Thank you for the info.
The customer has a working situation at the moment.
Using a network cable instead of WiFi solved the issue at the customers place.
Peformance is acceptable, it is not fast but reliable.
After putting a network cable into her notebook the customer did reset the router as well.
That did not make a change. Because of the ‘home working’ environment, not at an office (building), that sounds logical.
