That CSS just underlines the heading copy and noit the column width and there is no space in between the heading and line.

The error issue is saying that the server needs to be running minumum php 7.0. for WordPress 6.4.1
The server is actually running v8.1.26, so not sure why.

It is a line that is coloured. eg the column element has a fill option (to fill the background) but not a keyline fill (the outer frame of the column element.
