Hi,

Have tried both, neither had any effect. I am definitely up to the latest version too.

Any other idea?

Hi,
You mention version 3.1.5, I do have the 3.1.3 installed but it doesn’t give me the option to upgrade nor did I receive an email saying there’s a new version. How should I update it then?

I’m using firefox. It does the same on my phone (android). It also does the same on a friend of mine’s computer & phone (android as well).
