    I did updatge the theme and the problem is the same.
    When I instert a button in the classic editor (in this case in the product description ) stll have Clicl me as label
    Shortcode is this:
    [av_button label='Plus d'info' link='manually,#' link_target='_blank' size='large' position='center' label_display='' icon_select='yes' icon='ue816' font='entypo-fontello' color='theme-color' custom_bg='#444444' custom_font='#ffffff' av_uid='' custom_class='' admin_preview_bg='']
    And it displays Click me
    The probleme seems to be the content of the label I think. As i need to put in the button label this “PLUS D’INFO” or :”Plus d’info” containing an apostrophe it create a conflict with the shortcode syntaxis. So I guess you will have to find some workarround.

    I works now. This is the only way to see shortcodes? Before with just switching from Avi builder to normal editor i could see it. ist not possible anymore that way?

    Any Update on this and the rest of support requests? It has been 2 days and nothing.
    Now I remember why i went to other themes a few years ago even if I liked enfold 2 days and counting and judging the few other requests your support timeframre is arround 2 days and hald witch to remember next time i have to buy more licenses of enfold.

    I checked everything and all good and still the same problems with the default shoo demo
    Below ftp and admin credentials you can delete the them if you want and reinstall it I have nothing there yet

    First you are mixing tickets
    last reply for http://www.martinolivaprojects.com isnt mine please remove the data from my ticket. I have no such site or ticket related to that site

    Then I checked on this
    Please ensure your PHP is at least version 5.6 or 7.0.x
    PHP Time Limit: No limit
    PHP Memory Limit: 256M
    PHP Post Max Size: 50M

    They have even more limits than required. The other options are also on. Still cannot import full any demo.
