Hello victoria, yes, and my main concern is: how can i turn the widget menu here:https://jmcwebdesign.nl/lonnagard2/
into a burger menu on my mobile?
i did all the right things, but on my mobile it keeps on displaying as a elaborat menuThanks cherrmann , i ll have a look at it!
hello rikard, the search field problem is solved for now. you can close this ticket, thank you
hello jordan well i’d rather change the text in something shorter.
And something in Dutch.
Where can i do so, in the language files maybe?- This reply was modified 4 years, 2 months ago by yampieters.
hi jordan, yes, its smaller now because it dit it in the Quick CSS
ive put.html_header_sidebar #header .av-main-nav > li > a .avia-menu-text {font-size:13px !important;}
but when i go to Enfold Advanced Style and i choose to edit the Main Menu Links and then i try to choose a smaller font instead of a smaller font its gonna manage the line height instead!
So, thats a bit strange, therefore i was wondering if it could have been a bug in Enfold itself…anyway, for now its oke, you can close this ticket, thanks anyway
best regards, jellehi jordan, thats brilliant, thank you, this ticket can be closed!
its oke, ive solved it.
i forgot i had this code in my extra css:
/*hide topmenu*/
nav.main_menu { display: none !important; }:)
ok victoria, thanks, you can close this one
hello, i think ive found a cause, but not the whole cause.
i had this plugin installed on my wordpress-site: SSL Insecure Content Fixer.
after deactivating it, the problem was gone.
that is to say, in google chrome on my mobile.but after checking my pc on google chrome and IE some pics where not visible again.
so i decided to delete that pic on the homepage, to avoid problems.but here: https://jmcwebdesign.nl/portfolio/
are some pics (six) in a gallery. They are not visible on my Mobile internet, and not visible on my PC in IE and Google Chrome.
Clicking on them – or rather on the empty space where they SHOULD be – however makes them visible.
do you have a clou why the pics are not showing?
————————-
somewhat later: after deactivating the plugin Better WordPress Minify
the pictures are showing.
Do you know why this plugin may cause trouble?- This reply was modified 4 years, 3 months ago by yampieters.
hello, at the end of the day ive managed to make it work.
i ve just uploaded the gif to the server via File Zilla, so not via WP, and copied the url.
that way it works.ok, thanks.
It might be due to something on the website itself, maybe something like a transparent header,i dont know, as when i tried again just now the problem was gone, and the header was still white and the menu therefor visible.
anyway, as far as im concerned you can close this ticket now.
best regards, jelleok thanks, you can close this ticket now.
Hello victoria, that works fine, thank you!
but imagine i want to make the textlayer wider, and i would put a image at the side of this…lets say something like this:
https://jmcwebdesign.nl/sliders/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/slider001.jpg
is this possible?ps: ive managed to put an image in, you can just do so in the caption-area, but i could not get it to the left…tried with divs and floating , but without a result…
hi victoria, thanks a lot, i have figured out some things now.
but im still struggling with the background color of the text im putting over the slider.
for example , here: https://jmcwebdesign.nl/sliders/
i want a white background for the text. How / where can i adjust this?

hello jordan, you can close this one!
thankshi jordan,
in the meantime i contacted the maker of the woo commerce plugin and he gave me this answer/solution:
it’s because Enfold overrides the templates and changes the files so that’s why WooCustomizer is not working on that.
Add the following custom CSS to Customize -> Additional CSS and that should remove it for you:
body.woocommerce .product-sorting {
display: none;
}so appearantly theres more ways to hide the sorting stuff.
thanks anyway for you help.
best regards, jelle

well, i solved it.
it appeared that in the code this displayed:
img class=”.ktf-darkborder”and not this:
img class=”ktf-darkborder”so, the dot before the ktf-darkborder was the cause of it. Still, its weird this happened, as in the editor of the image i did what i had to do, didnt i?

hello victoria
i guess, they are thumbs, arent they?
i mean, according to the settings they should be thumbs 450×450, shouldnt they?
but it not, how to get them all square?or is it that you should upload the thumbs separately? does it work like this?
Hi jordan, thats brilliant.
Thanks a lot!

best regards, jelle vanhijftehello rikard, yes, i got it working, but not in the normal way:
https://screenshotscdn.firefoxusercontent.com/images/33654944-81c9-4ecc-a748-7eef8fb9970a.png
i did not use the subheading department, but typed the subtext in the main title textfield and adjusted it with some css.
this because if i would have chosen to put the subtitle in the subtitle field it would not center.
best regards, jelle vanhijftehello Ismael, thanks for helping.
yes, but ive done so.. Thats why i was wondering it was not centering.
cant do that with some <span>heading</span> either….
best regards, jelle vanhijfte
