I’ve just noticed the issue with the layout builder not loading only occurs on the “Welcome” page in the Enfold Gym Demo.

Please note that I have created a brand new installation of wordpress and reinstalled enfold.
I am still getting the same issue with the layout builder even though I have followed above steps.Please find below your new login details
Those errors are just google maps API warning as I have imported demo data but did not enter API key as yet

Thanks for the advice. I have increased the memory on the site and it seemed to work for the Demo Import as well as saving enfold settings.
However, I am still experiencing issues with the Avia Layout Builder.
The builder can’t seem to load. When editing a page the builder continuously shows the little loading spinner but never comes up. please assist.As before login credentials are posted in the private content block.
This partially fixes my problem too. It enables scrolling perfectly fine, but the sub-menus disappear entirely.
ie; each item on the drop down further has items under it that drop down upon hovering but doesnt show up when i enter the css code above.
