Unfortunately I’m unsure of how I can check whether my plugins are deactivated, or what version I have, because I’m unable to open wordpress.

I downloaded the theme on 4/13/15. Would version 3.1.3 have been active at that time?

I can send you a screenshot, but I do not see an upload button for images. How shall I send you the screenshot?
