I guess warped isn’t a good word, the featured image in IE is fuzzy. I attached screenshots below.

Thanks for the update. Before I try this question:
The dimensions for my featured images are not the same (there are couple that are larger or smaller than the rest). If I modify the entry_with_sidebar value is it going to screw up the other images that are not general dimensions that I use?

Not a technical person. So you need to give me a little more information. When you’re saying creating a loop this is covering which points. There are 5 issues in my question.
