Hi, here’s what I have in my style.css (in my child theme):
.content, #top #main .sidebar, .sidebar_left .content { border-left-style: none; border-right-style: none;} .blog #main .sidebar {border-style: solid!important; }
This does not show a border on the blog page. I do not have any border CSS in my quick CSS. Any other thoughts? Thanks!
Here is an example blog post:
http://noblewhy.com/2014/01/13/why-retirement-isnt-all-its-cracked-up-to-be/Hi Josue – here is an example:

My logo and header are fixed and don’t shrink when scrolling by design if that’s a problem.
Sure, it is noblewhy.com.
The CSS I’m trying to change on the mobile version is the rounded corners on the tab content sections. Here is the code I put under the Mobile styles in the custom.css:
.js_active .active_tab_content {
border-top-right-radius:2px;
}}Hi, I tried this in the quick CSS and it did not work…then tried it in the custom.css and did not work either. Does it matter that my blog is using a masonry style?
Here is another blog post link:
http://noblewhy.com/2014/01/03/what-part-of-the-elephant-have-you-been-touching/Hi! We have a lot of custom dev. elements in the theme and would prefer not to update. Can you direct me to what file I can update from the new version that will solve this sorting problem so I can just update that one file?
Will do – the other question I have is if it’s possible to do dual sorting with the masonry grid. For example, to choose a post format (standard, video, etc.) or sort by category (news, uncategorized). I know I can do this on a blog sidebar but didnt know if there was any way to do it via the masonry grid.
I applied it correctly this time and it works!
The only caveat is when it scrolls to the top, it doesn’t go all the way to the top of the page, just the top of the tabs. Any way I can make it scroll to the top like the scroll to the top bottom in the bottom right and its smooth animation to the top?
Thanks Peter – I updated as instructed and it does not work for me.
Unlike previously, when I hover over the button the correct full tab link shows, but clicking on it does nothing.
I am putting them in as you describe…within the code they appear as:
http://noblewhy.com/about-2/#tab-id-2but when I view them on the site they revert to:
http://noblewhy.com/about-2/Cache is refreshed so that’s not an issue..other changes I make go live immediately.
I’d also like the page to go back up to the top if possible after clicking. Is this doable?
I decided to restructure the page format and so no longer need this…thanks though!
This worked great albeit one element.
As the logo is bigger and the menu is a bit bigger as well, I noticed that part of the menu overlaps where the page content begins. Is there any way we could bump down where page content begins 30px or so so there is no overlapping?
Thanks again for everything.
This reply has been marked as private.This reply has been marked as private.Hi Yigit – I added this code and the 370×118 logo and nothing really has changed.
It looks like the code is not being applied so I added it to custom.css as well and nothing changed either. Any thoughts? Thanks.
noblewhy.com. Thanks!

I just have the standard logo size uploaded now.
Thanks Yigit – I did add it to the custom CSS file and still it does not work. I’ve cleared my browser’s cache as well. Any thoughts?
Thanks Yigit but that did not seem to work.
I’ve applied this to my Custom.CSS file and it did not work either.
I am using a child theme, could this be why the changes aren’t showing? I have cleared my browser’s cache as well.
Thanks so much! That worked.
Thanks! That worked.
Thanks Yigit – tried adding that to my quick CSS and its not working either. Any other suggestions? My site again is noblewhy.com. Thanks!
Hi, I am using the fixed header with social media icons.
I tried using the code you provided and that didn’t work…you can view my site at noblewhy.com. Thanks!

Maybe a light grey like:

Devin – I am having many of the same problems as Tom.
My layer slider also does not work on IE 8 but works fine in Chrome, FF, etc.
Given I made a lot of theme updates and things, how do I download the updated theme files and install them if I don’t want to lose all the changes I’ve made?
It would take awhile to record all of the changes I made in the CSS and other files.
