I have tried wp super cache on the site and unfortunately this has not made a difference to this issue. Is there any way to extend the time out on the script so that it does not finish before the page is loaded

Hi, that worked but it was not quite what I required

The logo should be on the left, the menu on the right and below.

The method you supplied made the logo left and the menu in the center and below
