:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 1200px) and (min-width: 768px) {
    .responsive .av_one_fourth.first.el_before_av_one_fourth, .responsive .av_one_fourth.first + .av_one_fourth + .av_one_fourth, .responsive .av_one_half.first + .av_one_fourth.el_before_av_one_fourth, .responsive .av_one_fourth.first + .av_one_fourth + .av_one_half, .responsive .avia-content-slider-inner .av_one_fourth.first {
        margin-left: 0%;
        clear: both;
    }

    .responsive .av_one_fourth.first.el_before_av_one_fourth, .responsive .av_one_fourth.first + .av_one_fourth, .responsive .av_one_fourth.first + .av_one_fourth + .av_one_fourth, .responsive .av_one_fourth.first + .av_one_fourth + .av_one_fourth + .av_one_fourth, .responsive .av_one_half.first + .av_one_fourth.el_before_av_one_fourth, .responsive .av_one_half.first + .av_one_fourth.el_before_av_one_fourth + .av_one_fourth, .responsive .avia-content-slider-inner .av_one_fourth {
        margin-left: 4%;
        width: 48%;
    }
    }

    Or you can decrease the title font size:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 1200px) and (min-width: 768px) {
    #top .entry-content-wrapper h3 {
        font-size: 20px;
    }}

    Cheers!
    Ismael
