I sent the zipped file I had created to my hosting company and they were able to install and activate without issue. All problems solved. Thanks for your help.

After I downloaded the file I made it a zip file on my Mac so I could upload and install which did not work. Are you suggesting I do something else?

Hey Rikard, I did the add new theme, tried to install and got the error. I assumed since I just bought today that I have the latest version. I deleted the old version and tried to reinstall with the same results. What next.
