Hi Mike … so the site is still down.
I have been on the phone for hours with GoDaddy and I have spent money on my developers. They all say there is an issue with the theme.
Your team says it is hosting. Can you please double check?

No, Basilis, I have the image in the header, but I would like to replace with a smaller image when the image shrinks.

We have placed the site on staging. All plugins are off. The newest theme has been installed.
On the home page – there are three 1/3 with images that need to be removed. I remove them, but the save never keeps. The images all remain.
I don’t understand what is going on. Could you please look at the sandbox account?

We shut down the SEO plugin completely. We FTP upload the latest theme.
Now the avia builder is below the enter text. Please see image link in private content.
Can you see anything else that I may be missing?
I just saw that the font-awesome is not loading either.

I have purchased 44 of the Enfold template in just 1.5 years.
I cannot in good faith purchase or recommend your theme any longer unless provided assistance. My client and I have tried to get assistance for TWO WEEKS now, and have received no valuable help.
Please move this to a top tier level of support.
We cannot save anything.
We have done all due diligence and troubleshooting:
1. Turned off plugins.
2. We replaced full theme.
3. We replaced core WP
4. Upped memory limits.Please have an advanced tech look at our site.

This is happening with us too. I have submitted a ticket and I am not getting assistance.
Can Enfold PLEASE view how many of us are experiencing this issue. It is FRUSTRATING and I have lost one client already … I am almost about to lose another because they cannot work on ENFOLD.

I fixed the error I was getting by commenting out some code on class-wp-hook.php Things are still not working correctly. I have some new errors. We are not able to edit two pages without having to totally rebuild them. Any ideas?
I now have two pages that a change to graphic or banner is made, click on preview and the change is there but when clicking update changes are not reflected here.I had a ticket in with WP they were tracking down an error for me that I was seeing in the Error logs. Is it possible to modify the button size to make it larger.
and to change the colors of the individual buttons using the menu item ID such as:li#menu-item-2568 {
background-color: red
padding: 20px
}I understand that you are busy so I have placed the full width submenu buttons directly above the standard buttons to match. They are on the homepage with further explanation there. All I need is the CSS rules to get started – please.

Then, when the clients need to update — (every month) — they will have to update on every single page.
If the menu is improved via css – then they only have to update in ONE place.

No, I have not worked it out, or I would have been kind enough to tell you.
What you see are buttons. But since the button will reside on multiple pages and their url will change monthly – it should be automated into a proper menu for ease of maintenance.
Please assist.
