What exactly is the issue that you are getting?
You would avoid some of the errors you might get when installing from WP dashboard when installing via FTP.
If you would like us to install it for you, please post WP admin logins and FTP logins here privately and upload enfold.zip file somewhere on your server

Hi!

You can connect to your server via FTP and go to wp-content/themes/enfold/css folder and find custom.css file there. You can use Quick CSS field. Custom.css file would be overwritten if you do not have its backup and update the theme and that would not be the case with Quick CSS :)

I checked your website on Firefox on OSX and it does look fine on my end. Can you please post a screenshot and show the issue you are seeing?

Out of the box it is not possible but using custom CSS it is possible to customize hotspots element in such way. If you could post a screenshot showing the changes you would like to make and create a testing page on your current installation we can provide you custom CSS codes and you can check if it meets your needs :)

Hey Anrp!

Please go to Appearance > Widgets and create a new widget area and then add text widget inside it and place your code inside that widget. Then edit your page and add Widget Area element and then choose to display your widget area that has your code.
