Hi Sarah,
Thank you for checking it out. The issue is that it is is not pre-populated with the users correct state. When they are signed in, all the other fields load correctly from the user profile but not the state. I do still need help please.

It DOES seem to be a conflict with another plugin. http://anspress.io/
Oddly, that is the only setting it effects. So I was able to deactivate the plugin, save my settings, then turn it back on and everything works well.

That would certainly require changing the template to make the breadcrumbs part of the header.
If you post a link to your site, I could probably write some CSS for you that would make it have a similar effect.
