Both sites are 100% the same and the passwords work for both. I just made and copy and worked on different one to try and solve this.
You have not given a clear answer and not addressed the headline/titles being cut out. I am waiting for your response eagerly and you respond every 4 days but I see you responding to other clients much quicker, so you are online.

This is also a well known bug in your template judging from the amount of queries you get. Your template is flawed and yet you are making this my fault. I have already spent money on a second template and am rebuilding this website with Avada, a much better template than Enfold, but at least try to help me solve this before i ask for a refund
I have done all of the above and my mobile menu is still now showing. In addition to this, no one is responding to my request for support
I sent through a support ticket before this guy but he is responded to and I am still waiting. I was promised support with my $62 purchase of enfold
Can someone please update me or can I please have a refund? I paid $62 for a theme that is not mobile responsive!??? And offer zero support

I cannot find the direction to create a new support request, so I am using this tread. I am trying to change the dimensions of the sidebar, the tab does not work. Also I need to change the padding of the logo area, is that possible? I also need to change the font size in the menu but that does not work either. I have just updated my theme and still does not work.Warm regards,
