September 3, 2019 at 9:34 pm in reply to: Magazine element rendering problem after upgrade to Enfold 4.6 #1133548
Sorry, I’ve sorted this out… Just needed to turn the options for developer settings back on in the layout builder. {smacks head}
The theme update had turned them off.

Hi Jordan,
I’ve moved the code to the top of the quick CSS box, cleared the browser cache and flushed DNS a few times but the problem is still lingering.
Hi Rikard, that didn’t seem to work.
Hi Rikard,
If you view any page of our website on a mobile device, or a narrow browser window – click the hamburger menu for navigation and as it pops down you should notice the search icon immediately.

Digital High Five!
Thank you so much, Rikard. Worked out great.
A nice weekend to you.
It’s perfect, thank you SO much! This has been a headache for me, digital high five!
Hi again Nikko,
I’m still not able to solve this. I’ve tried both the snippets of CSS above on a dev site and while the rendering is improved slightly (something is still wonky) I’m still not able to interact with the search bar or drop down menus. I’ve created another set of temporary login credentials if you wouldn’t mind having a look. It expires in a week, happy to add more time to that if you need.
Tanks in advance,
MikeThanks Nikko,
I’ll have to dig in and see why that’s happening. Appreciate the help.
Mike
Hi Victoria,
Thanks for the feedback. I’ve tried both ways and the problem still persists.
I’ve also ruled out conflicting plugin’s.
/Mike
Hi Nikko,
I’ve pasted a temporary login link in the private comment area and set it to expire in a week, please let me know if you have any problems!
Thanks,
Mike
Same here, I get the same message…came to check support threads before attempting a manual theme update. Will be interested to hear any insight from @Kriesi
Also seem to be having an issue tied to Wordfence/LayerSlider.
Issue is resolved. Reverted back to previous version of the child-theme CSS.

April 28, 2016 at 6:52 pm in reply to: Moving the small "Header Phone Number/Extra Info" bar above main menu to below #623942Hi Yigit! Thanks for the response. I’ve tried adding that snippet of code to the Quick CSS and it ended up just moving the text, not the entire div.
I’m trying to get the entire div header_meta that displays above header_main by default when you enable the Header Phone Number/Extra Info in Enfold Theme Options –> Header –> Extra Elements to be below header_main.
I’ve created some screen shots to illustrate…I’m building this locally so I don’t yet have a link to the site I can share with you.
I was able to move the div where I wanted using the Inspect Element tool, I’m just not sure how/where to edit our theme to achieve this.
Thanks Rikard, the manual update worked and we’re now on 3.3.2.
Thank You,

October 5, 2015 at 6:39 pm in reply to: Logo/Menu overlap on tablets only on Swedish page using WPML #513992I forgot to mention we use WPML to manage translation if that makes any difference.
Wow, a smacks forehead moment. Thanks Rikard.
Here you go.
Just a heads up that the login will redirect to our IP address for some reason, we’re working with out host to resolve this.
Hi Rikard,
We’re getting ready to point our domain at the site once we work out a few last minute things, so for now the site is hosted at a temporary IP address at our hosting provider SiteGround. You may need to drop this IP into your hosts file to view the site as we’ve had to do, I’ve included the IP in the private content area.
September 24, 2015 at 5:19 pm in reply to: Blog Post Grid Layout not rendering on translated page #508630Hi Ismael, when I deactivate the Event Calendar plugin everything seems to work fine.
Is there an event plugin that you know of that does not cause this conflict?
September 23, 2015 at 10:41 pm in reply to: Blog Post Grid Layout not rendering on translated page #508102Please try this, I was able to successfully login with that PW.
September 23, 2015 at 9:46 pm in reply to: Blog Post Grid Layout not rendering on translated page #508082Sure thing Rikard,
I’ve included the temporary admin login credentials in the private content section.
I thought I had saw an email about the Events Calendar Plugin and a conflict it causes, but I can’t find it and it’s not in this thread. We are using that plugin if it helps.

August 18, 2015 at 10:08 pm in reply to: Removing featured image / author pic from from blog post content element #489736Apologies for the delay in responding, we moved the site to a new server.
http://195.198.87.25/Since posting, we’ve added a few more post list pages and are wondering if it’s only possible to target images on this page to remove the featured image on the left: http://195.198.87.25/ibs-newsroom/press-releases/
But still have them show on a page like this:
http://195.198.87.25/ibs-newsroom/news/August 6, 2015 at 7:59 pm in reply to: Removing featured image / author pic from from blog post content element #484125It’s currently in local development environment, but we’re moving it to a public server in the next few days. I’ll post a link to the site when it’s visible externally.
