Hey,
this “WooCommerce_thumbnail” size isn’t the same as the first one “Thumbnail size” ?
The “Thumbnail size” exist at the top of the page “Settings -> media”. This Thumbnail size is for products thumbnails. I want to know if these are different for sure otherwise it will brake my whole website.Thank you!

yes this what I’m thinking to do.. But I haven’t try anything yet. Although I cover full the requirements for this plugin.. that’s super strange.. Do you think that css could cause this issue ?

Yeah I tried different ways and it seems that this plugin causes the error. But I understand that you cannot do anything when it comes to third party plugins.

I just have another small issue, I don’t know if I can mention it here.
I have set up the menu on mobile to be sticky.. Although when scrolling down, menu blinking for one second.. like going disable and enable in one secondI never said that your product has issues in general and I’m not trying to just complain. I’m just trying to find a solution.
In the worst case scenario, do you think if I’ll work without any child theme that would be an issue for future theme updates ?
I don’t have to use custom code inside the files, cause I’m using plugin for that reason.

Yes it become less responsive cause all of the options are on the main theme.

So my hosting provider told me that there is not issues in the logs. Everything looks fine from yesterday.

Although the child theme I thought that should have only the files or code that we wanna add. Is that correct or should has a copy from everything ? Like wp-content folder, wp-admin etc?
Yes you are allow but please write a message here when you start and when you finish. I would suggest to install the child theme from the beginning with the way you know is correct.
Note: The child theme doesn’t have any custom code inside or anything else.. so you can delete it and added again.
Yes but we still have some concerns about that. And what about the child theme.. Should we add it back or if we have the the snippet plug in and put all of the code there, we are fine ?

FYI: We tried to upload a video today, and we had the same issue for a little bit of time.
We deleted immediately and seems to be okay now. Although there is sometimes that the site goes really slow.
One of my assumptions is that somewhere inside the enfold child theme (dashboard enfold option page) that link was existing and asking for that video and maybe that’s why when adding the enfold child the site was crashing. I’m not sure I just give ideas.
Hi, I found a he solution.
So I had to go to settings -> media and change the thumbnail size form 100×100 or whatever it was to 1000×1000 and upload pictures 1500×1750.
Now the pictures are completely clear and amazing.

We can see the cart but it supposed to be hidden when we don’t have any product inside. That’s the option from your theme but it seems that don’t workHello,

The cart is hidden and when you add something it come up, but then if you go back to the previews page it’s hidden again even if you have an item inside. I’m not sure what’s the problem but I assume cache. I thought that you might have an idea cause every website works with caching. Otherwise there is not reason of this feature.
