Hi

The FTPS are still the same, please note that it is FTPS and not FTP, the port number is also 22,
Hi,
At the moment the child theme has no modifications, see private screenshot. Switching to the main theme(instead of the child theme) and the problem persists.

There is now a black Menu link on large displays and the menu is still not displayed on mobile displays :)
I have sent the required details
I understand what your saying. Not our design choice, this is a port from a Muse site into WordPress CMS. This was the clients design decision. But thanks for having a look

This solved the problem, thanks so much for your input.
Any idea on why this is happening?

Good day Vinay,
That makes no sense, removing the Product Quantity field is not really an option here.
Please advise on a better solution that wont do this kind of intrusive behaviour.
Kind regards.
Good day
Loaded up the site this morning, and all of a sudden it seems fine, did you add the code to the functions?
I don’t like editing theme files and use a plugin called my custom functions to add these functions. Keeps updating clean and simple.
Thanks so much for helping out. Any idea on why this is happening?
I will keep the support order in mind for future requests.
I removed the Super Smooth Scroll plugin the site was using, this seems to not have any effect. The theme is running 3.5.4. I was however able to fix the Portfolio spaces with a element configuration for that grid. I was able to fix the blog by changing it from a magazine masonry style to a more ordered grid.
The homepage parallax problem still persists on the homepage. I have attached admin details.
Looking forward to hear from you again.
Hay Kriesi,
Please escalate this for me since thousands of visits are made to the site daily.
Kind regards.
I just noted that when I resize the browser windows problem 2 and 3 disappears
Restarting the hosting service fixed it.
Thanks Kriesi
I have updated to the latest version and the problem persists.
Find login details in the Private Content Section
February 16, 2016 at 7:56 am in reply to: How to restrict certain areas of a page using itthinx Groups plugin? #583930Okay I have found this: http://wplifeguard.com/how-to-use-wordpress-to-display-content-depending-on-a-users-level/
It describes how to filter rendered content based on user level via a PHP method, however I have tried the same codeblock method as above with no success.
Please assist Kriesi

Did you find a solution nontrepreneur?
I have also looked into this, I tried the Restrict Content plugin by pippinsplugins with the exact same method. No success, I saw some PHP code that we might be able to use since it is not a shortcode, but can’t find it now :(
Kind regards.
I fixed the problem by removing some custom JS I had running on the site.
Thank you for the awesomeness.
Good day,
I am still waiting for a response on this matter, please let me know ASAP.
Kind regards.
WOW , Yigit your a legend and made my day!
Thanks bud.
November 24, 2014 at 11:45 am in reply to: Enfold Store, Product Categories and Product Page has different sidebars #356665Thank you Elliot,
I have managed to have the site behave the way I need it. Thank you very much for your guidance and assistance.
The site can be found at http://transenergy.co.za/. We really love the theme and likes the way it has saved us much time.
Kind regards.
November 12, 2014 at 11:46 pm in reply to: Enfold Store, Product Categories and Product Page has different sidebars #350474Thank you for your kind response,
I have followed your instructions, however when I change the widgets on the Single Product Pages it stays the default Sidebar as described above. However I do need there to be no sidebar on a single product page.
Another problem I have is that the base shop overview page, doesn’t seem to have any sidebar at all. But after selecting a product category the shop overview widget area appears as a sidebar.
Thank you once again and I hope we can solve my problems in a timely matter as the deadline is very soon.
Kind regards. -
