Hey there Victoria,
Thank you for the quick reply. I’ve tried to use this form:
.post-template-default.single.single-post{ overflow: hidden; }
but it does not seem to have an effect to scrolling.
I have tried with the word “html” at the start of the code, but it had an effect in the whole website.
Can you please advise how should the code look like, to have the correct effect?
Thank you in advance!
Best regards!

Hi there Günter,
Thank you for your reply and for considering to fix this at the next update!
Please also consider this feature request: When the visitor hits a tab section title, the tab section scrolls at the top of the page!
Thanks again so muc for the great theme and support. All the best!
Best regards,
Team WTECH
Hi Victoria,
Thank you for your reply. Sorry for the delay, but for some reasons emails sent to notify for new posts from this forum never arrive on our inbox.
Having the same issue at other websites too, we think this may be related to tab section titles being in greek characters and not latin.
Please find the admin credentials for nexus-service.gr at the private section.
Best regards
Hi Mike,
Sure, it appears to be ok after disabling that specific plugin.
Please go ahead and close it!
Best regards
Hi Yigit,
Thanks for coming back after the update.
Unfortunately, our feature request was not integrated yet! Also, a kind of disturbing thing has happened:
While the visitor is browsing around in the tab section, if they click on the initially opened tab’s title, they get redirected at the top of the page (the link gets a # symbol at the end of it)!For example, at the tab section in the homepage of https://nexus-service.gr
Thanks in advance for your time!
Best regards
Hi Mike,
Thank you for your reply.
It was hummingbird pro plugin causing the issue. Do you still need the credentials?
Best regards
Hi Basilis,
Hi Basilis,
Thank you για το χρόνο και τις απαντήσεις σου!
Hi Mike!
Thank you for the quick CSS!
We just had to change it a bit to:
div.woocommerce-product-details__short-description {
color: black!important;
font-size: 13px!important;
opacity: 0.8!important;
}All the best!
Hi Basilis,

Hi again John,
We’ve checked the link you suggested, it is about something somehow different from what we need. All we need is if there is any css or option in the tab sections to just scroll a bit down to see the content, the moment we click on the tab icon. We do not need to link from different places to specific tab sections.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
Best regards
Hi John,
Thank you for your reply. Please find the link in development at the private content section.

Hi Ismael,
Thank you for your reply.
Yes, at the footer it was us putting just code there. Please advise for the rest of the images that are placed using the theme!Best regards.
Hi there,
Yes, all pictures are highly compressed and optimized, using a premium , subscription based plugin (see private content). It is not the compression that has the issue, it is the resizing. This is where my issue occurs.
Having contacted the plugin developers, they’ve also guided me to contact the theme support, as with enfold, the image resizing happens using code, instead of the default wordpress image sizes.
Best regards
Please find links at the private content.
For testing, we use gtmetrix.com, https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/ , tools.pingdom.com etc
You can see all pictures in all websites are web optimized and everything, it appears that correct resizing is not taking place (ie except logo image, a picture that needs to load as xxxxx-300×300.jpg , loads with code defining height as 300 and width as 300, while the jpg loads at its full size, and although the result is looking good, it is against good SEO practices.).
Maybe it is something we are doing wrong maybe it’s the theme… Please kindly guide us through correcting this image resizing issue!
Best regards.
On the page “Υπολογιστές” (second button on the menu) at the tab section on the page, only at the first tab has at the side of the page a box (you can see it in a red cycle on the photo “web1”). If you click on it the tab section stop working corectly (you can see it at photo “web2” or try it on the url i provide.
I change the password on the user and check it. Please try again.
I made for you the temporary
August 24, 2016 at 12:38 am in reply to: How to make an element (image) stay on top of other elements (images) #676715Thank you so much for your help!
Just one last question please. Is it somehow possible for the landing page to keep the same layout also in smaller resolutions, so that the elemets around always keep the “link” with the logo at the center?
Best regards
Hi again,
Thank you for your reply and for your interest in our issue.
Unfortunately, our current solution appears to be loading from an external source, as an uncompressed .js , resulting in a slower loading page, with all its negative SEO results.
Best regards,
Victor
