  • in reply to: Burger Menu – button menu space above #1441299

    Hey Mike
I’ve taken a screenshot of the area I’m talking about. Hopefully you can see it. I just want the button to sit a bit lower from the rest of the menu on mobile as it’s too close to the bottom line of the other menu items. Needs a larger gap at the top of the button to the grey line. Does that make sense?

    Cheers

Thank you – needed both lots of CSS to make it work for both desktop and mobile :-)

Sorry Guenni007 I didn’t even read who replied to me and assumed it was Mike – thank you really appreciate your input and your code worked how I needed :-) I may keep changing the color as still in design mode so not 100% final now – but it should just take on whatever coor I add as Widget title in the Advanced styling area?

Hey Mike – sorry just saw your other message to match the other widgets which worked – great thank you!

in reply to: Blog posts section heading style #1441232

    Hey Mike

Great that worked thank you :-)

Individual blog posts: I also needed for an individual post same thing please.

And also is there a way to change the image dimensions on an individual blog post? its hard to find images that are always landscape like the default sizing – be good to be able to just have whatever the original image size is if possible.

    Cheers

    Hey Mike

thank you that worked on desktop but not on mobile – is there a different code for mobile that I can use?

    Hey Mike

Brilliant that worked thank you :-) And as its a widget is there anyway to get the heading to match the other widgets – eg lines top and bottom?

in reply to: Burger Menu – button menu space above #1441229

    Hi Mike

That only made the space that the menu itself takes up on desktop bigger – had no affect on the gap between the menu and the “Book online” button on the mobile/burger menu. I’m just wanting to move the button menu item further away from the menu line so that its easier to click on and doesnt look bunched up to the separator line on mobile.

***And sorry just to add to this topic – how to chnage the size to be smaller for mobile screens as well.

    Hi there
I have a blog posts section added to a page and want to change the heading style from the default post-title entry-title for the H2 to just a custom size – but just for the blog posts not changing the H2 tag size for the rest of the site. Is that possible?

    Cheers

in reply to: Accordion padding/margins #1440737

Thanks Rikard – that only worked for the title but I worked out how to do for the content as well:
    .av-elegant-toggle .toggle_content {
    padding: 20px 0;
    }

You can go ahead and close this ticket :-)

in reply to: Icon list headling style #1440488

    Hey Ismael

Ok found it thank you! i ended up just changing the styling of the H4 headings to the same as paragraph as it was quicker than having to manually change every individual line lol.

    Hey Ismael

Sorry I’m not sure where you mean – so this is for the Icon List – it seems by default to be the H4 tag – but i would like to change it to just be the normal P tag instead – how do I do this?

    Cheers

in reply to: Icon list styling #1440471

    Thanks Mike that worked.

And I have created 2 new threads for the different questions :-)

in reply to: Icon list styling #1440326

    Hi Mike

For that top section color section I have the Margin and Padding set at No Padding (0px) not default size and it still has a large gap under it. So how can I reduce that gap please?

Also for the Icon list – is anyway to change the icon list from being a h4 tag – and just a normal paragraph font/tag?

And for the Header Social Icons – I have it set to: Display in main header area but they don’t show on mobile – how do I get the social icons to show on the mobile header area?

    Cheers

in reply to: Icon list styling #1440286

    Hey Mike

So the sidebar contents or the page contents?

For the colour section is that setting for the inside of the colour section or outside? As it’s the gap underneath the colour section that I would like to make smaller

    Cheers

in reply to: Icon list styling #1440251

    Hey Mike

    Thats brilliant thanks so much.

Another question on the sidebar though – before I added the new functions stuff the sidebar shadow line didnt go all the way to the bottom of the page section – why is that? https://www.skills4lifepsychology.com/anxiety/
Also how do I reduce the gap at the top under the Anxiety Management blue banner and the first bit of text “Feeling Overwhelmed by Anxiety? Take Back Control of Your Life.”?

    Hey Ismael

Sorry just to add to this:

Perfect thanks so much :-) And how can I make the spacing between each item slightly smaller?

Also is there anyway to make the info in the sidebar sticky – so it scrolls with the page?

    Cheers

Hey Rikard I think I actually figured it out – seems like its working now. Just waiting on confirmation that the google tracking is working as it should :-)

in reply to: Enfold updates since 4.8.6.5 break site #1439696

    Hey Rickard

Sorry not sure I understand – so I need to copy the functions.php file in the parent theme to the child theme and add the code below? And if so where abouts in the file as there is a lot in there. Or am I making a new blank functions.php and adding the code?

    Cheers
    Natasha

in reply to: Enfold updates since 4.8.6.5 break site #1439635

    hey Rikard

Yes I can see they have the header.php in their child theme with google tag manager scripts in there. Where in the parent header.php do I need to add the Google Tag Manager info?

    Cheers

in reply to: Enfold updates since 4.8.6.5 break site #1439619

    Hey Rikard
The entire footer section disappears – it is a page called Footer but once I update the theme it doesn’t show anymore.
I just tried again to update it and the footer disappeared so tried to via FTP cpy the old Enfold theme and child theme back and now its completely crashed the site :-( So I have used a more recent theme file to get the site working again but it is missing the footer – if you could please have a look to try and resolve this – thank you.

in reply to: Small bar above Main Menu – font and icon size #1433617

    Hey Mike

This is for a text element on a page.
I tried deactivating the caching plugin but it still didn’t change anything on mobile. I do have advanced styling set for the H tags.

So is there any other way I can achieve what I want? I’m wanting to have some text over an image on my homepage like a banner – and I need the text to be the H1 tag. On desktop I want this text font size nice and big but want it to proportionally display on mobile – so not the same font size as its too big. Any suggestions how I can achieve this?
    Cheers
