I am also experiencing the same issue … the Enfold form appears to submit and displays the “success” message but no email is delivered … spam folder checked as well and nothing.
Not sure if it is relevant, but the email address I’m using with the form is NOT the same as my WP admin address in Settings>General (which has never been changed from the default due to a known WP issue with that)
Hello Basilis … could you post your findings? I’m having the same issue but am not able to provide login or even URL due to client request.

Thank you!
Ok I’ll check it out … so far I’ve modified the PHP directly and it worked perfectly!
Thank you, Ismael … I consider this successfully closed.
Oops … I honestly had no idea that a child theme needed to be created before any settings were touched! Wow.
So, to do this retro I could export settings and import them into the child? If so, do I lose anything else by adding a child late?My only other option is to modify the theme’s PHP file and make that modification after each update, correct?
I will of course make a backup first :)Also, in my version of Enfold (4.5) the file is named “includes/loop-index.php” … that line is on 66 just like you said.
Thank you, Ismael
Since Linseed is satisfied I will go ahead and create a new post regarding my question of how to create a complete custom blog post page (if I can’t find the answers) … thank you for the help so far!
Victoria,
My images are all different sizes and ratios.
Here’s what’s puzzling me … WordPress is fundamentally a blog and the most basic display of a blog post is a complete image on top followed by the post copy. The WP core themes (TwentyThirteen, TwentySeventeen, etc.) can all easily display this styling. I’m not understanding why there are hundreds of wonderful settings for every other aspect of Enfold but I’m struggling with this. Please forward this simple request to development … I would greatly appreciate it, as would many others I’m sure who did not bother to ask.
I realize the page maker is available to customize a single page and I was able to create a custom post template using the drag-n-drop tools which gives me the full image I am looking for, plus post copy, comments, and sharing … but nothing else … no categories, title, or other meta that complete the post. Maybe there is a way to add these so I can achieve the goal in its entirety?
I’ve privately added a link to a draft page that would be perfect if it had two things … 1) the title and categories … 2) a max height and max width for the image
Any way I can make that happen? It seems like it would work for Linseed as well.
Thank you Victoria … that function set is good to know. I really don’t want to adjust any image sizes, though. I want the full size image used. I’d like to know how to target that single post featured image area so I can give it a “width:auto” and “height:auto” contained by a “max-width” (or something of that nature) … is that possible?
Or any other method of removing the vertical cropping would be great.
Looks like the masonry grid magically righted itself to show only the featured image and in it’s entirety … very good … maybe a cache issue.
But I would still like the blog roll and single post to show:
1) the entire, uncropped featured image
2) that image at its original size, not expanded to fit the width … but shrunk if widerThanx for any code you can provide … here is a link to a single page (private) …
I would also like the blog roll to show only excerpts, but I believe I need to create a blog page layout for that, correct? So, the image concerns above will need to work with that.
I have the same need I believe, to have the featured image always display in its entirety … regardless of the size chosen (other than thumbnail of course), shape, or display area (blog roll, single post page, or masonry grid)
I have 4.4 installed and have found no setting to provide this. I feel it is essential for most visual/graphic artist’s blog.
Any code you can offer for my child theme? Thanx.
Yep, that was it. I enabled PHP ZipArchive Extension through my host’s CPanel link, uploaded zipped TTF file via Enfold Import/Export, and it showed up in both fonts lists under General Styling. Pretty cool!
Go ahead and close this post if you’d like … thanx again!
Thank you, Mike …
https://www.dropbox.com/s/rbdzt48a0ed81uq/ZXKBold.ttf?dl=0I have the font working using CSS but I’d really like to know the alternative method for use in future sites.
Thank you. I tried to import my custom font (just a TTF file in a zipped folder) but I got a “Couldn’t add the font because the server did not respond” error each time … then tried with a Google font zip with same results. Not sure what I did wrong there.
Will try the CSS route.

SOLVED
Ok it seems the problem was that I did not have my WP “Site Address” and “WordPress Address” matching as they should have been (I misunderstood my configuration) … and so I guess the htacces file was modified incorrectly. Once I replaced it with the generic content that it should have had, the Enfold icons showed up and all pages worked normally.Still don’t understand why the htaccess file wasn’t rewritten correctly by WP when I fixed my address.
I feel a little silly but hopefully this post and the tags I’ve added can help someone else!
BTW – I used to use another uber-popular WP theme from ThemeForest (few years ago) but Enfold has been downright dreamy :D … will be using it for everything going forward … thanx!
Another possible clue … while the internal page accessed as “mydomain.com/my-page” throws a 500 and loads nothing, accessing the actual page location, “myhostingaccount.com/mysitefolder/my-page”, will load an Enfold page with “Page Not Found” error as content … header and footer are there. Hmmm.
